I am a guest at the Sanderson Hotel in London. I paid a lot of money for a classy hotel that should also include classy service. I was amazed to find out that the hotel reception manager behaves rudely to the guests named Fernando ElenoSpeaks in a rude and offensive manner, uses his hands in a violent and frightening manner, and all in all we came to ask for a late exit from the room, and when we were asked how the experience was, we complained that there was no closet in the room, we complained about the late entry into the room that was on the first day. The service is appalling and frightening. The person who is supposed to give us the most pleasant service and listens to problems simply disrespects his guests. And the climax came when we realized that he was trying to harass us, after a conversation with one of the receptionists he allowed us to leave the room at 2 in the afternoon, but when he arrived he told us that the latest time we can leave the room is 1 in the afternoon! He tried to do us on purpose because we didn't look good in his eyes. When he spoke violently with his hands and I pointed this out to him, he replied that this is how he speaks. When I spoke in the same way to show how unpleasant it was, he complained about the way I speak! Just humiliation.
