No less than I tried, I couldn't recommend it. All it's positive about is only if you see it with a lot of "honey"
The area is something like "cute" if you like the street to be lit. I suppose to get a good look at the sex workers on the corners. The rooms are small, old, quite poorly accommodated, small TV and you can imagine waiting from the bathroom. Yes, little one too. We are 2 and the room was for 3. A single coffee sachet, two spoons for the cups. Bathroom options are basic, either by opening the bedroom door or opening the bathroom door. Old floor (noisy). If you have problems or difficulty walking or moving a lot is definitely not the place for you, no matter where you sleep, get ready to climb stairs. Nothing negative to say about attention. The Wi-Fi. I guess also small because. I couldn't use it. 3 lights in the room only works one, the top one. The rest decoration.
If you like the smell of marijuana do not forget to open your windows before you leave in the morning.
If you feel like spending a night as an adventure in a not very nice room, you know where to go.

Absolutely terrible. Rooms are small, fan was broken, and not very clean. Bathrooms are extremely small! The lady at reception was rude, and staff in general is not very helpful. So many other great hotels in London, this is definitely not one of them!

I love it! Would! The reception was excellent. Clean, good breakfast. Excellent location, about two blocks from Hyde Park, Lancaster, modding, you can walk or places being of tourist interest. Recommended 100%

Dirty towels, the window could not close, the hotel was deprived of facilities for foreigners (even just a transformer of the electrical outlet) and the bathroom was uninhabitable. Only location was good.

Hotel to start easy to get to a 6 minute walk from where the National Express leaves you and 2 minutes from Paddington Station. The people who work in the Hotel both Spanish and English people are a charm. Good breakfast The Hotel was very clean I liked everything about the hotel and its people, looking at the price I highly recommend this hotel. It is located in zone 1 of London (center) and the train station next to you catches all of the hand walking or transport.
Downside: The Wi-Fi is bad going when you feel like it and there is no elevator in total there are 5 floors 75 steps to climb to the last floor. Yes, I counted them.
The owners are Galician and they are super Majas I was treated great. I'll be back next year.

Good breakfast however tiny room on top floor up 8 flights of stairs. Clean bedding but plug sockets lamps etc all loose and paint peeling off window sills. Ok to stay one night as a base but no good if you can't climb stairs.

Hotel was adequate, had a shower, toilet and beds though the shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold. Breakfast was very basic though the kitchen staff were super nice.

They gave us a room on the main floor. It was cold inside (mid September) and we discovered the bathroom window was open, we tried to close it with no luck. Then, we called the concierge and he said the window was broken so his solution was to give us an extra towel in order to put it on the window! The bathroom had a pipe smell and when trying to have a shower the whole bathroom became an olympic pool. The Wi-Fi signal was so weak so we had to get out of our room in order to use it.

Although promised a full English breakfast, we're disappointed to see that only Continental variety was being served. Secondly, since the hotel lacks an elevator, they were requested to provide us with rooms on the lower levels. They didn't do that. Thirdly, except for an employee called Maria, the rest at the reception was of hardly any help. Fourthly, the bathroom was very small. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

It's a small, old hotel. I've been in a double room whose window is going to give an alley full of pigeons that make some horrible sounds. The bathroom is tiny. The shower tray is small and the water overflows all over the bathroom. The sink doesn't have my pinch of countertop. In the toilet you have to wait to fill the cistern to be able to pull again (and it fills very slowly). And just in case they don't offer you a small pot of gel, shampoo and body lotion as in any hotel. In the room the bed is small and there are only two plugs that are pretty far away from the bedside table. There's no plug in the bathroom either. I hope you go prepared if you intend to stay at this hotel of hell.

Staff was friendly, place was clean. Bed was comfortable enough. They could do with bigger breakfast parlor but that wasn't that big of an issue. Breakfast itself was alright, cereals, toast, ham and cheese, yoghurts, juice, tea/coffee, some pastry. It did the job.

Budget hotel centrally located in London. Paddington Station is five minutes away. No luxury, but everything is very clean and the staff is very friendly! For the price absolutely top and recommended. We are happy to come back.

Very classic. Toilet is not good. Shower is very bad (mixer problem). Very old bed. No maintenance at all. Carpets are stinking. Power socket is not easy to access. No proper furniture to keep the luggage. Not worth for money at all. I never recommend to my enemy even.

Reception was friendly and the hotel is close to paddington station. These were the only positive reviews I can say. Now the negative aspects, the room was very small, the bed squeaked and banged with the end against the wall so that the poor neighbors and get with it. My room was the number 15 on the 4 floor. Fan with a thick layer of dust, bathroom was so small you could turn that only around its own axis. She shower. The shower is an experience for anyone either one takes a shower with cold water, or after about 5 min wait time with boiling hot water, there was not something in between. The furniture is to be desired. For a short trip to london, and really only to the go to sleep the hotel is ok. But unfortunately not more than the two star deserves.

Nice hotel, with the style of that area of London. Luckily we had a very spacious room.

No aircon. At least install ceiling fans! Furniture old, broken, and decrepit. Shower disgusting and head full of grime. Hot water issues left me taking a shower in anothet guests room. Lobby furniture is old and disgusting. No way to contact owners or management at night if there are any issues. Not worth £75/ night. Looks and smells like the "hotel" has never had a deep cleaning. Ever.

Good location and quite place. I will come back. B&B in London, not just a Hotel.

The next time I go to london I will stay there.
