Hotel rooms are nice, a little small but clean. Beds are very comfortable and facilities are quite good with a hairdryer provided, TV, toiletries and slippers. Very well priced for a hotel in London. Roughly a 30/35 minute journey to central London which consists of a 10/12 minute walk to the nearest tube station. Only downfall of hotel is that it doesn't have proper air conditioning within, they use fans and therefore is quite warm during hot days.

Location was near the olympic park and westfield shopping centre which was very beneficial. The hotel was modern and simple, the rooms were a little small and v hot — no air conditioning — but apart from that it was a pleasant stay.

Good and quiet location near Stratford station. The rooms are quiet and nice. Breakfast a little bit to less.

Convenient location very close to DLR station and Stratford Metro especially if you reach it by cutting through the mall.

I was all Epsilon for 3 nights and I was fine. The property seems to be remodeled from not long time and is well kept. The rooms and the bathroom clean, what not to underestimate absolutely. The double is not great but has what you need for a stay (TV, kettle, hairdryer, slippers and Wi-Fi, not present instead shampoo and bubble bath) towels changed every day. The breakfast is not very varied but acceptable, it is served in a room adjacent to the hotel and is open for the occasion only to the customers of the hotel. Eggs and bacon are made at the time, to which to add beans and sausage. Yogurt in jars, croissants and jams packaged and various beverages hot/cold.   The staff was always nice and nice. The property is located in area 2/3 but you can reach the main attractions in about 30 Min. The metro station Red (Stratford) and about 8/10 Min walk but the area is quiet though quite busy. Good price for data services.

Nice hotel, front of house reception was very welcoming. Only problem was the room was so hot even with the window open. Other than that we would go back.

Only note not positive, you could not close the window correctly, so let pass many noises from the street.

Good value for money. Helpful staff. Great location. Rooms very very warm with no thermostat and errrm breakfast with happy hardcore music playing at 9am!

We were staying 6 nights, it was a very pleasant stay, mainly for the attention of the reception staff and the perfect cleanliness of the rooms. The hotel is quite remote but well connected through the Stratford station. What we did not like is the breakfast, it is very poor for those who do not take the typical British breakfast. Otherwise it's very good.

One of the best quality hotel in Ilford London. Rooms are small but very clean. Main road is in front of the hotel. So customers are choosing backsides rooms because they can open the window. Train station is nearer. Shopping mall and market is also nearly. Breakfast is complementary to all customers. Parking facilities are not available here. But parking is near to walking distance. So this is best 3 star hotel in best price.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are small, but well decorated, and furnished. Didn't want for anything. Main road at the front is very busy, so a room at the back should be requested if you want to open a window, but it didn't bother me. Only downside was personal to me not liking warm bedrooms.

Pleasant staff and room decent. Literally no sleep however due to terrible noise off the main road and you can literally hear everything going on in the rooms around you from people getting up to doors banging. If they sorted the noise issues, would be a nice hotel. Have to rate on lack of sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Epsilon Hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, tidy and warm. The Staff were friendly, efficient and professional. The location was close to shops, restaurants and transport services. The breakfast area was clean and well organised. The kitchen staff were polite and professional. The Housekeeper was friendly and efficient. Both Receptionists were absolutely fabulous; very informative, very efficient, very friendly, we immediately felt comfortable; they both engaged us in conversation whilst carrying out checking in / checking out duties. I reiterate, we really enjoyed our stay at the Epsilon Hotel and will recommend this Hotel to all our family, friends and acquaintances.

The most shell shocking service I've EVER encounter. I don't even normally waste my time with these reviews. Complaining is just not my thing I rather just not use the company again BUT this is beyond ridiculous. This racist, sexist, antagonising man pestered a young female stewardess in the early hours of the morning. He claimed that the booking was incorrect as the checking is for 14:00 instead for 02:00AM of that day. So I called the reception spoke to the guy over the phone and explained the matter. Marcelo said he can solve it and put the phone down. However once the conversation was over he was extremely rude to her. He proceeded to charge me twice without my permission. Once my friend noticed he was going through my details to charge me he became more verbal. Switching off the lobby lights and pestering her. What Marcelo failed to realise that he was being recorded and will be using the video footage to showcase his ill manner customer service and taking it up with all parties. If you have any sort of morals you would never use this place!

Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful, and breakfast is good. Priced reasonably.

Room was lovely even though it was small it held just everything you needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed with two nights and never had a problem with hearing the outside but doors slamming in the corridor was a problem for me. Breakfast was dreadful. I would recommend going out to eat. Ate for one day and on my last day we left early for breakfast somewhere else.

I got a good rate (relative to London) for one night here. The rooms sort of small but it's all very clean and the shower was decent. The breakfast in the morning was above average standard too.

Got what we paid for. Room was comfy, although it was right next to the workers and staff entrance and so due to the windows not really blocking any sound it was hard to sleep when there was anything going on outside. Doors slamming was also not great and the fact that there were very strong lights outside that would turn on when there was movement. These lights managed to turn the room into day. Overall I would stay again as you really do get what you would pay for. It was just a shame about the little things.

Well placed for visiting the Far East of London. Recently renovated, mostly to a good standard. Friendly though clearly over-worked staff. If you stay here make sure you get a room on the side away from the road though: otherwise the traffic will keep you away. Free copious breakfast and strong Romanian coffee an extra!

We were in the month of May-15th, we liked the friendly staff, the good communication to public transport, and the proximity of the shopping centre. Breakfast a little sparse, we will return.

The hotel is 5 min from Stratford station. Then in a great location to connect with the rest of London. Rooms are serviced daily and are new and clean. We encountered no problems for sleep as some say, you do not hear the street noise. Clean bathroom and shower COMMODE. Regular breakfast with toast, hot and cold drinks and hot food can be ordered. Staff really friendly and present h24, some who speak Italian.

We stayed at the Espilon Hotel last weekend as we attended a family wedding, the staff made our stay great! We intend to stay here again whenever we visit London.
