Beautiful place, exceptional room, breathtaking decoration, exceptional breakfast. We have never had a room of such splendour with well thought out little touches. The hosts are extremely kind and very available. We will be back with great pleasure. And it's even on. Thanks again Waine and Diègo.

My boyfriend and I stayed at No. 27 B&B in the Villiers room and it was absolutely spotless. Wayne and Diego were so welcoming, helpful and friendly; helping us with our bags and any questions we had. Breakfast was lovely and was both very considerate about our allergies. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return. Thanks Wayne and Diego you have a beautiful place.

Wayne and Diego have all ingredients for a perfect stay in Brighton. A very warm welcome making you feel at home. Rooms very tastefull decorated with eye for detail. Breakfast de luxe, fresh and delicious. Location couldn't be better. Just go down the street and Brighton is at your feet. Thanks guys.

Absolutely lovely B&B. I have a single room which is a bit small but it is not lacking in any of the luxuries afforded the other guests. There is a choice of Teas & Coffees in the room as well as Biscuits & a small cake under a dome (very fitting for Brighton). There is also bottled water as well as a decanter with a drop of sherry in should you wish to take a pre-meal drink or a late night tipple. There is also a bottle opener on the tray in case beer is more to your taste; but that is on a BYO basis Breakfast continues with a good choice of excellently sourced ingredients served in an array of interesting vessels. Must be seen to be believed. David.

No. 27 Brighton B&B is a lovely hotel and the team are very passionate about hearing what guest feel about there stay, they are working hard to increase there success and I cant wait to hear what events they have going on over the summer, sounds like good fun!

10/10 for everything at this place, Wayne and Diego were fantastic hosts and we felt at home as soon as we got there. Breakfast was great with loads of selection. Would definitely stay there next time we visit. Thanks!

Every year my partner and I go and stay here in Jan. It changed owners and is still brilliant. Rooms are lovely and breakfast is great. We will be back in Jan as normal. Thanks.

My daughter had a last minute stay here, it is an absolute gem of a b&b, charming hosts and a tastefully decorated spotlessly clean bedroom. Was blown away at how beautiful the accommodation was!

So nice I wanted to move in permanently.

I booked this accommodation as I was staying in Brighton for a wedding and didn't go in expecting anything really … but wow was I bawled over! A really quaint little place, spick and span, with very friendly staff who welcomed us with a glass of prosecco and was on hand for anything we needed. Very comfortable bed, great shower room with lovely bath products, dressing gowns, great tea making facilities and biscuits! Great location too, a stones throw from the beachfront. 100% recommended.

Such a lot of thought put into every aspect of this small but fabulous hotel. Lovely rooms. Great finishing touches. Superb breakfast.

This was by far the best b&b I have ever stayed in. The breakfast was to die far the guys couldnt do enough for you. The little touches like the choclates on the pillows every day, and the biscuit or buns in your room every day made this the most fantastic stay. We stayed at Martin & Craig's B&B on 22nd/23rd June 2015 in Room 4. They had only been there a week but couldn't have been more accommodating with a warm and friendly welcome. Fantastic room and superb breakfast so would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Our stay at 27 b&b over the easter bank holiday 2014 was the best choice we have made, the welcome from alan and Ollie was very warm and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Our room (room no:2) was beautiful, furnished to the highest of standards and immaculate. Our breakfast, served in our room was very well presented with a good range of choices, the fig, date and grain yoghurt was the best we have ever tasted, the full English breakfast, which can be customised was gorgeous and set us up for the day. Alan and Ollie also provided us with loads of information of local attractions and places of interest. The b&b is situated within a short walk to some fabulous resturants where some provide discount if you mention that you are staying at 27 b&b. We will be staying at this b&b again on a regular basis as we know the standards will be the same whenever we go. We would like to say thank you very much alan and Ollie for a wonderful experience staying in your beautiful home.

I was extremely impressed with 27. It was easy to find, lovely view from the window, the service made me feel very looked after and pampered, the room was stunning, the bathroom especially, the breakfast was delicious and felt really extravagant. The attention to detail was really impressive. I feel like I paid way too little for such a fantastic experience.
