Reviews of Brunel Hotel 3*
Horrible customer service. Due to a travel emergency I booked a room around midnight on a Sunday and tried to cancel it within 5-10 minutes. After talking to numerous staff over the phone and email immediately and the following day they refused to give me ANY money back for what essentially was a 10 minute booking of no inconvenience to them at all. They decided not to respond to any emails bar one, or explain why they thought it fair to charge me the full nights fee despite Booking. Com requesting they make an exception in this unique instance. Cannot imagine what other unfair policies or rude behaviour they have after receiving this treatment.
I sent four emails and I got no respond. Two of them were send by the contactform of the site. How hard is it to respond to an email? The costumerservice is terrible.

For sure the worst hotel and the worst experience I have ever had. I prefer writing when I am still living in the hotel cause in all their responses to complaints they say that because they did not contact them. The front deskn staff is super rude. I booked for 6 nights and when I arrived they told me they would give me an upgrade (they call it upgrade cause they put more beds in all available spaces). That's annoying me, because I wanted the room I paid for 6 nights without being disturbed. I had to leave mu suitecase ready for them to move next day to the other room. When I returned in the afternoon they would not have changed my room saying that they would give me another 2 nights and then they would move me. That is, not only could I not accommodate that night but I would be bothered again. It is a lack of respect. I told them that I wanted my room that night or i. Wont chance it again. In short, when I went out to meetings 2 nights after they intercepted me at the reception, saying they would change my room even if I didn't pack. A serious lack of privacy. I went to my day as is. Upon my return if they entered my room without my consent, I will call the police.
