We spent 2 nights in this hotel. The hotel is located further away from the city centre, so commute can be a bit of a pain, but it is lower cost than most of the other hotels. The room was okay, however, we didn't like the bathroom as both the sink and the shower were broken — it was working, but not as intended. The provided breakfast was just awful, so after the first day we didn't go the second time. Further, the waitress didn't not speak English besides the words writing on the menu, so if you ask anything else — you will not get an answer.

I would give this no stars but I have to give them at least one. I came here with my boyfriend and the first room they have me was room 5 and I point blank refused to be in a little tiny room with just a bed and TV apprently shared bathrooms it was not worth £49 pound. As for the smell when we walked in it was funky did not like that in the slightest. I had to pay an extra £10 for a room upstairs which had a private bathroom. Once up in the room the lock didn't work in which I spoke to the guy downstairs, and he was rude and said that I clearly wasn't doing it right and he then came upstairs and then couldn't do it himself. Which caused me to be quite angry. So me and my boyfriend went out for a few hours and returned to the hotel and when we walked into the room It had a horrible damp and musky smell to it but we ignored it watched a little bit of t. V. And then we began smelling cannabis from the neighbour next door which caused us not to be able to sleep so we packed up our things and left the place after complaining to the other guy at the desk this time. Never again will we book with these guys ruined mine and my boyfriend's night out. And avoid the room on the ground floor near the desk its a box room with a bed.

Arrival at the hotel felt like disappointment, it smelt funny and the area was a bit different from expected, however the lady working there was more than helpful, she had good knowledge of the area and was happy to accommodate all of our requests. Unfortunately there were bugs in the shower (possibly fruitflys) but apart from that the beds were clean and comfy, toilet clean, hot water in the shower once we cleaned it and the TV with sky TV was a bonus. Breakfast in the morning was basic with minimal choice but enough to keep us going for the day, get there early though as there isn't enough seating for everyone during busy times. We would happily stay there again now we know what to expect, a cheap family run b&b open 24hours with friendly staff rather than a hotel.

Fine simple hotel. Run by family and 10 minutes away from huge shopping mall and subway. Hotel was clean, jids didn't complain about the Wi-Fi and breakfast was fine. Personnel was kind and helpful. Greetings fro. Holland.

Very basic. Ok if you just want somewhere to spend one night. Tv /sky didn't work. Sky channels stuck on Adult channels.! Best way to have a shower is to sit on the loo! As you can't adjust the shower head. Bed uncomfortable. Sunk in the middle. Breakfast. Well enough said.

Pictures on booking, are exaggerated. Staff on duty were polite and helpful. Fridge was dirty and some of the bath towels were stained. If staying for few days, it's not bad. The price is also exaggerated as well. We paid £204.60 for 2 nights with breakfast, meanwhile, Holiday Inn is just £10.00 more for the same 2 nights with breakfast as well.

It is excellent place to stay and it is very cheap.

Paid for a room in advanced! Guaranteed my booking for them to tell me it wasnt a successful payment. Kept me in the queue for longer than necessary to do unnecessary things. Room they gave me was used. Had used towels on the floor, an unmade bed, a TV that didnt even function properly. Room state was a mess. I dont even want to express the details futher but I have never been so disappointed before. But never in my life would I have thought that a hotel would have the cheek to give a dirty room to a customer and refused to clean it upon kind request. When I asked for another room to switch from a double which I had paid for. The rude concierge told me I had to pay £20 extra on my booking for a change in room as if I did not have the right to a clean room. Never go to city view stratford.

You stay stuck on the table where you eat breakfast, the room haceptable.

Very good price including breakfast. Comfortable bed, no noise, good rest, quiet place. Very small washbasin, no shower tray or curtain. Very small room, no closet. Room Cleaning service do not pass every day and if they do just stretch the sheets a little, throw the trash I if necessary change towels.

A very clean hotel, right price for a fair accommodation.

Oneof the best hotel In London. Rooms are good but sharing bathrooms. Rates are also reasonable. Buffet breakfast is available to all guests. Fire place is also available. Foodquality is the best. Staff is very cooperative. Hotel management is maintain hotel very clean. I like this hotel.

The hotel is old and dated. There were fixtures that were hanging from the walls in the room. There beyond more then I could count in health and safety risks. I had to call the police to resolve a harassment issue by the management. They would provide a reciept for the stay either. Also they do not have parking on premises as advertised. It is on street parking and I received a ticket because the hotel staff said parking arrangements on street were fine. An outdated poorly serviced hotel with the most disgusting customer service I have ever received.

Not recommend. The staff doesn't really speak English and is not really nice. The room was tiny, the roof was making weird noises, the bed was crooked and loud, 90% of TV channels were blocked…

It's a budget hotel not bad for a night or too rooms are small and no milk in fridge had to walk downstairs to ask for some then go back up, door wouldn't open so had to get help to knock it. Light wouldn't turn on, only free view channels bathroom was good though.

Clean bed linen and toilet. But the. Room and the bathroom in a bag condition… you could not open the windows, smells you are unpleasant in the room. Cheap breakfast, sticky breakfast table uncleaned from customers before us! Next stay in London certainly not in this hotel!

Booked a room here 2-3 years ago for the second time, it was not clean at all and I could hear everything that was going on in the house, the walls was thin as paper. When I came home after my 2nd stay I had to go straight to the doctors cuz of strange looking red dots all over my body. The doctor told me Id brought home BED BUGS. I am sure it came from the mattresses Ive slept in and the doctor told me to contact The hostel. I wrote a loooong email and told them to clean and sanitize all of the rooms so no other guests will get bed bugs, but they never responded. Do NOT book a room here!

Quite a cheap price for the area, so I set my expectations low — just as well, really. At check in I had to ask where the rooms were and where breakfast was served. There was no hot water that night, but It was very late so I decided to shower in the morning — but there was still no hot water. During the night I got woken by the noisy (empty) fridge which was next to my head, so I turned it off. The air con needs servicing — the air from it smells odd and the local traffic is too noisy to have the windows open. There's also a damp/mouldy smell coming from the wet room. The wetroom looks like it was installed to a pretty high standard, but there's elements that drag it back down to two stars instead of what was likely a 4star set up. Shame about the cold shower I mentioned earlier. Breakfast wasn't served till 8am — I found that out the next morning. It would have been nice to be told where the rooms where, where breakfast was served and at what time, and possibly an 'enjoy your stay'. There weren't enough breakfast tables for everyone to sit, and the delay in taking my order was about 10 minutes, despite there being only 7 other people there (plus a family of four waiting for a table). Egg overcooked, horrible orange juice and an awful cheap sausage accompanied beans and toast (hard to get the last two wrong). Edible but not enjoyable. I didn't experience the friendliness that others reviewers have found.

The manager of this hotel is be the hardest rudest person who put the phone down on me. I booked the hotel to go to the Dancing on Ice in June as a special treat. It was cancelled in March. I immediately rang the hotel to cancel for June and was assured it was cancelled and no payment due. Suddenly in June I got an email saying they were taking £42 out of my account for staying. The bank told me all firms have recording of phone calls for evidence. When I rang and spoke to the manageress, she said she did not record phone messages and had no evidence that I had spoken to anyone and put the phone down on me. I was absolutely disgusted at her manner and rudeness. To me attitude counts a lot and would never consider going there ever. Joanne Webster.

Stayed for a concert at Olympic Stadium. Great location not a far walk to the stadium. Staff all friendly and decent room.

Really good value for money. Great links to tube stations. Friendly & helpful staff.

Quadruple room rented. In fact it is a room with 2 large beds which is anything but a hotel room. No window, just a velux ceiling without a curtain if not a sheet placed on the outside. No cupboard, no table, no chair, little space to see at all. A vulgar bathroom without a tablet. In short we have for his money because not expensive but there are limits. Hence a star.

The worst hotel that I was in my life, don't I wish it on my worst enemy. For the love of God will not be this pigsty. You put a timetable to enter and another to leave, since they only give you the key of the room and not the street.
Attention is not at odds with DREADFUL, terrible food, dirty bathrooms, poorly ventilated rooms…

Disgusting, cockroaches in the beds.

If I could give it a no star I would it's horrible. Toilet is disgusting, it should be closed down.

You get what you pay for. Cheap but next time i'd rather cash out a couple of extra pounds.
