Went to the roof top bar for drinks before going to see a show. Beautiful setting with Magnificent views of London. Wonderful cocktails. Then went into STK Restaurant for a superb meal. Great service and staff. Fabulous evening!

Very nice experience be there at ME London. Special hotel reception lobby with designer long sofa for guests & sunlight from the rooftop. I thought I was walking into a pyramid. I was stay in a 3 person room with my son & my personal assistant. It’s a very clean tidy room, toilet & shower room are separated, very convenient for 3 of us. There’s a beautiful place for breakfast at the rooftop, very nice view. The theatre of Mamamia & Lion King just opposite to the hotel. We could back to hotel on foot after watching show. There’s a bar at the ground floor. Many people wearing nice fashion will gather at the lobby of hotel every night. Candle light & pleasant smell everywhere!

Amazing view from the top roofbar. Apparently anyone from the hotel can go there using their room key. For the not staying at the hotel, you should ask to the hotel the time is open and a Hostess will be allocated next to the lift to direct people to the roofbar.

5 stars all across! Yes, it’s another hip design hotel with perhaps too much of an emphasis on the hip and cool factor but the amazing staff who deliver an unparalleled customer experience sets it above the others. Rooms are large for London standards and the rooftop restaurant (which also caters to a slightly uncool tourist crowd in the evening despite its best efforts to cater to the opposite) offers amazing views and a modern twist on Spanish cuisine. This being a Meliá, a Spanish brand, most of the front of the house staff is Spanish and offer excellent customer service. Meliá has done an excellent job in assuring it’s customer facing staff is well trained and spare no attention to detail. Highly recommended on all aspects; design, service, rooms, food and drink selection but the staff are what make this property stand out from the rest in its class.

The staff were very hambientes and the rooms were very comfortable.

Modern ambience, combined with absolute friendliness. Even when entering the hotel, which is inconspicuous from the outside, a special flair surrounds you. The suitcases are removed from the taxi as soon as they get off, the concierge accompanies the guest to the reception on the first floor, where one is greeted with a glass of champagne. The reception is in a kind of pyramid of pure black marble. On the upward-pointing walls, a projection of jellyfish rising upward, accompanied by beautiful music, runs off. You feel moved to another world…

Very nice place, great vibe inside. Reception desk were a little bit snooty. Valet parking was great.

Visited the ME to cover a Boxing experience brand press launch recently situated on the downstairs conference rooms. These were very large extendable rooms capable to fit in a boxing ring as part of the launch. Very well lit modern facilities available. The staff are great as were the management on duty that day. Strongly recommend the ME to hold any conference type. Definitely need to visit back for a weekend stay.

Modern hotel in a great part of town, right on the edge of Covent Garden. The corridors and rooms are all quite dark, moody and angular, but done in a nice way. The terrace on Radio Rooftop Bar is the absolute highlight (although open to the public, accessible via a separate lift)

Just stopped at the rooftop bar briefly for a glass of wine. Really nice view of London so it was lovely to sit on the balcony with a couple of mates and drinks. It was cold but they had outdoor heaters and blankets so it was quite cosy. Staff were also very polite and attentive.

Friendly staff and great location. Rooms are modern, bright and spacious. Relies a bit too much on modern technology which sometimes doesn't work that well (the elevator to the rooms and the lights controls in the rooms). Overall a nice hotel. Definitely worth a trip to the radio bar at the top to get a awesome view of London.

The ME London hotel was perfect for New Year's Eve. We skipped going to the New Years celebration in town because one of our rooms had a balcony overlooking the fire works. Our room was amazing and the staff went beyond what would you expect. I would stay here again.

Nice atmosphere. Great service. Nice and clean rooms. Good location at the strand, nice and quiet neighborhood. Lot is shops and restaurants. Walking distance from Covent Garden, London Eye and metro stations. “Mode” Rooms are modern and spacious, have huge minibar and a coffee machine. However, Hotel entrance is not convenient, no place for cars or valet.

Gin and tonic on the top floor of the hotel at the roof terrace. With a view of London by night Fantastic! Super recommended.

Went to this hotel for a conference which was held in what could only be described as the basement. If certainly didn't scream 5 star. It's very dark and enclosed. The food laid on was nice though.

Just got back from the Me Hotel. The hotel was amazing. The staff was inviting, friendly and eager to assist. It Was our first time in the UK and I can only say that we felt like family there. The hotel restaurants are wonderful. The main lobby bar has the greatest staff I've ever met. Alex the Bar tender was great, after touring the city it was a pleasure coming back to our hotel and seeing a friendly face. Thanks for making our vacation even more enjoyable. We will absolutely return and look forward to calling the Me our home away from home. I've have traveled the world and stayed at some of the finest hotels along the way, hands down the Me London and their staff have set a new standard in the meaning of 5 star accommodations.

Luxury hotel that almost delivers. This is an expensive hotel and has everything you'd expect but doesn't have any soul. The black decor in the corridors is also a bit spooky. The rooms are lovely with but I'm British and would like to see a kettle so that I can make a cup of tea!

Very well equipped rooms. There were plugs from different places, including the European. The room was very domotic, piped music, light control, many different outputs next to the bed, I guess to connect to the TV. Super comfortable mattress and pillows. Bathroom with two sinks and shower. All very clean. Well insulated rooms, no noises. Very nice staff. Very rich breakfasts. The stay was perfect. Recommended 100%

It's not cheap but then it's also 'not cheap'. Great location, walking distance from everything central.

Loved the hotel. Marvelous design. I only wished they had a sauna and swimming pool, which I usually expect to have when I spend that much.

Nice venue, the is a downstairs hall used for events such as Xmas parties etc. Only downside is there is no mobile reception being a basement venue and you need to go up to ground level to make or receive messages. Location is right in the heart of The Strand with great transport links.

Radio bar is certainly one of the most beautiful spot in London however totally spoiled by idiots at the door and especially this person in charge of the guest list (Javier) who look at people with such arrogance — He should remember without us he wouldn't be working! My PR team been treated with little respect. Anyway London has plenty of other spots such a shame to leave the door handle with such poor professionalism. The staff at the main reception was amazing.

Amazing. I was taken here for anniversary and omg the place was amazing the rooftoop terrace gives some beautiful views of london and walking distance to london eye ect the stk resturant is a lovely place to eat that serves delicious food and good cocktails we had balcony which was great as had an amazing veiw of london aswell staff were so helpful and ive never felt more welcome than I did here a must place to stay! I cant wait to go to ME In cancun.

The customer service at this hotel is top-notch. While I encountered subpar customer service at many other establishments while in London, this hotel truly bends over backwards for its guests. Also, I love "sexy light", watermelon smell, and the Radio bar is AWESOME! All the employees are sweet, entertaining, and accommodating.

All I can say is WOW! Beautiful design and luxurious rooms. Walking into the reception area is almost a religious experience. Exquisite marble throughout. Definitely check out Radio, the penthouse bar where London's trendy crowd gathers for after-work drinks and incredible views of the City. Quiet, comfortable rooms with all the modern appointments and amenities.

Not very good did not work well the centralized warm we spent a cold two of the three nights no one gave us problem-my wife has cooled, and we had q to call a doctor, a lot of noise in the radio bar of the penthouse jump to the alarm and impossible to turn off the lights to sleep only to thank the custodial staff for the kindness provided great professional cosmic, emiliano and the head of reception silvia.

The terrace for residents of the hotel should have a reserved part q and have more rights the q are not clients of the hotel. That is the only thing q has been absent for the rest is wonderful.

The stay in the hotel was excellent for its wonderful architecture, excellent quality and an exquisite treatment on the part of the directorate and of the service; in addition to being located in a strategic point of the city.
