Niche Hotel, recently refurbished very design. We loved it but, I can understand that not everyone will agree, for example, to have the tub/shower in the room. It is small and, unless there are special rooms, which we do not know, is not suitable for disabled (better inquire). Not suitable for families with small children. Being in the center of the London "Movida", the surroundings are really noisy at every hour of the day and night, every day of the week. The outside lights are very strong and are not, practically, screens inside the room. To us, everything turned out to be totally irrelevant so we had a great time.

The best place to stay in London. Rooms are excellent, staff is brilliant and location is perfect to explore this beautiful city. We stayed there during our engagement trip. They did all they could to help me make my proposal as perfect as it could be and I can‘t thank them enough! We‘ll definitely come back!

On the whole a lovely experience but a little disappointed when ordering a full English breakfast to be told no bacon! Sunday breakfast in the uk and no bacon!

Room was good clean and facilities good, we had Bed and Breakfast, service want very good ordered a coffee half a cup was put on the table without any milk. Full breakfast menu wasn't available. Food received wasba very poor standard.

The room was cosy and the bathroom was of a good size. The location of the hotel was fantastic very central for the West End shopping and theatre district. Now for the negative, the service at breakfast was extremely poor first of all they was unable to provide a cooked breakfast as shown in their menu, then after speaking to the chef he was able to cook up a full English breakfast which to say the least was unfortunate, because it was inedible very greasey. We asked for toast (we are still waiting 2 days later) the service by the waitress was very lax and not what you would expect from paying a premium price to stay. Maybe we was unlucky, but it ruined what was suppose to be a romantic wedding anniversary stay.

At first, I was very happy to have booked a room at such a useful, central location. I'd rather have walked an extra half mile for a decent service. Upon arrival, the staff seemed annoyed that we wanted to check-in. Then we were told the air-conditioning was broken in our room. The hotel did, however, offer a 10% refund and a complimentary breakfast. After a very warm night's sleep, the breakfast was actually very nice. A month after our stay and multiple ignored emails, I'm still awaiting my refund. I don't like leaving negative reviews, especially for a hotel with such potential. The room was very nice, the restaurant seemed good quality and the location is fantastic. However, with their poor customer service and not following through with the refund they offered, I felt it was necessary.

Wonderful Location. Devine Breakfast. Delightful staff and very comfortable, appointed accommodation welcomes you every time you stay at Leister House. A must for any traveler to London that wished to be central to the sights and sounds of London as well as enjoy comfortable accommodation.

Very small room. Q has nothing to do with many of the uploaded photos I see around here. Room 501 is like a stateroom. The ' views ' to the emergency staircase and the air conditioning in front of the window with a 24-hour noise. Claustrophobic. Very good location.

Brilliant location, nice room very comfortable. Good breakfast but restaurant not open for lunch or dinner. Any problems with room are sorted without fuss or delay.

Location was great however, it seemed very small considering we had to pay more to stay as they only had superior rooms available. There was rubbish left in our room from a previous guest and the shower did not heat up at all, so I had to use the little hand held shower attached to the taps. I did not bring the issue up with reception as we were only there one night. Breakfast was small and OK, but nothing noteworthy about it. The only thing that got the hotel 3 out of 5 stars was the politeness of the staff and the location itself.

First day of four nights. And I'm totally blown away with the location. My room is really nice and plenty of hot water. PERFECT for exploring London. Good service and great value too!

Good location and good price, but I've never had a mini bar without alcohol, if you like to have a bit of fresh air by opening a window I am afraid you can't, health and safety.

I visited Leicester House for a pop-up by Dumpling Shack. Very tasty food, could have done with a few more dumplings! The venue was very nice and the staff were very attentive. It's not the biggest place so be prepared to get cosy.

I would have given this 3 star for the accommodation but the excellent location earned it a fourth. Perfect for theatre visiting. Rooms okay. Breakfast not bad but slow service. Looked after our bags though before we'd checked in properly and after we'd checked out which was very helpful.

On arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome. Once we arrived to the room we were given sparkling wine and chocolates which were great! The room was perfect, the bath was near to the bed which was great as we could watch tv. Breakfast was also included and we indulged in a lovely coffee and a choice of continental, hot breakfast or porridge. You cannot get a better location for this hotel Leicester sqaure/china town/ Covent Garden are all on your door step.

Achingly trendy to the point of willful incompetence.

Nice place, great location, SUPER clean, very modern, loccitane soaps. The free breakfast is alitte blad, some prosciutto, cheese, bread and jam. A hard boiled egg would be nice. Resturant menu is available. Pack an eye mask and some ear plugs, you are in the city the lights and noise do not stop.

Gorgeous lunch last Friday. Beautifully presented & tasted exquisite too. Great interiors — such a fab, classy new addition to Leicester Square.

WOW absolutely amazing!
Food was exceptional, flavor profile complex yet balanced. Every dish was a piece of art, the food tasted as beautiful as it looked.
Gorgeous setting, charming service, exceptional food and nothing at all to criticise apart from the fact that the lunch went too fast! Can't recommend highly enough and will definitely be going back.

Amazing restaurant just by Leicester Square. I was surprised we were able to get a table at late notice, it deserves to be packed out. The smoked cods roe with devilled pigskin, mussels and saffron, little gem with radishes and buttermilk dressing, all just amazing. Very well priced for this standard of food. They have nice seating outside, and our waitress was lovely.
