Fantastic welcome, clean bedrooms, great breakfast. 3 mins from Collier's wood station (20 mins in to central London). Useful shops and restaurants just over the road. Would definitely use it again.

Noisy from gym next door. Room shook when weights being used. Food and staff were excellent.

We didn't sleep well and were told 'you should have asked for more pillows' also our breakfast overpriced and cold we were then told ' you should have asked for your breakfast to be reheated. Who would eat a reheated breakfast. The staff were lovely.

Staff very friendly and chatty. Always super helpful and have a policy of not saying your room number outloud (if a female travelling alone) which I think is a nice touch. Food menu looks to have been updated since I last stayed. Great night sleep as always, will be buying a premier Inn bed when I buy my own house!

Parking here is much more difficult than it needs to be. There is only a parking meter and it does not accept any form of payment except coins. It's also got a huge sign with a bunch of text explaining how to use the parking machine, which is not at all straightforward. This needs to be sorted. The reception and service was a little iffy. There were a huge amount of people waiting when we arrived, and only one person on the reception, who then went off into an office and didn't emerge for about five minutes, so there was a very long wait for checking in. Bizarrely, we were given room 400, and there are NO signs to indicate where 400 actually is. Numbering begins from 401 and goes upwards, so beyond knowing it's the fourth floor, you have to just hunt down the room. The room was clean and well equipped, and everything worked properly. The bathroom was very modern with a good shower. Towels were a generous size and the bedding was more than enough to be comfortable. Unfortunately the walls and ceilings are made from some kind of wafer thin material and there was a huge amount of noise, mainly from directly above, which continued late into the night. Obviously there's not a lot the staff can do about this, but it's worth bearing in mind if you want some peace and quiet. The hotel is in a really good area with a large supermarket across the street and a number of restaurants opposite.

This is a perfectly pleasant Premier Inn. The standards are much in keeping with what you would expect from this particular chain. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a hiccup with my check-in process but that was swiftly made up for by the helpful staff on shift. The parking is a little confusing — take the time to read and re-read the signs outside!

Good location, easy access to rest of London via underground, decent pub and food options in close proximity. Hotel was clean and tidy, staff very courteous, no complaints, definitely stay again when City get to Wembley.

Booked parking but told on arrival via carpark intercom by the reception night staff (in broken English) that they were full, and to park on the street, basically f@*k off. Well you can't park on the street as it's all double yellow lines. Maybe recruit some night staff that can speak to customers in a more clear and professional manner. Not ideal when you've paid for parking! The hotel room stunk of mould, I think the reason was due to the broken extractor fan in the bathroom, which was like a steam room post shower. The view from the hotel room window was one of scaffolding, as they seem to be undergoing some renovations to the exterior, so if you want a nap during the day forget it. Booked a cot for my boy but no cot available up on check in, luckily we brought a travel cot just in case. On the plus side breakfast was good and breakfast staff were helpful and friendly. Would I stay here again? No chance.

Room was immaculate, and the breakfast was excellent. Very good service both at check in and for breakfast. Parking was a bit cramped and whilst it's free at certain times, the machine and signs are a little confusing.

We stayed on a Christmas eve and were made to feel very welcome from the moment we checked in. We were able to check in a few hours early as the hotel was not overbooked the previous night. Whatever we asked the staff for was created with a helpful smile and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and presentable. We had breakfast which was superb.

It was good and good food for breakfast beds were really hard and uncomfy.

Nice hotel, even if a bit outside of you need to visit central London. There's a tube station close by (5 mins walk). The room was nice, with comfortable beds, a good TV, spacious bathroom with fairly hot water. Towels and soap are provided and changed daily, and there's a powerful hairdryer. There's a supermarket right opposite in case you need something, but I didn't try the local restaurant or breakfast. The only "con" would be the bed, which felt too warm, but overall it was one of the best hotels I've ever been too (3 stars).

Hotel generally as expected for premier inn, receptionist was a bit miserable, the restaurant however a different story, (left hand did not know what the right hand was doing) I was asked to wait for 15 minutes even though there was not a single person in the restaurant as someone had booked before me? I do not normally do feedback but was annoyed by the lack of service and the incompetence of the staff (I think some were new so can give a little leeway) but not good at all. The food — I went for the burger with the £1 extra burger/cheese & bacon as was hungry DISAPPOINTED, all including coleslaw was BONE dry, no extra cheese or bacon.

The staff very friendly. The breakfast we opted for healthy breakfast after first night. Sausages over cooked, bacon was too dry and you had to wait for more food to be cooked. We went to the Thyme restaurant, we sat and waited for over 15 minutes before we were asked what we wanted to order. The reason for. The wait was another table who came in after us were served first. Room ok.

Greeted promptly on arrival at the desk, room was ready 1 hour before check in to our luck so that was a bonus. Room was a good size, clean and very quiet but on the top floor (6) We went back out and returned late that night. All standard amenities included tea, coffee kettle and hairdryer provided. Only bad point of the stay was that the hot water ran out mid shower (were only 2 of us! ) Checked out no problems and the woman at the desk was very pleasant and polite. Would stay again and gains easily accessible off the tubes into central London.

Great solution, about 30 min from Victoria station with underground. Clean, quiet and intercontinental average breakfast. New room and bathroom.

Lorriane, the red head who was working the night on June 29th was absolutely horrid at the front desk. We had been having such a lovely time in London and she has just about ruined it for us. Upon check-in we had a few questions and a concern about the rate that we thought we had booked the hotel for. We were checking in at 10:30 pm at night and there was no line behind us but she huffed and puffed every time we asked a question or asked for a minute to look up our booking online. Seriously, I haven't seen that much huffing and puffing since my 5 year old nephews last tantrum. We have been traveling Europe for 18 days now and haven't run into anyone as curt, snippy and completely condescending as her. My suggestion, stop having her work the front desk. She doesn't belong there.

Receive groups but don't want anyone to talk and not make noise. And what's worse, there is no telephone in the rooms. Outside of that it is nice hotel.

Great value stay with family, supermarket next door, good access to central London. Quiet at night, although you will hear a little traffic noise on the street side, but very bearable (and I am noise-sensitive). If you have kids, make sure you visit the small animal farm Deen City Farm nearby.

Very comfortable. They advertise a good night sleep and thats what we got. Clean, friendly staff. I cannot fault it. Will stay again.

I stayed for 3 nights at a special discount rate. Very nice bedroom and bathroom, large, clean, comfortable, with free Wi-Fi. Staff was super friendly. The only problem was the air conditioning/heating because it turned itself on during the night even after I turned it off. The hotel staff did their best to help but even they were unable to turn the heating off completely, it always kept coming back on after a while. In the end they gave me a refund under their good night guarantee. I had continental breakfast, which was excellent and well worth the price. The location is good, less than 10 minutes walking to Colliers Wood station to catch the Northern line to central London, and 15 minutes walk to the tramlink stop to East Croydon for trains to Gatwick airport.

While hotel seems to be far from central London in reality via Underground it reasonable distance, was able to book it last minute and was happy with it, very clean hotel, actually looks new.

We only stayed for one night myself husband and 2 children. What a lovely bunch of staff very frienly and vey efficient nothing was too much trouble. Food was lovely, rooms were clean and tidy. Would definately stay again. Well done premier inn.

You're never going to get 4-star luxury at a Premier Inn, but I've stayed here for a weekend once (long story as I live nearby! ) and the rooms are more than adequate for a couple of nights stay. Our room was a good sized double, with a good sized bathroom attached, which had a shower and a bath. It had a flat screen TV in the room and everything from a standard economy range hotel chain. There is a reasonably nice bar on one of the higher floors that is not too expensive and is a comfortable locale for a nightcap.

Another great stay in this hotel. Refurbished since my last visit in January, its a great place to stay. With the Colliers Wood tube station a 5 minute walk, getting up to London is easy and only 20 minutes away. Will use this hotel again.

Simple but the best in its category. Nice, clean and quite room, subway station is about 5 mins walk. Overall, myself and my family have enjoyed the stay.
