We throughly enjoyed our stay at the boutique RBB. After an accidental room blip at the start of stay which was fixed ASAP, we found the hosts Steve and Pete the most hospitable owners. The room was gorgeous, tastefully decorated, modernised Georgian style with lovely touches. We stayed in the king deluxe room on top floor. We would definitely go there again! Loved it and the recommendations for breakfast. Plus car parking sorted very easily with small daily payment. I love Brighton, so this made it even better!

I’ve been staying with Peter and Steve for years now and I’m never disappointed. The rooms are always spotless, beds are super comfortable, and the breakfast is just the best. The whole hotel is beautifully decorated and always smells fantastic! Peter and Steve are super friendly and great guys. They aways make you feel very welcome. The hotel is located in the Kemp town area which is a lovely part of Brighton. Close to the sea, sea views from the front bedrooms. Marina drive is a 10 min walk. Brighton flea market just around the corner and some amazing pubs and restaurants nearby it’s a great location for a stay in Brighton. I keep coming back so it must be good!

Lovely clean hotel, smelt lovely and tastefully refurbished. Attention to detail, comfy bed and spacious room followed by a lovely breakfast cooked fresh and very tasty. The hosts are kind and considerate and their morning staff pleasant and polite, would def go again.

Just returned home having spent two nights staying here. Everything from the welcoming arrival from Peter and Steve, the accommodation, the deliciously cooked, choice of breakfasts. This place is a real find, would highly recommend.

Great place to stay for a warm welcome and friendly host's. Been Brighton many times and this is place we will revisit.

Just spent a wonderful weekend at this gorgeous guesthouse. Warm and friendly check-in, beautiful room with a modern but classic decor. Huge TV above a beautiful fireplace and an extremely comfortable bed. Lovely little touches, like free chocolate bars and cans of lemonade in the the fridge. Breakfast was delicious on both mornings. Between us we had the full English, vegetarian breakfast and the porridge and they were all wonderful! I would definitely recommend this place, which is in an ideal location.

Have only stayed here for 2 nights but it is lovely, nice and quiet, everything you need supplied in the room and their breakfast is to die for. They are so welcoming and friendly will definately stay here again.

What an absolute delight to stay in the king room! Steve and Peter go above and beyond to provide a special stay, with stylish French furnishings, a scrumptious, generous breakfast, free chocolates and soft drinks, spotlessly clean rooms… I'll definitely be back!

It is really a lovely place. The rooms are clean, modern and on each detail they take care. Directly at your arrival you feel at home and more than welcome. The host Steve is a nice guy. Very friendly and with good recommendations for lunch or other activities. Also the breakfast was delicious. We regret that we stayed only one night in their nice B&B.

Stayed here a while ago with some friends. Lovely place and we were so well looked after by Steve & Peter. So much that I’d recommend this place to everyone. Booked another stay for this week and can’t wait…

Hands down one of the best B&B's I've ever had the pleasure of stopping in. Spotlessly clean throughout, fantastic breakfast, location was superb and our hosts Peter and Steve were two of the loveliest people ever — nothing was too much trouble for them. They both took the time to give us recommendations (all of which that we tried were 100% spot on) and even just stopping to ask how we were and how our day was. They drew us maps of the area and were just absolutely lovely. I can not recommend stopping here enough. 10/10 for everything. Thank you Peter and Steve x.

Great place to stay. The cleanest hotel you will ever come across and the warmest and friendliest hosts. The rooms are exceptionally equipped with a lot of nice little touches that set them apart from the rest. I honestly can't speak more highly of our three night stay.

Very good hotel with very friendly and sympathetic staff. It is extremely clean and well maintained, you feel very comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic and in the soft beds you have a restful sleep.

Lovely hotel, the owners are fantastic guest that have at their heart your comfort and your fun too. The room was essential but clean and comfortable. Great coffee and tea making facilities in the room. Superb cooked breakfast available. Highly recommended for whoever wants a comfortable, fun and welcoming atmosphere. I will be back :)

I went to the Red Brighton Blue for a week end that was absolutely wonderful! Room, breakfast, team… everything is perfect. If you're looking for a great hotel near to city center, sea side, restaurant and a lovely pub don't hesitate and book this hotel! Thank you guys to welcome me as you did!

Without a doubt one of the best B and Bs we have ever stayed in. My son is only 9 and Everyone couldn't of been friendlier or made us feel more welcome! The rooms were spotless with lots of added touches and breakfast was fresh and different every day. The extra mile Peter and Steve go to makes this a unique and special boutique B and B and I would highly recommend! We will definately be returning ourselves! Well done guys and thank you! Warm welcome, excellent breakfast! Steve and Peter were wonderful warm, welcoming hosts. They were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is really well situated for exploring Brighton. The rooms we had were clean, luxurious and very comfortable. We all slept really well and awoke to a fantastic cooked breakfast by Peter. The range of choice for breakfast was great and Steve happily offered a very tasty off menu vegetarian breakfast choice for me. Our three children were also made to feel welcome and loved everything! All in all a really relaxing stay. We would love to come again.

The best guest house I have stayed in. The host's Steve and Peter were amazing. The guest house was spotless and very well decorated. We will be staying again.

Stayed there for one night on 24/7, & left wishing I'd stayed longer. Lovely, warm welcome from Steven. My room was very comfortable, spotless, well-equipped, with the benefit of a fridge with little treats inside, and drinks-making facilities. In spite of being in an old and characterful early 19th century building, the sound insulation was excellent, and I had a very peaceful night's sleep. Breakfast was fantastic — basically — whatever you wanted, cooked however you wanted it — and lots fresh fruits, juices and cereals. Service: absolutely top-notch — friendly, helpful and attentive. Genuinely wanting to give guests a good experience. What more could anyone ask for? I'll be back!

It was a pleasure to stay at the Red Brighton Blue Hotel. The hotel is very comfortable, well decorated. Steve and Peter are marvelous hostes and they personally guarantee the everything is going smoothly. The breakfast is amazing, a variety of hot options and a good buffet breakfast also. It was a unique and unforgettable experience.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! We didn't want to leave! This best kept secret in Brighton is more than a B&B! It's a home away from home. Steve and Peter treat you like family. The rooms are super clean and modern. Views of the ocean in room 3 are fantastic! Breakfast was delicious! If you're on the fence about which B&B to choose, your search should stop with the Red, Brighton, Blue!

Well, what a find this was … totally amazing stay. Everything about Red Brighton Blue smacks of perfection from ease of booking, pre-arrival information, the welcome, all of the thoughtful items in the room including a Nespresso machine (George Clooney didn't walk out of the shower room though? ). The place is spotlessly clean and the breakfast with Stephen looking after us whilst Peter cooked the best scrambled eggs I have ever had, was a fantastic start to the day. Location perfect as well! We will be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

What a lovely place. Steven and Peter were great, the attention to detail and cleanliness was nothing short of superb. A very stylish establishment, where every detail had been well thought out from the toiletries in the bathrooms (REN) to the linen on the beds, to the décor of the rooms and the drinks/snacks provided (without charge). We stayed for two nights and the first morning we both ordered the full English… Quality sausage and bacon, perfectly cooked egg, Heinz beans, herby tomato and I don't quite know what Peter's trick is with the mushrooms but they were divine and very good toast, tea and coffee. There was lots of good quality buffet stuff too (granola, yoghurt, fruit etc. ) but to be honest it didn't get a look in with me, what with the smells that were coming from the kitchen (which is next to the dining room — gorgeous, clean and very open to chat to the boys as they are busy at their work, which always makes me feel better). The second day I opted for the scrambled egg with smoked salmon of a toasted bagel… OMG! Try it, I am conscious that I'm starting to sound like a paid blogger, just try it and tell me on here if you disagree. I love Brighton and have been many times and will continue to do so.

Gentlemen I salute you, very well done indeed a truly cracking place to stay and absolutely no point considering anywhere else in Brighton. Thank you very much indeed, precisely how a B&B should be!

Steve and Peter have created the perfect modern B&B, light, clean, comfortable, stylish but the USP is their personal touch. Staying at Red Brighton Blue is like stopping over with some old friends who left the city looking for the good life, found it and are happy to share it. Red Brighton Blue is without question one of the top places to stay in a city already blessed with great accommodation; just give them your money and have a wonderful stay!

Not just any B&B Well what can I say you lovely people. From the moment we parked the car to the warm goodbye at the end of our stay, perfect. We had done a lot of research for the best place to stay in Brighton and this came up to be one of the best choices. From the moment we entered, this wonderful place was the definition of a beautiful. Your key card allows you 24 hour access to the building, there is Wifi, they have an information table with everything you can do in Brighton and a beautiful garden area. Peter and Steven have really thought about every detail from the chandelier to the flowers in the bedrooms and the amazing choice of films on the TV. After seeing the dining room and the hallway, I just knew the bedrooms would be top notch but oh my — they are not any bog standard rooms. Everything was just perfect. I am really fussy with my bathrooms — not a speck of dirt to be seen anywhere. The bathrooms are really modern with a power shower, LED mirror lighting and gorgeous décor. The bedroom itself — I had room number 12 which was a single but plenty roomy. All rooms are equipped with a smart TV, energy saving lighting which requires your key card to be in a little holder which automatically turns it all on oh and a nescafe machine — such a good idea. The beds are super comfy and the rooms smell really good.

Lovely place run by some amazing chaps. Very friendly and nice and excellent rooms. Would come back again.

Totally at home at this lovely little hotel with our wonderfully welcoming hosts Steve and Peter treating us more like friends than paying guests. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they willingly impart their excellent local knowledge … arming you with an annotated map to help make your stay in Brighton all the more fun!
Charlotte street is ideally situated being close to shops and many places of interest.
The hotel is tastefully decorated and our room has everything that you need (apart from written instructions for the uninitiated on how to control the errant expresso maker! ) However help is always at hand and our heroes will bound up the stairs if ever a need arises.
The beds are really comfy and now, after a long but interesting day exploring the delights of the North Laines and the Royal Pavilion all in it's Christmas regalia, we are about to select a film from the extensive DVD library on our huge TV … so please excuse us if we relax with a drink from our little fridge and maybe just a little chocolate left out to cruelly tempt us!
Looking forward to another delicious breakfast tomorrow and of course our next stay at the Red Brighton Blue!

Lovely place to stay. The luxury of a very good hotel with proper B&B hospitality. Stephen and Peter are very friendly and helpful. I would say it almost feels like staying at a friend's house but that wouldn't be fair because I don't have any friends that are so nice and welcoming! Everything spotless and brand new, great facilities. Wonderful breakfast.

Hotel particular. Very clean, basic, friendly. Rooms are limited in size, but complete with every detail necessary. Reasonable prices.

The Red Brighton Blue is a very modern hotel in the heart of Brighton, within walking distance of the sea and the city centre.
The owners, Steve and Peter, are exceptionally nice and accommodating. The rooms and bathrooms are very elegantly designed and furnished.
In the rooms you will find a fridge, safe, kettle and a very large TV with Internet access and Netflix! There are also free drinks (coffee, tea, water, cola…) and sweets.
At breakfast there is a lot of choice. In addition to toast and cornflakes, there are several warm variations, including classic English breakfast, egg with smoked salmon or a bagel with fresh cheese and salmon. Of course there is also a vegetarian version!
The hotel also has a small garden and free Wi-Fi.
We can recommend this hotel to anyone!
