Has been great experience for myself and Girlfriend. Staff has made this a great trip for us! Very helpful very friendly and give good recommendations. Food is Excellent. Chefs are great and put out excellent dishes food tastes great each time Breakfast lunch and Dinner!. Servers our very friendly as well as the Bartenders they always made sure drinks were full and empty plates were cleared off the table! Cocktails are excellent and Beer is great. Had the buffet by the pool at night was very Romantic! Rooms were big and spacious and hotel is very clean! definitely worth coming here!. We will definitely come back!

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and welcoming. They were not hesitant to assist in any way possible. Every minute you were greeted with a smile and I met some wonderful people there who made my stay even better. The only problem I encountered at the hotel was food because I'm a vegetarian and the restaurant did not have a variety of vegetarian options but the chefs did not hesitate and they were able to prepare meals for us.

Went to visit a friend. Stayed at this hotel 3 time. To me it is the best hotel in Margarita. Adult only. Nice food, nice food and facilities.

My wife and I stayed for 5 days and were very much impressed with the rooms and facilities. Our room was clean on arrival and was cleaned daily. The resort itself was well maintained and the pools / poolside clean and well relaxing. I recommend the Shore Grill for both dinner and lunch. Jona and several other restaurant staff were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure our meals were prepared to our likings. The Spa was also very relaxing and you get the best value for your money. Overall I would recommend Hesperia Eden to travellers and would be one of my family's vacationing spots again in the future.

Got back from Eden club yesterday and it was a remarkable experience will definitely recommend. Customers service on point. Nice tasting food drinks dessert etc. I literally wanted to stay thank you Hesperia.

I will definitely recommend this place. The customer service is remarkable Truely impressed. Really nice Food, drinks, dessert My only small issue was the no hot and cold water. Other than that I loved it and want to go back this year.

The staff are awesome… Maximo in Customer Service, Victor in Security, Aaron and the other wait staff, Elvis and the other bartenders, Carlos Paul who helped our Spanish. The beach, sea breezes and relaxing atmosphere was just what we needed. I can't wait to return.

Theatre, live music etc. Great and comfortable rooms, excellent and quiet swimming pool and great beach service. I recommend it is the best of the Hesperia in Margarita (I met the 3).

Second visit and it was a very good experience. Unfortunately we had problems with the room; This one had two damaged lamps, which we reported but did not follow up. And on the other hand there was a couple of days that there was no hot water for lack of gas, which is understandable by the situation of the country, but what I claim is the lack of sincerity of the staff who did not say that there was no gas but it was all well that they did not know that happened That we didn't get hot water. At least one of the guys told us in all honesty that they had problems with the gas supply and had not yet arrived.

The attention is amazing, they're good people, the place is pretty comfortable and beautiful, I had some problems with the food, I do not recommend to pay to get all the meals at the hotel, the portions are really small, but the food is still good, at least the breakfast is amazing.

Stayed in the Eden Club. Staff was very helpful and friendly and did their best to understand our English and cater to my vegetarian (no meat, fish or eggs) needs the best they could but the actual options were very limited, especially so for an international hotel name and waited up to an hour for lunch in one instance. Had a few accidents as well such as sausage bits in the rice, the hot/cold shower works opposite to the instructions and here on the 4th day and still haven't received a second robe. The staff willingness saved this review.

I loved Venezuela and the people of this Paradise island are what make it truly amazing. This hotel has got everything you need to have the time of your life. Thank you Venezuela. I may not make it to you again in this life, but I always look upon your nation with the greatest of admiration and hope.

I stay with my husband since the 31-12-2015 the 5-01-2016. The facilities at the EDEN CLUB in its entirety are very good and are always well cared for and their employees are friendly, well-mannered and try to solve any situation that we could present, I can NARROW THAT THEY MADE THE STAY MORE PLEASANT. Now they should improve the following dimensions: the lack of bath towels and pool I delivered 3 days after it arrived, the food in the restaurant asian is good, but not give you option to choose a variety of things you can only eat one entrance and a roll, and on the grill it would be a good variety in their menu and not eat the same thing for several days because it ends boring. And finally, the bar never has the necessary inputs, the drinks are served with products of poor quality. I would not stay again in your hotel for such deficiency and to sell a only adults hotel as a bad concept because it is super boring, all the nights without doing nothing and the night of the end of the year I was lousy in all, the food was in a poor state with no variety and what is just not replenished and the cannonball did not reach the wine and left me without providing because you just gave a drink, sold a show, and it was only a disappointment because neither the mood of the shot sell a hotel vip and does not comply with that status, or the beach we had with mats or umbrellas there were only 30 for the entire hotel. Very well maintained, the staff were excelnte. The food was of the best and have very good variety of music. The only thing is the water service, some day came with low pressure.

Me acanta, my husband and I have come to enjoy a VIP accommodation with excellent food and service. Without children. SPA, beach, all divine. Worth the penalty.
