This is a very quiet place where it is worth spending the holidays.

Excellent facilities very good service.

We went in 2012 and it was beautiful. From those who abide in the entry table to cleaning staff. The restaurant is a spectacle, the breakfast, dinner, all very rich very full. Very safe as they had private taxi service.

If you arrive at the eden club that is good, but the rest of the comolejo is deteriorated. My only recommendation is to not let it deteriorate the facilities. The staff super polite attentive and helpful. 20 pts for them.

HORRIBLE! You won't receive the room that you selected in your reservation… They will place you in the room that they want. I paid and choose comfort villa pool and received premium there is no way that somebody help you because they don't care! the service is terrible and the food worst!

The Club Eden sector that would be a premium area is wonderful, the staff everything is very warm and dedicated, no shortage of food and drinks considering the situation of the country, fun shows and activities.

It is a very nice hotel but due to the crisis that suffers that country there is not a service all inclusive as it should be.

The hotel 8 years ago was excellent, I was there two days ago and it has decayed a lot, every time I would have my room to leave was an odyssey as it was damaged. There were drawbacks on the last day with the food because we moved from restaurant to smaller one which did not offer the same quality as the main buffet. Overall it is a good hotel because it has beach nearby, offers all inclusive plans, has several pools and the staff is very attentive.

They sell a 4 star service, but really the hotel should be 2 stars. I was at the end of 2017 and it was very bad: since we arrived, the pillows had no covers and one of them was poorly ground, the room had the bad toilet, played water with a bucket, when we moved the room at 3 days, smelled of moisture and had cockroaches. They didn't clean the room every day, the towels dirty. The food was everyday the same without a lot of variety and little flavor. I felt I paid for more than I got.

The worst thing that can happen to a tourist! I don't recommend it!

Sadly, our week at this hotel was a nightmare. We were moved twice from room, very careless the hotel, there was no hot water. Water pot in the sinks, the worst was the last room we were assigned. There were rats, who even ate our clothes. If you really read these comments, the managers will remember us. We're here waiting for a solution. Very delicate the issue of health, more when you travel with children, as was our case. How sad and what a shame this hotel is. We witnessed a lot of complaints from foreign tourists.

The accommodation is not enough for a resorts, the bathroom is old school, air conditioning is the worst it doesn't work, the food is always the same, chicken most of all!

This place is wonderful to spend with family, the service of the hotel is very good, the taxi transport to know other parts of the island is cheap, however for shopping it is better to do it where they receive dollars because the change of dollars to bolívares is taken very Low all over the island.

This Hotel is nice the atention is excellent. Have variety options to enjoy. Only need fixed some details in infrastructure to ensure complete confort of guest.

January 2016 … there we spent 1 wonderful week with the all-inclusive package, we rested and took tours from the Restinga to the water park, in spite of the situation of the country in the buffets there was variety and very good food and desserts for the children, very good attention … although now the prices are in the clouds, I would like to visit it again.

I arrived yesterday from the island and I only have words of thanks to all the staff, I stayed in Eden where everything was impeccable, there was hot water, we never lacked the water or the light, the front desk staff, the waiters, the surveillance people, our guide, the ballet boys who are spectacular, in short they were all very affectionate and kind, and despite the deficiencies of some foods I had great, all that is a little out of the way with the love that these people put to their work. I come back more than satisfied with the beautiful Margarite people. Something to improve would be to put more lounge chairs on the beach and not allow them to be booked throughout the day just leaving a towel, that makes the rest have no chance of enjoying them, and try to see the possibility of having more variety and amount of food and drinks, especially with natural fruits which was impossible.

Stayed in the Eden Club. Staff was very helpful and friendly and did their best to understand our English and cater to my vegetarian (no meat, fish or eggs) needs the best they could but the actual options were very limited, especially so for an international hotel name and waited up to an hour for lunch in one instance. Had a few accidents as well such as sausage bits in the rice, the hot/cold shower works opposite to the instructions and here on the 4th day and still haven't received a second robe. The staff willingness saved this review.

I loved Venezuela and the people of this Paradise island are what make it truly amazing. This hotel has got everything you need to have the time of your life. Thank you Venezuela. I may not make it to you again in this life, but I always look upon your nation with the greatest of admiration and hope.

The experience was very bad. I was with my family from the day 9/4/2016 to 16/4/2016, we were 12 people and rent out 4 departments. Was no air conditioning, only a safe of 4 apartments. We ask us to change, and we walked by several departments, all you was not something or had sewer smell of moisture, a disaster, zero maintenance, the waiters attention, pretty bad, short wave, the barman if you stayed well. Very poor performances, over you repeat every two days. Left us no towels in the rooms, were required to claim them every day. The food 5 points. We had over power outage from 10 am to 7 pm. At all times in the Administration had people complaining I wanted that her change room because something did not work you. Very bad experience, do not recommend.

Rooms are in very bad condition: they have no hot water, water boats have (mine repaired it and returned to vote), locks of the entrance of the room damaged (repaired and turned to damage), the bathrooms are completely deteriorated, the linen is old and stained (dirty appearance and give a little disgust). As other reviews say, had a single electric mixer between all the "bars" of the hotel, so forget the Pina coladas or daiquiri (mixer will damage the last night that I was in the hotel). The food is nothing special, I would say "ok". Common areas, gardens and swimming pool are "ok".
I lost my first day and night complete. First there was a pot of water in the bathroom, I did not want to change the room, I stayed in the room waiting for they repaired it and the next day was the pot of water. Then, the room door lock was damaged, repaired it and at night turned to damage; not left the room that night for fear that entered to steal (is Venezuela). Friendly staff the next day, the second had no hot water and the bathroom was even more ugly, hold my discomfort and stayed there.
Sorry for the people who work there, making the best that they can with what little they have. Maintain good attitude.

Good, I'm extremely upset seeing the fraud that has this hotel with the caribbean sun travel to scam people… was a fraud from the 2 parties since the hotel was in knowledge of the certificate which I issued both to me and to my family… and now a day before the flight I go with traps and scams… are irresponsible, ladronesy crooks… were provided to such humbug… hope that the public see this and be watered like wildfire… split of corrupt…

What I think is that it is a little bit bad because I went with my parents in August 2015, and I thought that the room was big with your TV as everyone has it yet. I went in October with some friends and pass the super. We stayed in villas that have their own swimming pool. The beach has the hotel security and serve cocktails. The Mexican food was very rich, the shows are a note and the great disco.

It is ok. It has good rooms. Something used. The food is good but could be better. Good are attentive. The beach is clean. The sea is stung many algae. The hotel is clean. You have Internet only in the lobby. It has good activities.
