Lovely bed and breakfast located in a quiet area near South Cliff c15 minutes walk into town. Stayed in a quirky single room that did not have an en suite but a dedicated bathroom down a small flight of stairs — this I was made aware of when booking and it was spoken about again on check in. The room itself was well organised with a sink, smart TV tea/coffee, biscuits etc. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast was spot on, plentiful, really good ingredients. Parked outside the property using a permit provided by the owner. The only thing stopping me putting 5 stars as the overall grading is the bathroom for room 4. It is an inconvenience no pun intended. Finally, the owners are super welcoming both on the phone and face to face. Will 100% book again but in an en suite room.
This luxury hotel is amazing. We had a lovely welcome from Chris and Emma. Very clean and tidy and the room was cosy. Very close to the sea front. Very comfortable and quiet night sleep. Very tasty breakfast with many choices. We definitely will be returning. Thank you to Chris and Emma.

We recently stayed for 4 nights at The Waves which is beautifully spacious accommodation in a peaceful setting. Our room was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding and towels very clean and sumptuous. There was also some toiletries for us to use. Food at breakfast was fabulous and plentiful with plenty of choice. The lounge area is very comfortable and you can listen to music with a free juke box or record player. All of the above was made even better by the accommodating hosts Chris and Emma, who are very pleasant and welcoming. They know how to provide hospitality to a high level and this made our stay even more comfortable.
