Late check-in (4 hours, wthout being informed) so we were stuck with no shower prior to evening function and babystter sat with kids when the cleaner came. No customer service (no one answered emergency number) during the stay, or emails, or called me to recitify problems. 3 towels for 4 guests and half a role of toilet paper only. 1 tea bag. No coffee. Old food in fridge, old flowers on coffee table and a pair of underware on the floor. It was really gross and so disappointing for what was the end of an otherwise delightful trip. Appartment reception were kind enough but unable to help. Apple cancelled our prevously confirmed late check-out one week prior as well (which was pretty rich given the very late check in). We have had no compensation or apology from Apple. I'm widely traveled but this was teh lowest accomodation experience. I didnt expect this in London. Reception staff say it happens very often that the appartment is not ready or dirty and Apple cannot be contacted and wont answer their calls either. At this price I expect it clean, with linnen as a minimum. And a phone call regarding any delays or a response to complaints. Do yourself a favour and spend 5 minutes finding somewhere else to stay — you'll save yourself hours in the end.
