A cosy and functional room, a comfortable bed and the whole room, including the bathroom, always extremely clean and tidy. Competent staff and to every question I answered with great professionalism, kindness and even that touch of English sympathy. Excellent breakfast from sweet to salty, despite having been there in the middle of the summer season, always well stocked with food, from bacon to omelette from yogurt to toast. The room waitresses always kind in finding us a free table. Great location to take the tube and get to central London.
To go back definitely!

Rooms modern, clean, air-conditioned. Tea, coffee and an electric kettle are available in the room. Rooms are cleaned daily and towels are changed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location to the subway great. Luckily we had a room to the back, because hotel is located on the main road and nearby is a hospital. Absolutely recommended.

Took 2 rooms. The AC was not working in one of them and I found human nails on the floor which imply that the place was not vacuumed before I was given the room. While I was also waiting in the lobby I saw many people complain about problem in their rooms. On the bright side the staff was nice and helpful but I would personally not visit this hotel again, I would rather have rude staff and clean place rather than nice staff but dirty rooms.

Comfortable. They provide a kettle, cups and tea/coffee in the room, everything was clean, and everyone was friendly. The breakfast options weren't great for vegetarians. Noise levels can sometimes be an issue as you can hear people in the corridors sometimes. Car park was expensive, £20 for the night, but there's not a lot of parking available in the area so it's necessary. Prices for rooms are good compared to most hotels im the area. Worth the money!

I slept there 5 nights in the room triple euro 800 about … Room No. 326, good for 3 small for 4. There's no fridge. The window opens only in ventilation. He's on the way. Very noisy. If it weren't for breakfast, no limits, they make you even take away and the proximity of transportation I wouldn't have given 3 stars.

The lousy mattress was sinking. The pillow poor quality. The only good thing was big room and close to the subway. Room 133 we touched. I don't recommend it at all!

We had a 5 night stay at the n hotel. The staff were all amazing especially Lorraine the receptionist. Breakfast was a little chaotic.

Awesome location due to tube station very near. However far from Airport. Also reasonable room rents and services.

Ideal stay to spend a couple of days in London.
I start to talk about the Super magnificent breakfast with exceptional muffins, excellent croissants and many other delicacies.
A great thing is the fact that they allow you to pack and bring out breakfast.
Rooms always clean and staff friendly (there is an Italian waitress at breakfast who is always cordial and very fast in cleaning) I end up telling you that the hotel is very close to the Metro that connects Collier Wood with the center of the city and also around there are Restaurants with Italian, Indian, Egyptian and even a great pub to taste a good beer in peace!

One of the best things about the hotel is its location, even when you're outside, so you have the metro right to the side and area of super and restoration, which makes it all the more easy. The standard rooms, the breakfast quite good, clean, no noise and just below there is a pub which is quite good.

I stay here regularly when working in London, as the hotel has parking and Collier Wood Tube Station is opposite. The team are great… Any issues or problems with my bookings have always been sorted quickly. The team are friendly, helpful and always professional. Special mention to Sidi, Tayse & Francesca, who always go the extra mile to ensure my stay is a great one. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is clean. Breakfast was OK. The room was a bit cramped for 2 adults. And two children. There is no closet. Parking garage available, costs about €25 per night. Location from the hotel is great, there is a grocery store and some restaurants nearby. The metro station is just opposite, it takes about 25 minutes to get to the city.

Sona quiet, 50 Mt from the Metro, close to shops. A for those who go with children, like us, big room, plentiful breakfast is you can prepare sandwiches to take away.

Fantastic hotel. Nice decor. Rooms nicely decorated. We got a good rate as well which helped. Staff were going although they should aim to have someone behind the bar permanently. Waited a fair few minutes for a member of staff to serve me on one occasion. Overall a positive experience and I would highly recommend as a strong value option. Value for money all the way.

This hotel is located near Colliers wood station giving you fast access to the underground and a 20 minute subway ride to central london. The staff were welcoming. It had free breakfast with lots of different food and even english breakfast. My bed room was a bit humid one of the 3 nights that I was there and I found it hard to fall asleep. The shower and bathroom are very basic and contain shampoo and body wash. Razor, shaving gel and etc can be obtained in the concierge. Overall, considering the location and that its one of the very a few hotels on Wimbledon, I would recommend this hotel to others however if you plan on spending lots of time inside the hotel room, I’d suggest looking into other options.

Really nice staff. Great location for travel into central London. Hotel was busy at the time but still a pleasant place to stay. Hotel rooms need a bit of an update but otherwise. Value for money!

The hotel is clean. Breakfast good. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom was large enough. Opposite is directly the underground railway. You're in the city center in 20 minutes. The Italian in the street is good.

Hotel in suburban, Metro 2 steps that in 20MNT brings in central London, small but spotless rooms. Many restaurants, pubs and market nearby. The only flaw is the breakfast a bit scarsina, but of good quality. Good Hotel quality Price.

Nice Hotel, clean and quite new, like all of the chain. The best, location, with Metro station in front and a supermarket and shopping center at about 300 meters. About 9 stops by Metro from downtown, Notheren line, no transfers!

Hotel is completely ok for the price. Breakfast with everything you need, room OK only the location for people who don't have a subway ride can be very remote.

I stay here every other month when working in south Wimbledon. Comfortable bed, choice of pillows (firm or soft), air con or heating. Big television. Showers vary from room to room. The rooms opposite the lift have the nicest showers. (Glass instead of shower curtains). Also breakfast to go is a plus, bags provided to wrap up your bacon butty to eat on the go.

It is close to a meter, however it is very far from the city centre. The buffet is not very varied.

Very nice place very clean friendly staff. In front of the subway. 20 minutes to reach Eurostar. However the Wifi not good at all.

I spent two nights there and everything was perfect. Room was really nice and clean with aircondition. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Underground station Coliers wood is one minute walk far away and availibility to get to centre is 20-25 minutes by underground. Behind the hotel is nice park for walk and relaxing. I really recommend it.

I have only used the facilities for meetings. Breakfast bar is clean, easy to locate the hotel and there is paid for parking. If you are not too lazy, there is a retail park 4 minutes doen the road which offers 4 hours of parking for customers.

Spent 2 weeks here and my company chose a great hotel for us to stay in while we were away from home. Food was great, but after 2 weeks I think everyone had enough of the same sort of breakfasts. Stones throw away from the underground, local supermarket, bookies, toys shops and much much more. Plus convenient location and an ease to get into the center of London from here. Staff are very friendly and look after you here, even the cleaners give you peace if you're having a lie in.

Booked a twin room but on arrival was told only a double with a sofa bed was available. Which would be fine if the sofa bed was fit for purpose. Staff tried to appease with a free drink. Not happy.

Its an OK place to stay. The room badly needed to be painted however the paint was not in good condition and sofa bed couch looked a bit in poor condition. Hairdryer was very intermittent however and the milk for the tea and coffee was not replaced on one of the days during my stay. Breakfast is OK. Good cooked breakfast but limited choice of food. There was no yogurts available when I stayed. Staff at the breakfast were friendly and did greet guests as they arrived for their breakfast which was nice.

Good price, comfy beds and allowed us to check in early. Great for tube connection to the Northern Line which is just across the street. Northern line trains will take you direct into Kings Cross St Pancras, which is handy if you're travelling further afield.

What makes this place is an excellent gastropub next door and directly opposite colliers wood underground tube station in zone 3 so quick access into central London. Room facilities are good breakfast is adequate staff helpful. Stayed here many times so location and value mean I give it a 5.

Stayed in the same room twice. Both time room got a very musty smell. Room value and location is excellent. There is also a drainage issue in our room which was not resolved since our first stay many months ago. At checkout receptionist also merged our profile this was incorrect and resulted in extended delay to rectify and potentially causing billing and loyalty pts issues.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were incredibly helpful and clearly willing to go the extra mile for their guests. Breakfast particularly was very enjoyable with a selection of different breakfasts juices and coffees. The hotel is also conveniently positioned near Colliers Wood station meaning you can quickly get to the central and other place of interest.

The friendly and helpful staffs make staying in Holiday Inn Express London — Wimbledon South very pleasure. The tastefully renovated rooms are more than I expected.

Quick check in, great location near the tube, large twin room, breakfast, good price. Clean, tidy, quiet. What more do you need?

The location is very easy to get to from the Underground. The staff is friendly. Rooms are small but clean. The bed we had sagged a but in the middle, but wasn't too terrible. The sofa bed for our kids sagged quite a bit, and the pillows provided for it were much too thin. Breakfast was fine, nothing to write home about — decent coffee always ready.
