This is my second time staying in this hotel. The hotel is in a convenient location. Near the beach, near the center, market, shops. Good, helpful staff, conscientious in doing their job. But the rooms are tired, doors, handles, locks need replacing… Absolutely not furniture on the balcony, at least plastic… The dining room is well organized, but the menu is poor in vegetables and fruits… There is little national cuisine. Not enough baked goods. Somehow it is prepared without a soul (the country of the Soul), but the cottage cheese, sour cream, and butter are excellent. I think next year others will be able to compete with this hotel if there is no reconstruction and renovation…

Great hotel with a great location. The sea is “in the yard”; there is also a swimming pool for those who wish. Separately, it is worth noting the catering: delicious homemade dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Today we are leaving the hotel. What can I say… the undoubted advantage of the hotel is its location. There is a market nearby, a large grocery store and a pharmacy are 1.5 minutes walk away. The beach is also 3 minutes away. There are a million cafes and the Elbrus restaurant on the beach. 5 minutes by taxi and you are in the very center of Sukhumi, where there are excellent restaurants and an embankment. Now about the cons. 1/ food. We only took breakfast and thank God we did that. For breakfast, a disgusting omelet or hard-boiled eggs; casserole; cottage cheese; cheese, porridge; inedible sausages, pasta. All! Sometimes this is diluted with buckwheat and stewed frozen vegetables. Fruits: sour apples. Only instant coffee. And so every single day! 2/ cleaning. She's stupidly gone. In 2 weeks we were cleaned only 2 times! They vacuumed and remade the bed. And so they just take out the trash and that’s it… you’ll be drowning in dirt throughout your vacation if you don’t start cleaning up yourself. Asking the maids to do something is useless. 3/ pool. Very small. I still don’t understand whether I clean it daily or not. On the plus side, it works from early morning until 23.00. By the way! I wanted to add to the review! It is very important! At the reception I recommend a certain Tatiana transfer. Do not contact us under any circumstances! This woman doesn’t understand what individual and group transfers are! How they didn’t explain. No use.

The hotel has a very good location, 2-3 minutes to the sea, there is a cafe and a dining room nearby, the market is within walking distance. In 15 minutes you can walk to the central embankment. There is a swimming pool on site, sun loungers and umbrellas. The room has everything you need, cleaning is available upon request, which is very convenient. Breakfast is included in the price; you can also purchase lunch and dinner buffet style. Cozy atmosphere in the hotel, had a great time!

I stayed in this hotel from September 25 to October 3.
I arrived by transfer to the hotel at 23.00 and I was immediately checked in, literally in 5 minutes, without any delays. The staff is polite and responsive.
Hotel rooms are in no way inferior to hotels in Turkey and Tunisia. Good bed, pillows and blankets. The room has a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning. Towels were changed constantly. There were no problems with toilet paper.
The sea from the window, or rather from the balcony, is almost invisible because of the trees. I would like there to be a table and chairs on the balcony to admire the sunset in the evening.
The food is good (I took breakfast and dinner), everything is tasty, although not as abundant as many are used to, but for me personally there was more than enough food. Drinks include tea and instant coffee. Here in the morning there was not enough good brewed coffee, and the bar was not open in the morning to buy it there.
There were no problems with water — coolers on each floor. It’s a pity that there are no kettles in the room, it was bad without tea.
The hotel is located on the 1st line. On site there is a small swimming pool and many sun loungers with umbrellas. You get to the beach through the promenade. The beach is in the hands of private owners who have a cafe there, and they have sun loungers and umbrellas for a fee (lounger 100 rubles, with an umbrella — 300).
Minus – there is no entertainment, it’s boring.
