We vacationed in August 2022, lived on the 14th floor, in room 4. The administrator Madeleine is a friendly, welcoming, polite, very nice girl.
The room is clean, the bed linen and towels are snow-white.
Price-quality corresponds.
I would also like to say thank you to Kamma, an employee of the cafe on the beach, for her hospitality and cleanliness, and to cook Sergeich for the delicious food and efficiency of preparation.
Special thanks to the administrator of the 10th floor, Bella, for her cordiality, hospitality and kindness (it so happened that she was the one who met and saw us off).
The boarding house has a very good location — the city center, the embankment, cafes and restaurants, the famous Brekhalovka (the coffee where a real princess brews👸), theatre, philharmonic… everything is within walking distance.
🌴 The beach of the boarding house pleased me with its lack of crowds.
The entire staff of the boarding house is very friendly, extremely nice people, real Caucasian hospitality!

Based on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia dated October 13, 2023 No. 106 "On approval of the procedure for registering foreign citizens and stateless persons at places of temporary stay in the Republic of Abkhazia," which entered into force on January 1, 2024, foreign citizens are subject to registration at places of temporary stay.

When staying at properties with a valid certificate of compliance with the standards, registration is carried out from the date of arrival.

When staying at other properties, registration must be carried out after 14 days from the date of entry into the Republic of Abkhazia.

For registration at check-in, a one-time registration fee may be charged of ₽200 per person, regardless of age. Payment is made by guests on site in cash.
