Poor services and the whole experience was quite disappointing, The fact that that there was a signs stating No refund under any circumstances should have set a warning, The room was small and so was the TV, The furniture was very old and worn out, There was no heating I was offered a fan heater if found (it wasn't available) or an extra blanket, as pictured below. You had to the leave the keys at reception when you go out yet they state they don't accept responsibility for an lost items. The continental breakfast as pictured is a tray with some muffins and drinks * for 2 people) I would not go there again. Given the nice location was expecting better standards. When complained about the quality of things/furniture and breakfast was advised to a write a review.

Wow, what a disaster. Checked in before we even got to the room there was trouble. They don’t accept any form of card payment. Even though my Master card was taken as security upon booking. Once we saw the very small, very dirty room, along with the trouble with checking in. We decided it probably wasn’t a safe environment. At this point they removed luggage from my 53 year old mother and refused to return it (totally illegal they had a security credit card). Once a scene started to form three large men bailed us up and wouldn’t let us leave without a payment. These three men physically left us from leaving and then extorteded 45 pounds from us. Perhaps minus four stars would have been a better name for this place.

If you don't have a lot of money and all you want is to sleep, you can choose this hotel. The best the attention and the continental breakfast they offer. The worst thing is that the room is very old. It has No elevator and the stairs are very very small, very uncomfortable to climb from the 3rd floor. First hotel also that I have not been offered bath soap, I have had to buy it. The state of the hotel in terms of cleanliness is fine. The cistern in the bathroom sometimes went wrong and we had to fix it ourselves manually. Very good location in Paddington with a metro station very close by. For the price and in London, you can't wait any longer. Satisfied.

Rooms very dust. They actually gave us a basement. There's only 1 plug… But within the cost, you can't ask for much more. It's clean and it doesn't smell bad. There is no hairdryer or soap for the shower. The situation is not bad, it is well connected.

Shower is extremely small, no fridge, no breakfast room (breakfast is placed in front of the room door, small rooms. Only the situation is okay.

Awful communication skills, and I can not even comment on the interior as when I arrived in London, they had decided to cancel my room and leave me stranded in the city. When I called to question why, or what they then expected me to do, they got aggressive, and kept slamming down the phone, refusing to give any excuse or help in my situation. I then had to pay extra to cut my trip short and plan my return journey immediately for that day. No remorse, no warning, and no help from the company. They just gave the room to someone else. Disgusting. Do not even waste your time.

Good enough for the low cost
Maybe not the highest standard but the personal were nice and helpful and the rooms were quite cosy.
Room 504 where we stayed were located in the top of the building and had a silent and nice atmosphere.
