It’s disgusting. Clump of hair on bathroom floor; hair in tub; mold all over tub; stains on carpet; walls are dirty; beer can tabs under bed; smells; uncomfortable bed; pool only opens 12 noon but check out is 11…. Remote control duct taped and doesn’t work Gross gross gross Would rather have slept in my car!

I’ve stayed here many times. The staff will work with you, they have weekly deals, monthly. Recently got a new owner, who’s doing a lot of new work on the pool, each room, the whole set-up. I got a very good deal, because I told them I’m going to be staying longer, I’m just waiting for a check to come in in the next day or so. They will work with you. Very nice clean place.

Our room is disgusting and because we are here for Track and Field Championships there isn't another room available in 100 miles for us to run to. There is greasy finger prints all over the window, and HAIR (facial or other) all over the hair dryer and guess what… IT'S NOTMINE! The TV in the room just quit working and managements says they don't know what to do. Run like the wind from this poophole!

Staff is super nice… the beds and pillows so comfortable. My granddaughter loved the pool 😁

Location and features works really well for me!

Nice indoor pool, very affordable, relaxing atmosphere, attentive and friendly staff, also a decent free hot breakfast included in the morning. I have been here about four times now, the rooms were always clean and front desk kept nice also.

Hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly! My kids and I enjoyed our stay.

The amazingly comfortable bed and pin-drop silent rooms totally made up for the slightly wonky Wi-Fi. Besides. Vacation is about disconnecting right? This location earned a permanent spot in my GPS as one of my defacto travel stops when on the road.

Second stay in a row that this place was disgusting. First time it was the bathroom. This time it was dirty sheets.

Old hotel, run down some, needs renovations and remodeling. Room wasn't thoroughly cleaned, found hair in bathroom, one of my pet peeves. Door to pool had a broken handle which could easily be fixed. Room was dark, needed better lighting and only a few outlets.

Better than Best Western! I will stay again the young man and the older gentleman Saturday night were polite, professional and helped us quickly. I will be back and not to mention it was softball tournament and the place was booked with parents and kids we being older we got a noiseless good night sleep better than at the Best Western in Coventry Rhode island!

If I could give this place no stars I would. It was very late and we were just looking for a nice place to sleep and get back on the road. I usually book rooms through expedia and since it was after midnight it wouldn't let me pick the 6th of June I made the reservation for the 7th, not knowing what else I could do. It's a good thing I didn't pay in advance because when we got there the gentleman on the front desk was rude, nasty and unwilling to help. Instead of just helping me and having me cancel the reservation and taking us as a walk in (which he offered at the very end in a surly voice), he was combative, rude and downright nasty, so we walked out. Fortunately we did a walk in at another very nice Sleep Inn in Hagerstown where the front desk gentleman was sweet and accommodating despite the late/early hour.

It was hot out, just wanted to cool down. Room was hot! Turned on AC and it ran till I just laid down for bed. 1 hour. I get up to see what it's off and nothing works. I turn it off then on then it kicks back on. Go to bed and wake up at 2am sweating. Turned it back on again and waiting 30 minutes and turned off again. Got fed up and turned the fan on, no AC. Since it was already cool from running it was fine. But I lost an hour of sleep. My dad stayed asleep is the only reason I did not want to wake him up, wait for a new room, move my stuff etc. At checkout, which took the guy over 10 minutes to check a couple out, I told him what happened and he said "ok your checked out". That's it! No apology or thanks for letting us know or here is a small discount… Nothing. Horrible customer service. The lady at check in was very nice though. This guy at checkout was horrible. I have business in town which started with this recent trip. I will not be staying here if something is not done about this.
