Lovely hotel, super clean. Location fantastic and nice continental breakfast. Loved the room and the shower was to die for! Will definitely use this hotel again.

Lovely little hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Great location right by Paddington station and Hyde Park. Child friendly hotel nice breakfast. Really worked well for us family with two kids. Would recommend. No lift though.

I booked a room, and my flights were canceled from the US. I called once I understood the flight was canceled, giving enough notice. They charged me full price for the rooms as they said it was "non refundable" meanwhile it said it nowhere. Poor customer service, I would suggest staying somewhere else.

The hotel is strategically located, a 5-minute walk from Paddinton station, so it's a great convenience if you get to London at Heathrow Airport. The metro is a short walk away and from Paddinton you can reach very quickly the most diverse sights of the city.
Coming to the hotel, all positive. Good cleaning, in the room there is no carpet but parquet. Acceptable size and large bathroom. Window that opens quietly and air conditioning and dehumidifier used in the hot days of late July 2018. Sweet and salty breakfast, not with much choice, but that's fine. In short, a hotel recommended by a person who is not easily satisfied.

We stayed one night last Wednesday, and very pleased with the cleanliness of the room, friendly and helpful staff. Knowing we just had a long flight, they allowed us to check in one hour earlier. Though the hotel has no lift but you should not be worried to carry your luggages. They helped brought our luggages to our room. Thank you MStay27!

Nice hotel. Cleaned and nice staff. Bathroom a bit small and the toilet is very high off the floor so feet cannot touch the floor. Not much wardrobe space.

Wonderful place to stay while visiting London. Rooms are very modern and clean. Fantastic location for getting to and from the airport and accessing all of London easily. Breakfast each morning is a really nice touch and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

It’s the little touches that makes a difference — powerful hair dryer, thick pickwick tea, milk and Demerara sugar, very comfortable bed, good shower, pleasant white room. We took the room on the top floor, for those fit enough to climb 5 flights of stairs. Staff were helpful in carrying the luggage up for us.

Good location 5 minute walk from Paddington station. Friendly staff. Rooms are basic but clean. Would of liked a mirror in the room besides the one in the bathroom but that was a minor detail. Will definitely look at availability when coming to London again.

Nice hotel right next to Paddington station. It's a good cheap price for the location, and the room was nice and clean. It only had single glazing windows though and the street is very noisy and busy all through the night. Bring some ear plugs if you're a light sleeper, as there are delivery trucks and rubbish collections happening all through the night!

Nearby the city center. The room was clean and tidy. God Wi-Fi connection. The concierge was also very helpful by directing and advising us to find a parking space nearby.

Not a great night's sleep due to single glazed window, when asked to be moved as the room was noisy and shower tray was dirty the response was sorry can't move you, we're fully booked. Didn't even offer to send someone around to clean the shower. It's sounds really picky but the toilet was way too high, my partner and I felt like a child again as our legs dangling. In the morning after a poor nights sleep we noticed the smoke alarm had been covered in a plastic bag. Sad to say we won't be returning. For the price we could have stayed somewhere much better, safer and friendlier but someone reserved it on our behalf and they had the same issues plus their TV didn't work.

Lovely and clean. Central London is easily accessible from here. Room prices are great too.

The rooms are very small, but for London, the price is very suitable for this location. There will be an opportunity to stop there again.

Nice and clean hotel next to Paddington Station at affordable prices. Continental breakfast was ok, good Wi-Fi for free, definitely an option for a revisit.

It was an ok hotel. Has decent breakfast and clean rooms. Only problem was the amount of steps in a small corridor to the 3rd floor.

Very clean (finally) an hotel with great bathroom and clean Bed and 2 pillow each. Very very suggested Only negative point. No lift 25 2nd floor.

This hotel has no lift. Steep stairs. That in itself isn't bad, but it is not mentioned on their website etc. We stayed one night, good location. Nice continental breakfast. The hotel staff try hard. Very clean. It's in the details that this hotel is let down. The carpet in our room didn't fit the whole floor, so there was a strip of uncarpeted floor by one of the beds. The kettle had a small cord and where the table was positioned, the cord couldn't reach. So for a family with two small children (in a family room), we had to put the kettle on the floor and guard it against eager children. The family room is on the 3rd floor, so getting to the top with family sized luggage… no lift… Lol. The views: from the stairs — beautiful London mews. The view from our room lovely London rooftop views. But windows that open from the bottom… no guardrail, 3 stories up… People with small children will know that can't be a good combo.

Handy location not far from tube station yet still quiet enough for a good night sleep. Small hotel, Room big enough, aircon nice and cold, Wi-Fi worked well, shower was hot (maybe too hot — control was limited) and all in clean condition. Breakfast was a basic affair, with toast, some cereal, yoghurt pots etc (continental). Would use again.

Quiet double room with good size bathroom and access to courtyard; all for price of a single!. Maybe, I was lucky? Nice touches in the room normally seen in more pricey establishments like boxed wash set, slippers etc. Well spec'd bathroom. Croissant was fresh, crisp and yummy. Late checkout. Very good value by central London standards.

Yes the room is small. But it is what I expected and I am ok with it. I don't need a lot of space. I was here for work so I really just needed a place to sleep. When the the internet is working, it works great. My first day here the internet was down most of the day. Reception informed me they were looking into it. For my entire stay I couldn't access the overnight guest log in network (not sure why) so I used the other open network that is available. It is fast enough to stream video like Netflix. The hotel is conveniently located near tube stations. Being near Paddington Station is nice since there is an express train from Heathrow to Paddington making the commute easy. Someone is available at reception 24/7. Whether or not they are actually helpful is still up for debate. To me the staff wasn't exactly friendly. But not really rude either. They were just kind of there. Well one female receptionist I spoke with seemed nice. That was it. The included continental breakfast is minimal. Nothing to write home about. I personally did not like my coffee. The hotel could use better street visibility or signs. It's easy to miss. Security seems a bit laxed. The main door stays open. And reception is a side door/room down the hall so it seems someone could just wander in. Only your room has key card access. But I think they do have security cameras in some halls and stairwells. Speaking of stairs, expect to carry you luggage either up or down narrow steep steps.

An expencive hotel. If you find a cheap room it will be at the basement.

Got the room at a good price and they upgraded me for free. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room is clean and smart with a lovely ensuite. Loses points for not having room service or onsite eating (apart from breakfast).

I have been stayed in this hotel in January. The check in was made by a really welcoming girl named Tatiana, she was explaining us all the facility, the area with attraction, really nice and helpful receptionist. free WI fi in all rooms plus every morning breakfast included in that price. Will come again to stay here, recommended.
