Stayed at the hotel recently with my family. Great helpful staff at the reception. Room was nice with a very nice shower room. Full English breakfast was included which was delicious. Overall a great place to stay and Hyde Park is just minutes away.

Amazing place to stay, warm and welcoming. Breakfast was bacis but the service/staff were amazing and extremely helpful. We would recommend and stay there again.

Like all the English hotels of tiny size. They are old houses that adapted to make the most of the space. We had an inconvenience, when we got the room we were given one with a single bed of normal size. We when we booked, we did for a triple room as we were going two adults and our 5 year old grandson and on the bed we got didn't cabiamos. When talking to the hotel staff we were told that is what was included in their reservation. They charged us 100 pounds more for us to include a little extra bed for the child. They are very narrow stairs type snail and have no elevator. The first night we spent on the fourth floor (Attic type) An adventure to go up with suitcases. The breakfast we had included, for saying something we will say is "austere" that like the rest of the tiny local. People had to wait outside, waiting for a free table, it was a bit awkward and violent. The positive the location of the hotel near Paddington station, the staff right but they don't speak any Spanish. To say to finish that London is a great city. Greetings.

Really good hotel for an affordable price. The manager and staff were very kind and assisted us in anything we needed. Recommended for a stay in London in a superb location.

I was really pleased their service. All management was friendly & polite. Quick service. Room was so comfortable. Paid 3star hotel price but had 4 star service! Food was excellent I will recommend to my frnd's circle next time.

Just seen your hotel on 4 in a bed don't think your hotel or yourself comes up to much. Your a big head with dated rooms. You look like you take stuff other than coffee.

For the fact that 4 people only cost £380 for 3 nights, it still went. But the rooms were small, so really small.

I expected it better, but we were disappointed, little attention from the staff, room with a cigarette smell exaggerated, which denoted lack of cleanliness, we changed it for one in better condition, small bathrooms, and little choice in breakfasts, lack of Communication, in the changes of the food room.

The hotel is fine. But there are no right blankets but only a thin sheet and a bedspread it is not Germany but on demand will be fulfilled any wish. Staff is nice and helpful. Frühdtück is adequately and individually tailored to the needs.
The rooms are well equipped and offer a lot of comfort.
There is also a smart TV in our room so Netflix and co are no problem.
The internet is very good and also very fast.
On request It is not a problem to get another room.
The staff strives to satisfy the guest's every wish.
So the hotel is further recommended.

Beds pretty hard Breakfast limited other than that good.

Needs air-con and blackout curtains. Staff was very nice.

I’m really unhappy about the overall experience at Admiral Hotel in London. I booked a stay there based on pictures advertised on Expedia website, when I arrived at the hotel late at night on the 7th of November, I was asked to go two doors down the street to a different hotel called Kingsway Park Hotel — this was really strange and I didn’t understand why this happened. I was given the key to my room by a guy who was very unprofessional and ended up carrying my suitcase 4 floors up to my room. This was already a big inconvenience, I was really tired at the time and ended up staying in the room. The heating wasn't working, shower head was broken hardly any water went through it. The bathroom was very tiny and stinky. There are also other people complaining about this hotel claiming they were put in a different room compared to what they booked. This stay is certainly not worth £175 I paid for it and I am really not happy. After complaining my heating wasn’t working a rather strange guy smelling of cigarettes turned up and banged the radiator a couple of times to make it work. What a joke. This is absolutely not something I booked and I am really not happy, will not be returning and Expedia have lost my business should they decide to go ahead with the story this hotel of a joke is saying. They apparently put me in a bigger room which is pointless anyway since this is not something I booked. There were no duvets either, I had to cover myself at night with a blanket!

Great friendly place, good breakfast. Accommodating and understanding staff.

Very nice there. Nice staff, always friendly. Only brand, our triple room had a tiny sink. Everything else is great. Location also Super, Hyde Park and shopping facilities super walking distance.

Only 2 nights but great breakfasts friendly helpful staff room good for the price and parking in London for only £15 per day spot on.

Me, my wife & two kids loved staying at the Admiral Hotel on 143 Sussex Garden, London, UK for the following reasons: 1. Breakfast — expedient matron who serves you traditional English breakfast: one boiled tomato, one generously-sized sausage, one large piece of bacon, and one fried egg, plus butter and gourmet jam to accompany toasts (white or wheat), corn flakes (not heavily glazed with sugar) and oatmeal (added straight into cold milk). Beverages include tea, coffee, milk, orange juice and apple juice 2. Room service — our room was small, but it had everything we needed (queen bed for us & twin bed for our daughter) // yummy instant tea and coffee refilled daily // maid cleaned the room the best she could around our mess before we returned from our daily excursion // unlimited liquid soap in the bathroom — handy for shower (water pressure was weak on the 5th floor) // adorable little sink 3. No gym available, but if you stay in room 16 (where we stayed), then you are climbing 72 steps from front door to room door (feel the burn) 4. Natural A/C via windows (3’ x 3’) which open outward to cool & dry off the bedroom/bathroom 5. Mini-fridge to keep your beverage cold 6. The water from the faucet is good to drink 7. Literally five minutes walk to Paddington Station 8. Extra bathroom located on ground floor (near the breakfast lounge) open to guests — provides relief during morning rush since we had three people in one room 9.

Great location but dirty and really small hotel.

Terrible. Was booked at the kingsway park but there was no room there so they put us in this place. Was in room 7 which faces the front, so you're faced with the choice of either noisy or far too hot in the summer time. Very small room with a double and single. Very small bathroom. Bed similar to a concrete block. Terrible breakfast, and they ran out of beans, sausage and bacon by 9am, so it was overcooked eggs and 2 tinned tomatoes, toast was ok and unlimited though. Excellent location though, and if you're there for Hyde park it's probably the cheapest around.

It is better than sleeping in the nearby train station, but not by much. After being sent to rooms that were already occupied, I found mine was tiny and cramped for two people. Bathroom was in the room but was obviously a cheap construction later assembled in one of the corners. Shower drain was clogged and since there is minimal floor separation, the whole area got flooded. Everything was covered in dirt/dust/hair and needed to be scrubbed. I woke up to find the front door open with the clerk sleeping at the desk in the morning. The breakfast area was in the back of the basement, as I was told that I was not permitted to use the larger one on the ground floor.

Lovely hotel in hyde park, right next to paddington station. Room and bathroom were clean and the dinning room is very pleasent. It looks the hotel has gone though a recent refurbish. Very satisfied with my stay.

Good hotel in paddington area, near to the underground station. Rooms were ok considering the price and the location.
