Very beautiful hotel. Loft style even in details. Friendly hostess and her children! The room (loft house) has everything you need for your stay. Dishes, fresh towels, snow-white linen… We were also provided with towels for the beach. The only thing missing was a small light source, in case you get up at night or just sit in the evening. Otherwise I liked everything! Thank you!

Upon arrival at the hotel, an unpleasant situation occurred, we booked through booking (the description indicated that there were two separate rooms — a bedroom and a living room), there were 4 of us (2 couples). When inspecting the room, it turned out that this is all one room, and the sofa moves right out to the bed. Very inconvenient for 4 people. When trying to solve this problem without conflict, neither the hostess nor the owner made any concessions, stood their ground and, at the most, offered a 10% discount on the second room. With all this, the advance payment for 1 day was paid in full and they refused to return it. The most unpleasant aftertaste was left and there can be no talk of any Abkhazian hospitality in this place. Even for 1 night they refused to check in because… You see, on their booking it is indicated that from 2 nights the reservation and the deposit were naturally not returned.
Conclusion — 1 star on Yandex and Google maps.
If it were possible to give a minus 10, they would give a minus 10 for not being able to make compromises; after all, people came to visit to relax, and not to fight for rooms.

Good afternoon. The rooms are very clean and warm. The dishes are all intact, clean, everything you need is there. But for a relaxing holiday there are a lot of conditions from the hostess. Upon check-in, a very long speech was read about what kind of guests are pigs, how you have to clean up after everyone, etc. When I found out that we came as friends, I was indignant for a long time. Married couples with children are perceived negatively, arguing that the children will play, go to each other’s rooms and everything like that. It was also not possible to sit with friends in the evening, because we would disturb the rest of the vacationers. Location — private sector. The navigator led along a terrible road. The nearest store is about 800 m from the hotel. It is not safe to go to the store in the evening without a man accompanying you (unlit nooks and crannies). In general, everything is tolerable, but due to the hostess and a bunch of restrictions, don’t set foot in this place again. Rest should be rest.

A good place. Beautiful, quiet and atmospheric. Three bungalows for 2 to 4 people and a house for four rooms, 2a 2-bed and 2a 4-bed. Everything is done in loft style. Very nice hostess, wonderful woman. This mini hotel is suitable for a quiet beach holiday, when you need to spend the night in a quiet and pleasant place. Not suitable for having fun. It is located in the area of ​​private houses and the hotel owner begins to receive complaints from near and far neighbors almost in the morning. And I really feel sorry for the owners. So if you want to relax quietly and pleasantly, then go there, but if you want to get hot, then look for another place.

A wonderful hotel that meets all the necessary requirements for a good rest. Stylish loft-style design, beautiful and cozy courtyard, with a fountain and seating area. There is also an area where you can sit and barbecue. The owner has thought through everything to the smallest detail! Here you can buy coals, soft drinks, juices, wine, honey. Large free parking and landscaped area. Again, there is plenty of space for children to play) )
I was delighted with the room, as it has everything you need for comfort and convenience. A large, bright room with a kitchen (with all the necessary utensils for cooking), a clean bathroom, a refrigerator, and a TV. In addition to a double bed, a large folding sofa. There are dryers, a washing machine, and an ironing board and iron outside. Very convenient, especially for those traveling with children! And in the evening the lights turn on and it becomes magical) )
