1st class service. Lovely meal in restaurant.

Would not recommend, my family and I stayed here 25/11/21… we had two rooms as a family of five. We all had to sleep in one room the night before our departure due to one of the rooms stinking of damp…. I could not sleep in it never mind my children, I did report this to the front desk and I also made a complaint online to which I still Haven’t received a reply which I think is very poor considering one of the rooms was not fit for purpose…. In future I will take my business elsewhere. Regards Neil.

Would not have stayed here if I had known that the restaurant was only open for slop in a box meals.

Very helpful staff, having left my wife in the maternity ward at 3am they accommodated me and I could extend my stay day by day using the same room. Although during these difficult times the room couldn't be serviced but as a clean customer I did not need this, extra tea, coffee and milk etc was available at reception 24/7, had the breakfast this morning and that has filled me up for the day. I did pay each day at reception which was £20 more than on the website, I think it should be offered at reception especially if you are using a taxi at stupid o'clock to go to the hospital! Well done to all staff and I will certainly be back if in the area.

We were made so welcome by all staff girl at reception was called Caitlin I'm sure this was on the 14th on March we were to go on holiday but ours was cancelled… on arriving at the room there was a bouquet of flowers and a sympathy card from all the staff on the loss of my daughter Lexi who worked for premier inn pacific quay… My husband and I were so touched by all your kindness xx.

The service at check in and dinner was excellent. Food at dinner was great. Just off for breakfast which I'm sure will be as good.

Amazing service. Rooms as you would expect from PI. Few minute walk away from terminal. Car parking at flyingscot only £2.70 per day using booking number too along with shuttle service. Brilliant cant fault this stay.

Too noisy and warm in the summer. Probably fine in winter when you don't have to open the window the prescribed 8cm or so.

A little bit expansive. But it is close to the airport. I stayed here multiple times the rooms were always very clean and the beds are so comfortable.

Well, typical hotel next to the airport. Good service, good rooms, price in keeping with the rest. It is about 8 minutes walk to the airport with good access.
No noise from outside or aircraft discomfort despite its proximity. Pretty quiet and comfortable.
Expensive restaurant, although if we leave the hotel we can find some alternative nearby, although there is not much to choose from.

Premier inn Braehead won’t change a booking to Phoenix. Appalling customer service, have another 12 rooms to book for guests for a wedding. Will be booking with somewhere else at this rate.

My favourite hotel when flying from Glasgow. Good food, friendly staff, comfy and clean rooms and right next to the airport.

Only there till 3 a. M but everything was good. Enjoyed a lovely Gammon Steak in the restaurant. Only criticism I have is there's no air con so had to sleep with the secondary double glazed window open so was affected by the noise.

Was really great service from the reception and dinning staff all very helpful and friendly. Will highly recommend.

To all the staff at premier Inn Glasgow airport. You have been amazing this past few days! From offering to drive my dad to the hospital to making us packed lunches and even saying you would drive us to Paisley to visit him. Lovely lovely people who have made a difficult situation much easier to deal with. Love and best wishes to you all x.

Good hotel near Glasgow airport. Rooms were usual good Premier Inn quality and cleanliness was excellent. Marked down a star for the unexpected £4 car parking charge.

Very friendly staff and comfortable room. Meal Deal gives a 2 course meal and drink which was value for money. Breakfast in the morning was excellent.

Excellent price for a room here when booked in advance. Clean quiet and comfortable. Good quality evening meals and breakfast.

The staff at Premier Inn Glasgow Airport are so friendly and have gone above and beyond in my opinion on our short stay. We are not staying here to go on a lovely holiday, we are here as our Grandson is in Glasgow’s children’s hospital after having open heart surgery and this hotel is close for us to help out with his care. We had a quick chat with the lovely receptionist this morning and explained our reason for being there. She was very friendly and showed genuine concern and passed on her good wishes for him. When we returned late at night and went to our room there was a lovely note, gift bag with sweets, colouring book, juice etc and a little teddy bear for my Grandson. Not only that but we have our granddaughter with us (Liam’s big sister’ and staff have been fantastic with her too. So Thank you so much. It’s these little gestures that make a huge difference to difficult situations and prove people genuinely care.

Stayed here for 5 nights due to work commitments — bit peeved at the £4per day car charge but — it is directly attached to the airport so it’s understandable — but should be deducted from the room charge as they know your a guest there. Food was great — a bit slow on busy nights but still tasted fab — my room was good, bed as always was amazing — my shower lacked power so that was a let down for me personally, the heater could be a bit quieter when it switches on — the click is quite loud & I know at least 1 of my colleagues made comment to reception about it — would I stay here again?

Rooms were nice and staff friendly enough. My only issue would be the so called meal deal for 24.99. It's specifically states any 2 courses and a drink for the above price. Yet when I asked for the surf and turf I was told it was an extra £2.00. Indicating it is not part of the meal deal. Because the meal deal is 24.99. Not 26.99. Some clarity on this should be pointed out on this matter.

A little noisy but good location at the airport.

Good for its purpose. It has nice rooms, rather spacious. It is really close to the airport (possible to walk there), just behind the rental place and with 24h reception. Convenient hotel for early flights/late arrivals.

Nice welcome. Bar area pleasant and people friendly even just as we arrived before closing time. Family room with a double and 2 singles is a squeeze but clean and comfy. Just perfect after flight. Breakfast always fresh and good value. Marked down a star due to £4 nightly parking charge as this is a downright rip off!

Very convenient if you have a delayed flight. Great breakfast. Staff very friendly. A few ceiling mounted signs to way to stairs would be useful. There seems to be lots of doors at corridor junctions.

Our first visit and first impressions are good! Staff are excellent and incredibly attentive. They are great towards kids (ours are 8 years old). Nothing seems too much trouble. Food was great and plenty of it. Well presented and tastes good. Its currently Halloween and the bar and restaurant is well decorated with life size creeps and gouls. Close to the airport and lots of parking for patrons. The only disappointment so far are the restaurant toilet facilities. They are a bit tired and in need of some well deserved TLC. I've stayed in many Premier Inn's, and the staff here are streets ahead of the rest. I'd recommend.

I was told it was a short walk from the airport, but it was really difficult to get to on foot as there were no obvious footpaths. Sign posts would help. The staff were relatively friendly however the beds were really comfortable.

Dated to many other premier inn' s I have stayed in, however, don't let that distract you from the service and food quality. My only gripe is being 6'4" the baths are always too small.

Five stars for my bed the most comfortable bed in the world. BUT I don't know what is going on in the room beneath ours but it is now 2am and I still cannot sleep I don't know if we are above a kitchen or boiler room or what but there is a noise which I have tried to sleep through and I can't so far it is a droning /banging noise like an engine or boiler starting and stopping also footsteps back and forth and when our TVs was on we couldn't hear it but once off and trying to sleep it kept starting and stopping so far for the last hour. I am so tired and can't sleep so premier in I am not happy. I was desperate to fall asleep in the Best most comfortable bed in the world in my opinion but can't. When you pay over £100 for your room you don't expect to be kept awake. Now 02.08 and it's happened again. Our room no is 215 avoid it if you can.

A great night's sleep in comfortable rooms with windows that actually open (yaaay). Good Buffet breakfast (free for under 16s) and very friendly staff.

Very close to the airport comfortable bed budget hotel no safe for your valuable belongings no refrigerators. Polite staff. Pay for parking. Pay for high speed internet. Pay for breakfast.

A bit of a walk from the airport. Parking is £4 for the night. A busy place but not bad.

Like any other Premier Inn. Perfectly OK for a night's stay. Very convenient for the airport.

The people that work in it are very polite an the room is idel for my girlfriend that is disabled.

Typical Premier Inn — very comfy bed and pitch black room. Shower a little disappointing. Literally 5 mins from the terminal so mega handy.

Lower budget hotel chain, good, clean rooms, practicing the 'green' Eco rules, low flow showers, body gels no soap bars, room key in a receiver to turn on lights (like on cruise ships). Nice fairly priced restaurant with many choices and good food. Tip, next door is a longer term parking lot. If your walking to terminal (2 blocks walk), usually you can find an abandoned luggage cart to use and return to the terminal at the same time.

Stayed for one night for a funeral… arrived from London early morning… the staff happily arranged for us to get into our room early and also gave us some tea and and pastries that were left from breakfast… the staff were lovely and helpful… room was great as was the food… highly recommend.

Stayed before and after a flight, accommodation was excellent and great access to the airport. Used the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast both of which were excellent value for money. Would stay again.

Perfect service and rooms are nice and quiet despite next to a busy motorway and the obvious airport.

All OK except being told at check in that there was no need to reserve a table at the restaurant only to find and hour wait when I went for dinner! Recommend reserving when you check in.

Located near airport. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast, slept well.

For a basic motel-style property, I was very impressed. Cafe area was pleasant with tasty food. Cooked breakfast to order, not sitting out buffet-style. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Seemed to work very hard and do double-shifts. I would stay at this or other Premier Inn properties again, based on this experience.

Had to stay here for a conference down the road when the main hotel was full, I was concerned (like everyone else) that staying in a hotel near the airport and the motorway would be noisy and I wouldn't sleep. Turns out my room was absolutely silent, and everything worked the way you'd expect — I slept like a log. Also they operate a 'Goodnight Guarantee' so you'd be able to ask for your money back if you had a bad night. If you know what to expect from Premier Travel Inn then you will not be disappointed.
