Really nice guest house with engaging staff nice breakfast, good Wi-Fi, TV, small fridge, nice desk, good bed, big blanket, spacious shower with adjustable water pressure. When we visited in early December the prices of the rooms were low. We were surprised by the extra effort that went into our accomodation and happiness.

Clean and comfortable rooms, lovely staff and great breakfasts and a short walk to town. Will definitely stay here again.

I stayed here last week while my brother was in hospital in Paisley. The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and well presented. 100% would recommend this place to any one.

A great stop over! Staff are fantastic… rooms basic but very clean. Perfect location for the airport (£7 taxi). Walk 10 mins into town centre. Shared bathrooms very dated but also clean. Wifi excellent even in my room. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful hotel, the owner is very nice and friendly. Paisley is a pretty town, and the train station to Glasgow is not that far either.

Our room was not very large and there was no bathroom, just a sink. The bathrooms (outside the rooms), however, were very nice and clean, just like the room itself. We did not eat breakfast there, although it is possible to do it. Also, the receptionist was very kind with us. Overall it is a good and calm spot, although it is not so near the city centre.

Everyone was so helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Wonderful cooked breakfast. L would love to return …

Great little budget place to stay. Not en suite but toilets and showers/baths were very clean and well kept. Lounge and big TV downstairs and nice outside area. There's a McDs and KFC just a couple of minutes walk.

Nice friendly run guest house plenty of parking was accomodating to the change of dates due to work alterations very pleased with experience.

Good quality accommodation, lovely friendly staff, delicious breakfast, fast free broadband. Happy customer.

I can't recommend the breakfast, expensive and not terrible. Just to sleep near the airport.

Great place. Nice stuff and this really is 5 star place if you notice price what you need to pay this kind of room. And overall place is clean and very nice.

Great friendly guest house. Cleanliness immaculate. Breakfast well worth getting up for. Staff Sarah & Debbie more than welcoming & helpful with huge personalities make you feel at home. Definitely recommended & situated near train station.

I and my friends, we found ourselves really well! A 10-minute walk from the centre, and the cleanliness and order of the room every day. Affordable price! Only weak points are that the bathrooms are not in the room but there are 3 in a good state shared between the rooms and also for the breakfast you pay an extra cost we haven't needed saw him once in the city centre there are many places to do it before taking the bus or metro. Recommended!

Lovely attentive staff, very nice room and comfortable bed. I was really impressed with the standard of the room I had (7). I've stayed in similarly priced properties with standards much lower. I picked the shared bathroom option, which worked out absolutely fine. The bathroom was always available and very clean. Great location. 5 minutes from airport, 15 minute walk to main train station and town centre, main bus route right outside. I'd definitely stay here again.
