Best luxury hotel in Durrës 🇦🇱

Super located, close to Tirana but still quiet and cozy! Very nice staff, good food! SPA Beach and Beach everything you need to switch off!

We enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas. 1000 lek per umbrella with two towels, but I would recommend you also bring some of your own. Collin was our server and he was very attentive to us. This part of the beach is laid out so that there are less chairs which means more space for the guest. They do not allow outside food and drink.

I ben traveling all around the world and I saw different hotels but this is the best experience I had ever, service is very good, food is extremely good and rooms are very clean
we will be back for sure and I recommend to everyone to visit this place

The hotel is not worth 5 stars. It should be rated with 3 stars. Whoever has acknowledged these 5 stars should be ashamed of them. It is a naughty thing that it is so well rated and recommended on Booking and other sites. Pictures totally deceive with reality when you're here. The waiters are real amateurs. Pretty forgetful, ignore you more often. As soon as you are told something negative about ordering they react quite arrogantly. But when it comes to paying, they come very quickly. What bothers you most of the time is the loud music in the evening while eating. Such a thing should be abolished immediately. Food you have to enjoy in peace without being bothered by noise.

On arrival it is very impressive especially in the reception area. Rooms are varied and the spa area lovely. The staff around the hotel are great except in reception where they are quite terse and aloof. The main issue is the mediocre food that is often cold. I had a crab spaghetti with no crab in it, just empty shells on top. A promise from the manager of a special complementary drink due to poor service never materialised. The pool area is great and serves the best food. The changing/toilet facility area is unpleasant. Not a 5 star hotel but has the potential to be.

Really beautiful hotel with a great pool. Lovely for tourists, however it is on the expensive side, especially for locals. Nice restaurants nearby too and it is on the beach which is great as you get the best of both worlds (beach and pool). You'll find mostly tourists here so you won't get much of a cultural experience but it is great for a relaxing holiday by the beach.

Everything there is SUPER. The food amazing, the hotel is super clean, the service is great. Go there to spend days or just to have a nice supper. Not expensive at all. I hope you have even better experience then me staying there.

This is a 5 star hotel. We booked a Kings size room with balcony with a partial sea view. The toilet was broken, they kept us waiting for 2 1/2 hrs eventually at 9.00pm we got moved to a room without a sea view and no safe — They said they would sort the issue the following day which they did not.

Very friendly, rooms very clean, great place also for the kids. I am very happy with the service, definitely will be back.

We have stayed here several times and we’ve enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very clean and the staff is so friendly. Also we love the private beach. Would defenetly recommend this place!

Good hotel right on the beach. Very manicured gardens, very nice pool. Rooms with modern standards and clean. Breakfast buffet could be a bit more creative, yogurts from Germany may make an impression in this region, but I want products from the region!.

Price/Performance are right in this hotel and will be back.

Awesome hotel, but made a reservation and they made me get a more expensive room when I got there because they sold out.

Rather 4 stars than 5. Wide selection for breakfast. Very nice personnel. Elegant rooms, especially on first floor with private sunbeds in front of the room. Comfortable beds. Recently refurbished but remained old style.

Probably one of the best hotels in the área, but that is the strange thing because for a 5 star hotel, it is not very good.

Whenever I have guests, I always recommend this place. It has good service, good staff and great sea view from the room. Lately I visited again & the restaurant and the food were even better than before. Moreover it is close to everything, city center, airport, capital. I definitely recommend it to anyone who would like to visit Durres and get the best stay.

The worst customers service you could possibly get anywhere! Arrogance and ignorance is what holds the place down! Hygiene is terrible and the swimming pool has more chlorine than watter. I've been there few time's over the years in the hope that things would have improved as the years go by but certainly it is not the case with the hotel adriatik. Last year August 2015 I went with my family to the hotel. Some of the family was using the sunbeds and the rest sat at the swimming mainly for the children. I went with the children on the water slide and as I slid in to the water at a very fast pase I lost a 1/4 of my big toe. There was a tile that had moved and was sticking up just as you enter the water off the slide and into the water. I realised that I had lost quite a significant slice of my big toe as I came out of the pool. You could see the water getting bloody when I got out, the blood was sprinkling allover the place so I stopped where I was to prevent the area getting covered in blood. As it was full of children I asked for fist aid (ndihmen e shpejt) however, I was ignored by members of staff so I when to the so called bar and asked for help again but there was nobody to help. Anyway the story is extremely long but to cut it short I had to sorted myself out whiles I was doing that I got surrounded by children of all ages whom 2 or 3 of them were showing off the scars of their injuries from the same place.

If I had to resume my day experience in one word out would be: Poor. Poor service, disgusting food, very bad pool water quality, and toilets that weren't cleaned since the fall of the USSR.

Very poor managed hotel, the service very bad, very sad faces, online reservation is just waste of time once u are there to check in there are no rooms, very noisy ad dirty, like a brothel you hear other people having sex on other rooms, the blonde girl at reception just wanted ti rip some euros, bad experience. no basic needs. te dashur miqte e mi, sherbim I keq, fytyra te zhgryera, rezervili online humbje kohe sepse kur te arrish ska serervim, sh shurme, pluhur, u ndjeva si ne bordello sepse degjon dhomen ngjitur duke bere sex, bjonda ne recepsion vetem se kerkon tete rrjepe.

View, service and the areas are excelent.

So far is the only hotel on the Durres beach area that offers standard business services. Ample guarded parking space, swimming pool, tenis courts and some sort of Water Park. Architecturally the renovation has been a disaster by eliminating the lodge balconies on the beach side (west) and exposing rooms to the full force of the hot summer sun. Swimming in the sea during high season is not recommended due to pollution from raw sewage.
