I stayed in this hotel with my wife (3 nights). We were very pleased!
The hotel is located in a very green place on a hill, a 15-minute drive from the center of Sukhum and a 3-minute walk from Mocha beach! The territory is protected. Upon arrival, they give you bracelets, so there are no strangers in the hotel or on the premises! Parking for approximately 7-10 cars. Cozy spacious clean rooms (TV, refrigerator, shower, internet and huge beds available). The room has air conditioning, but we didn't use it because… The room was so comfortable! Room cleaning is regular! The nature and sea are divine (so diverse that it is difficult to describe in words). Silence both on site and in the rooms! Delicious and satisfying European breakfasts! You can have lunch and dinner in cafes, restaurants, canteens and other places with good European and Abkhaz cuisine! There are small shops with all sorts of delicious things! ;) and everything is within walking distance. Minibuses run regularly and stop when your hand is raised! Transfer and taxi are also available! All the staff are friendly and competent. We would like to say a special thank you to the hotel administrator Susanna Butba for the warmth and care for the guests, for immersing us in the history of the beautiful country of Abkhazia, for the warm welcome! AND FOR COFFEE! ) ) ) I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO EVERYONE, European class and Abkhazian hospitality!

Wonderful view of the sea, good rooms, friendly staff, but the place is for those who in the morning, after breakfast go down the serpentine to the sea, fighting off midges along the way, and in the evening, if they have strength left, go up to the room. The price does not match the quality. Our vacation would have been spoiled if there were no places in the boarding house nearby.
