We Stayed here for a weekend in August and had a great time. Clean, comfortable and quiet. The owner is more than welcoming and helpful. The place has recently been refurbished and looks great. Loved that there was tea and coffee facilities in the lounge with the added home baked treats on the side plus a fridge we could use.

This is an outstanding place to stay, ran by really nice people. The whole place is very clean and the breakfast is one of the best I have enjoyed. Very much based on the island culture, don't miss the chance to stay here but book ahead!

Just home from a 2 night stay in this lovely guest house. From start to finish we were look after by the owner Ross. Gave us lots of information on where to try as it was our first visit to Arran. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just perfect. To top it off home made baking was yummy after night out. Would definitely recommend to anyone and we would not hesitate on returning.

Family run hotel, very comfortable accommodation, nice rooms, sitting up off the main coast road in Brodick. Really nice ambience.

A truly lovely Guest House. A chance find on an impromptu night away on the Isle of Arran. I only wish we had a longer stay. The house is tastefully decorated & furnished, the bedroom very comfortable & the breakfast delicious, including gluten free options.

One of the nicest places we have stayed. Really nice and helpful owners, amazing island and views from the rooms, tasty food, great and cosy hotel. We will come back!

Comfortable old world charm. Well located in Broderick within short walking distance to foreshore. Loved the complimentary fresh cake left out for guests every aftefnoon.

Needed one night's stay. There was only one single room left. I went up to see as already on arran. I ended up two nights in double room in was really grateful couldn't be more helpful. The room was comfortable and had ensuite. Breakfast was good. I'm vegetarian and they accommodated for that. They even had weetabix lol. They were really helpful. It was a pity there was only 2 nights available but I was glad there had been. I would stay there again in a heartbeat Anyone thinking of booking don't hesitate or you'll miss out on one of the best places to stay on arran. Lovely, no-nonsense accommodation in the heart of Brodick. Ross and Hannah couldn't be more helpful and I can't recommend this place enough!

Lovely. Room, bathroom, lounges clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and a warm welcome. Would definitely use as a base for a trip to the area again.

Excellent location! Great breakfast, friendly staff, very clean, comfortable bed and short walk to ferries and bus stops.

Had a lovely stay at the Glenartney the view from our room was gorgeous (room 2) have also stayed at the auchrannie hotel and in all honesty I prefer the Glenartney, the room was spotless, bed was clean and comfy, breakfast was a relaxed affair with plenty of food on offer and nothing was a bother. Would highly recommend it.

My husband and I are just home from the most amazing few days staying at the Glenartney with our dog, Elvis! Ross and Hannah thought of absolutely everything to make their guest's stay special and we loved all the personal touches that were added — especially the cakes (although Elvis may argue it was the cooked sausages or his dog biscuits on arrival! ) The B&B is immaculate with lots of lovely spaces to relax and the breakfast was out of this world! We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay on Arran and will definitely be back! Thank you Ross and Hannah :)

An excellent guest house with interesting artworks from the landlady. The breakfasts were good and our room was fine, although we had the one where the bathroom is not en-suite, but next-door — no great hardship, really. It's set up for possible bad weather in that it's OK to hang around in the public rooms where there are many books, and free tea, drinks and snacks available — which is nice.

Excellent location ten minutes walk from the ferry terminal. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. The owners are very friendly and happy to help with anything. We were cycling around Arran so stayed two nights, one before and after the cycle. Breakfast was hearty with cereal as expected and a very well made cooked breakfast. Overall excellent experience. Would highly recommend.

Cosy, well furnished and great views over the bay and Goatfell. Would recommend!

Great place to stay — friendly and good value. Super location for walking and touring Arran.
