Fantastic hotel in the most perfect location. Our room looked over Leicester Square but was still very quiet in the room at night. Air conditioned and bigger rooms than I've had before. A great base.

Definitely stay here again. Very central for the theatres and easy to get to from Leicester Square underground station. The staff went out of their way to be helpful which made our stay enjoyable.

A great location right on the square. Very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant is also good, though we only had breakfast. Oh and the beds are comfortable! I would definitely stay here again.

It's ok and somewhere central to hang your hat, in fact the location is perfect. However, the room is obviously small and the facilities are geared to only 1/2 nights with little or no storage or hanging space. The shower is pretty poor with the door hanging off and the toilet was badly soiled when we moved in. Nog the best Premier e have been in by far, but it served it's purpose, albeit expensively.

The staff are all nice and helpful. Breakfast is great and the central location is also, of course.
For wheelchair users only with a small restrictions to recommend, the rooms are wheelchair accessible and there are two lifts, but the — and entrance can only be reached via a steep ramp, which ends at the top of a fire protection door, so you need help to enter Hotel to arrive.
Otherwise everything great!

Great location. Not noisy at all. I stayed on the 6th floor above the club… couldn't hear a thing.

A Premier Inn on one of the most lively and internationally well known locations in London. Fanrastic value for money and unlike some Premiers has its own bar and breakfast room.

Really friendly staff. Fabulous breakfast. Small double room with no view but super clean and adequate.

Overall satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The room were bigger than expected and the bed were comfortable. The location was superb. The AC sounded awfully high, so it had to be turnt off every time we were in our room. The bedsheets had some stains as well. The breakfast was okay.

Rooms are very small and the elevator can be slow. Breakfast is decent and the location is very central (perhaps even too central! ) The ceiling in my room had some water damage and the night staff seemed to have limited English. The building has a pretty exterior though and the views facing Leicester Square are interesting. It was remarkably quiet in our 4th floor rooms given the noise on the street.

Great stay. Great staff. And it's right across the road from the cinema that Tommy Wiseau likes hang out in. I also really enjoyed the breakfast entertainment provided by another customer that was kicking off because their table was accidentally cleared while they were using self service, because they just waltzed in and took a table without being seated first. They caused such a scene kut of nothing and it was epic! Good times.

A great service, the reception is always available and apart from an elevator on two out of service, I have no complaints to exhibit.

Very poor. Booked a twin room, but one adult had a childs roll out bed. When we complained was told this was normal. Never had this in a Premier Inn before. No lifts working. Not clean. No hot water on our final morning. In serious need of an update. Not value for money or what you would expect from Premier Inn.

Receptionist was rude. Bedding was stained and when we got in late at night. Told staff in the morning and were told we should've reported it immediately which would've been 2 a. M. Didn't want someone changing bedding at that time. As we had been out enjoying ourselves. Receptionist was also saying how poor management was to other customers. Kitchen staff were rude. No sausages at breakfast. Had to wait for a clean mug for a coffee. Overall a very poor experience for a premier inn that was very expensive.

I received a good night's sleep so no complaints there … HOWEVER> The rooms are much smaller than any other "double" room in other premier Inn resorts. Also the walls are thin as you could hear the staff clanging and making noise as they would retrieve items from nearby rooms at night and the sounds of someone with heavy feet stomping down the hallway everybody at random times. I was able to sleep but was not able to rest comfortably when I was awake.

Location is great if you are not carrying big heavy bags as there is no car access in front of the hotel. Room is ok, had a good night.

Brilliant location. Room small but had a large shower cubicle in bathroom and everything was clean. Bed comfortable. View over Leicester Square. Lovely staff. Good breakfast. Definitely recommend.

Caught a really bad cold and was traveling alone during Christmas. I have been taken great care by every single staff in their own way. Best business hotel experience I have ever had. Comfy bedding, ultra convenient location within 3 mins walk from tube station link directly to Heathrow Airport. Perfect for solo budget travellers. Would definitely come back! Signage is a bit small and the Uber driver couldn't find it at night.

Right in Leicester Square, so if it's a central location you are after then look no further! Rooms are the same in every Premier Inn, breakfast was fantastic and staff are friendly. Couldn't hear any noise from the square or the night club nxt door :)

Location was central and close to the tube. Family room was a good size and the service was good. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The location is fantastic! Right in Leicester Square, you are right in the middle of bars and theaters, and walking distance to pretty much all of central London. The staff is helpful, the breakfast is decent, and the room was spacious for one person and very comfortable and clean!

The staff were very friendly. Pretty good breakfast. Hotel somewhat small/old/cramped (not unexpected given the location). Family room is good size for 2-3 people (we were 2). Wi-Fi comes in free and paid option. The free option is limited to 3 devices and is mediocre at best.

Fantastic location for sightseeing in London, room was good, staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast was very nice, for me it's just the price which would put me off frequent stays, but then I suppose it is central London.

Very clean, friendly and overall excellent hotel. Obviously the location is the best you can get for London. Have booked again to go back in a few weeks… highly recommend.

Good hotel for exploring the local area and ideal location for seeing the shows. Breakfast isn't cheap so we went to the local Wetherspoons and All Bar One which are 2mins away. The rooms are small and of Premier Inn standard. The 'twin' rooms are a double bed and a single bed. Our room was on the top floor so we only had high level windows which we couldn't open/see through but we had air con to cool the (very) hot room down. Staff were friendly and always available and stored our bags on our last day.

Nice enough hotel, staff very friendly and helpful like all Premier Inns. However, like all Premier Inns this time of year the rooms are way too hot and where there is air conditioning (which this hotel has) it never works — fortunately the staff found me a fan to keep me cool overnight. Only other complaint is that the selection is the restaurant is terrible, literally a choice of about seven items. It's not a huge issue as you have all the choice of central London but they may as well not bother with it at all.

The search for a hotel in London can be a bit overwhelming. I am very satisfied with my choice of Premier Inns Leicester Square. While rooms are small, they are not crowded. There is enough room for a bed, small desk, TV, and closet unit. The bathroom is a bit smaller than I would have liked to see (the door nearly hits the toilet on the way in) but it serves its purpose. The hotel is in a fantastic location. Seconds away from the Tube, Charring Cross, and some great night life. Minutes away from Piccadilly Circus. We were able to walk to most London sites from the hotel. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to Buckingham and not much further to Westminster Abby and Big Ben. The price is definitely right for this hotel! The staff is helpful and friendly and the room was always cleaned well. There was an issue with the toilet in our room on the second day and it required that we be moved to another room for the remainder of our stay. The front desk staff were fantastic in this regard and worked with us to get a room on a higher floor again. They then moved our luggage for us while were were out exploring, and when we got back, the keys were ready for us without an issue. I helpful tip: there is a club below the hotel. This is not something that the hotel can control, but the loud music can be heard on the lowest floors. Try asking for a higher floor.

Clean rooms, very helpful staff, disturbing noise from performers in Leicester square but over all it was a good stay.

Very clean and nice, rooms are like matchboxes and staff tried not to give us our change.

The definition of no frills: nothing outstanding but nothing bad either. If you are looking for an affordable place to sleep and spend your days touring the area, this is the place.

An option very valid if you want to be in a good area of London and at great rates.

Convenient location for access to the theatres/local landmarks. Despite being near Leicester square we heard no noise from the outside world.

It's exactly what I'd expect from a hotel in Leicester square. Relatively small and compact around £200 per night however even though you are in one of the busiest part of London I did get a quiet nights sleep.

Hello, I just returned from this Hotel with my 2 kids, one of 17 and a 12-year-old it was awesome! It is very well placed, the lovely! nothing to say, they are really listening and the breakfast is OK. Really I will return to this place the next time and I forgot the bedding a bomb and very nice because my room was facing the square as I had requested. Nice hotel.

Great stay with the great service! Check in was easy and smooth. The staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel has a late night bar. We stayed right next to Leicester Square for the starwars premier and we weren't disturbes by the noise once. Great stay.

Nice hotel with great location. Breakfast is great and staff are really friendly and helpful. Beds are very comfortable and their marketing about the good night's sleep is accurate. Room we stayed in a bit narrow for my liking but not really much of an issue in a city where you mostly spend time outside your room. Also. If you are with your kids, good security as there is only keycard access to enter the hotel, then keycard access on the lifts for the floors where your room is followed by another keycard access to the corridor where your room is.

It's a very basic room for the night. Just what we actually needed. The room was ready at 2pm when we arrived in London. The staff were friendly and interested in us as customers. We had a problem with room keys which the staff while unable to resolve directly managed to help us work around.

Great service but avoid lower floors due to nightclub below.

Stayed here in June 2013 with my husband. I would say prices are reasonable but can do better. I don't mind staying there again though.

Great location! Can reach so much on foot if you are so inclined. Good breakfast, helpful staff, we had a couple of problems/special requests and they were handled well. I would go back for sure. Despite the hustle and crowds outside, our room on the top floor was completely silent.

With an excellent location, steps from Piccadilly Circus, it has very friendly and helpful staff at your Concierge, with acceptable facilities and a very full and varied breakfast English style.

Dropping a good review because of great customer service when I accidently booked for the wrong night and they managed to sort me out. Thanks very much. Great place.
