Still waiting for a manager to contact me in regards to my luggage being given to another guest. Received no confirmation of when my case will be returned to me. I have the police crime reference number if this helps you to speed up your customer service?

$216 per night is way too high for what you get even if it is in the heart of London. Came down for breakfast at 8am and most of “continental” selections were gone. I had to ask for a tea bag, milk, spoon. I was given a plastic spoon which I promptly handed back and requested a proper one only to be advised they were all in the dishwasher. I suggested he go find one from somewhere else. There was a dishwasher sitting right in the “breakfast room” next to the so called continental breakfast and unbelievably a staff member was doing the dishes while people were eating breakfast.

Welcoming staff very helpful, room was clean and tidy decor lovely.

B. And B. Good level at an affordable price considering it is less than 1 km. From Victoria station in particular if booked well in advance. Rooms and services that present themselves optimally. Buffet breakfast with wide sweet and salty availability. The only flaw is the staircase for access to the rooms on the lower floor which is very steep and with narrow steps absolutely not suitable for the elderly.

Nice hotel in a great location. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Room was clean and well equipped. Only let down was the TV did not work properly (reception kept on dropping out) so could relax in the room to watch a movie for example. Would certainly stay again.

Great location and nice sized room. Very comfortable and black out curtains made for a great sleep.

Good location in central London. Very small room and third “bed” for our son was rock hard and very uncomfortable. No lift so the stairs could be a problem for some. Excellent continental breakfast well appointed. Good service generally. Very clean and tidy and well maintained. Recommended if you don’t mind a small room and small bed.

A hotel that makes you feel home from the minute you arrive. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast is just delicious. The room we stayed in was clean and quite spacious with a view. I would definitely stay at Astors.

Judge it for what it is, a reasonably priced and convenient place to stay when visiting London. Rooms quite small especially the bathroom but clean and facilities provided including free Wi-Fi. Friendly and helpful staff and close to transport hubs. Would stay again.

Really good hotel for a short term stay in London. The location is great as it is located just a stones throw from Victoria station. The hotel does not have much amenities such as pool, etc. What it does have is comfortable cozy small rooms at very attractive rates. Breakfast is included but I wouldn't bother.

Room very cramped but everything is there. Impeccable cleanliness staff very limited but welcoming. No elevator. Perfect location close to many points of interest and Victoria stations: coaches, trains, buses, subways.

Hotel very well located. Despite the friendliness of the receptionist and the cleanliness of the place. Room 16 of the basement is not worth the price paid, ridiculous sdb, traces of moisture all over the room. Wall smashed in places however perfect bedding!
But it's the england! We only stay there 3 nights, we are here to visit, that's enough.

Great Potion for those traveling with children being very central and close to many shops and supermarkets, very friendly staff speak Italian, very small room missing closet No air conditioning, if you're hot attacks the little fan in Equipment, having happened on the ground floor we could not even open the windows, room clean enough change towels every day but chandelier chock full of dust will be at least 10 years that does not get cleaned, very small bathroom with difficulty you can wash His face.

Just returned from a comfortable stay at The Astors. Will definitely be returning soon. The only thing missing is a Full English breakfast.

Was always happy whenever I stayed here. Good standard of rooms — clean, modern and well supplied. Breakfast was good and location is convenient for local offices and attractions.

The hosts were really kind, the service was good, and the bedroom, despite being small, was enough, with plenty of space for clothes.

Located in the immediate vicinity of Victoria Station, in an elegant neighborhood this small 4-star hotel is a great solution for a short stay in the English capital. In this small Ps hotel without an elevator alas, the rooms and bathroom are still average square footage. Clean, well-ordered and equipped with any necessities, including hot and cold drinks at the service of guests. The bed his kit are dreamy. I felt like I was sleeping in a hot cloud… Awesome! The staff at the reception, open 24 out of 24 was kind and friendly, ready to meet any need. Final account, fair and honest considering the dear life in London.
Recommended.

Amazing place. Cheap price, great location, polite staff, very big and clean room. For this price and compare to other hotels that I saw in UK, this one is perfect! Because I arrived earlier I wanted to leave my bag only, however apparently my room was ready and I had a possibility to check in 2 hours earlier. Thank you! The only problem if you have luggage be ready for a workout, there is no elevator.

Good place to stay. Good breakfast but the administration only speaks English. Near Victoria station, allowing you to get there fast anywhere and Gatwick Airport.

Great hotel, fair prices and great location.

Small and with details to improve as the mattress, some shelf in the bathroom, and a closet a tad bigger… but for a few days is very good, very central, breakfast right and personal, although first seem something serious, are very friendly. I recommend it despite the "but".

Small but cosy room, polite staff and a nice continental breakfast. Come with free Wi-Fi, tea, coffee, a kettle and bottle of water in the room. Body wash and shampoo with towels so no need to bring those if just for one or two nights. Near victoria station and within walking distance of tourist attractions and plenty of places to eat.

The room was so small, way too small for two people with luggage, the location is great.

Hotel in a great position on very quiet street, room nicely decorated and clean, staff friendly, continental buffet breakfast served in the morning, at times not enough seating for guests to have breakfast so you have to wait for a table, we stopped in room 003 on lower ground floor, room was quiet cold also there was a fan unit outside window which sounded like a washer spinning in another room which disturbed our sleep most of the night, had to put tissues in our ears to dampen the the noise, apart from that had a lovely 3 night stay in the hotel.

My PERSONAL experience was 5 Stars. The place has 4 stars?. Pro : Position, People working with smile and efficency, "smart" things, nice Wi-Fi (room 107) (i spent just 1 night) (what is not in cons is a "obvious" pro) Cons: How the thermostat work? I didn't ask. Just because there was a eletrical heater and I used that. There is no lift (that, was not a problem for me (but could be for someone) ) at least in the building with the reception inside. I'll leave some photos talking more then my words. Ita: Se costa relativamente poco (in base al momento che si cerca (rispetto le alternative disponibili) ), gode di un ottima posizione di movimento. A 1/2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei pullman (victoria couch station) a 3/8 minuti dalla stazione dei treni/metro Victoria. Pulito, carino, per il resto classico albergo/b&b all'inglese.

A beautiful property, clean with courteous staff and in a wonderful quarters.

There's no glitz and glamor to this fine London establishment. Close to victoria station it is extremely convenient to get around London. They provide a continental breakfast with your room. Don't expect anything fancy, they have your BASIC continental. Would recommend to anyway looking for a place to stay.

I stayed here for 1 night and was very satisfied with my room. There was plenty of food for breakfast and very accessible to London. Just around the corner from Victoria coach station.

Location good but does not compensate for No lift, ac/heating dint work and was not attended to despite complaints. Carrying luggage through narrow staircase extremely hard. Breakfast very basic! Rooms ok except they turn double rooms to triple and therefore rates not value for money. Please check around cos possible to get more options for this price.

Well connected hotel. The room was very clean. As for the size of the room, yes it wasn t too big, but all the houses in london are very small. The staff was also gently.

Great loction. 2 minutes walk from lovely little coffee bars and places to eat. Close to Victoria station. Room was ideal, although right at the top. 5+ flights. Worth checking before you book if stairs are an issue. No lifts. Breakfast ok. Typical continental stuff. Beaut courtyard if the weathers good enough. 1 gripe. Its was scorchio — not complaining about that — air con didn't work. Asked at reception who provided a fan to blow the hot air round and round! Not the best night sleep. Superb weekend though. Would re-book.

The rooms are always clean and the staff very welcoming. Besides that it has an excellent location for visiting the city, getting a bus/train or shopping something in the last minute. I'll be returning gladly into Astors Belgravia every time.

The location of the hotel is ideal for visiting London. The hotel is on a very quiet street, close to Victoria Station, which is a transport hub for exploring London's sights. The Harrods department store or the Westmister Abbey are in close proximity. Unfortunately the rooms in the hotel are very small, the breakfast is dull and during our stay did not work air conditioning. On the other hand, the staff is very helpful and kind.

The air in the rooms is barely better than just having a fan. Evidently they only have one AC unit running the air for all the guest rooms, while their front reception and dining area are kept cool. We've heard multiple other guests approach the reception desk about their rooms being hot as well. This was so bad that we ended up forgoing our last night's reservation and staying someplace else. To add to it all, our shower temperature control knob is stuck on hot. We managed to get the water cooler after about 10 mins of messing with it. Also, we are on the top floor and our Wi-Fi keeps cutting out. We can see the network and connect to it downstairs, but upstairs in our room, it keeps dropping. We've brought our complaints to reception, but were blown off each time, and we've seen the same treatment with other guests. The location is fine I suppose, and it's fairly inexpensive for being in London, but I would not recommend staying here in the warmer months, and hope you get a room on the lower floors.

Really liked the hotel. 10 minutes walk from Victoria and in a quiet location (well quiet for London anyway). The room was a bit small but spotlessly clean and a great shower. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. There is a lovely terrace with comfortable chairs. The breakfast was fine and contrary to some other reviews, quite a lot of choice. My only minor gripe is that there is no bar. Would have been nice to have a beer on the terrace in the sunshine. Would recommend though and we will definitely be back.

One of the few hotels where I can get a single room. Friendly staff, lovely room with comfortable bed and very clean. Bonus for me was that it was within easy walking distance of Victoria Station. Would definitely stay there again.

Very clean rooms. A little on the small side and breakfast only continental but not much bad to say about it.

Seemed clean but the room was the size of a closet. There was no space to fully open my suitcase and stand on the floor, you could barely turn around in the bathroom, if you were overweight I have no idea how you could even get in the shower. Paper thin walls, only good if you like listening in on other people's conversations. Slamming doors all morning, luke warm shower water, no wash clothes. Super uncomfortable, I've never been in a room that small. This was room up a few flights of narrow stairs.

Advantages: Convenient location, with a hairdryer, the bed is comfortable; Disadvantages: The room is very small only to avoid strong open a 29 suitcase, especially the bathroom is exquisite ⋯ can not imagine how fat bath, no elevator, only provide bath towel without bathroom pedal; Summary: Only sleeping is acceptable, but the room is really too small.

Pros: really kind and helpful staff, great location, perfect amenities, cozy decor. Affordable. Cons: the bed was way past its prime. The coils were digging into our backs, the pillows and comforter could use a little washing or replacing as they were stained and yellowed. This place would have been perfect if it wasn't for the seriously uncomfortable bed. Of course it could have just been our room.

Nice Hotel, suitable for the weekend, sorry that you can not have lunch, or dine. Very small rooms, but suitable for small accommodation.

Was very impressed with the location of the room. It's a 3 minute walk to the train station, and really close to a lot of attractions. Rooms are very affordable. If you are over weight, you may want to book somewhere else. The bathroom is really small. I didn't have a problem with it, but I could see a more rotund person not being able to get to the shower. Clean room, hot showers, great location, very nice staff. I would recommend this to anyone of average size.

I've ever seen a hostel as expensive and as bad. All Hostels or I stay this one's really crappy the worst value for money.

Stayed for 2 nights in this hotel on 7th September, advertised as a boutique hotel. We had tickets to view Bukingham Palace on the Sunday which was 10 minutes up the road so great for that and very close to Victoria Station. The rooms are clean and well equipped.

This Astors Hotel is one of my favorite hotels in victoria London and I have stayed here several times over the years. The hotel itself is located on Buckingham Palace Road and it is about 5 minute walk from Victoria Underground Station. The most polite, friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend this hotel anytime.

I have stayed at this Astors Hotel once before and it is reasonable value for money. Good quality morning breakfast and is located close to the Victoria Coach Station. Hotel room very big, very clean and quiet. I would definitely return to Hotel.

This is not a 4* standard hotel. BEWARE the image used on this hotels website is NOT that of the hotel. Do NOT book a small double room. These are single room sizes with a double bed shoved in. In Fact do not book a room at all! Breakfast very poor. Tinned fruit warm yoghurt and instant coffee. Room tired and finished to a poor standard and lots of things wrong. Shoved in the basement down a very narrow wobbly set of stairs despite phoning and informing that my partner had hip problems so we required an easy access room. Basin cracked and plug not working, scolded by the shower temperature which we couldnt adjust. And we couldnt open the curtains ass we were directly overlooked by the dining room.

This boutique hotel is excellent. The Astors Hotel location was very close to Victoria and Buckingham palace. The rooms and hotel are always clean and well looked after. The food in the hotel is very good. Great.

My wife and I have just returned from a short stay at Astors Hotel. We had a nice family room which was spacious, had a new shower and clean towels. Reasonably priced. Very helpfull and nice staff. One of the best boutique hotels in London Victoria.

We stayed Astors Hotel for 5 nights. Great location — Belgravia is a beautiful street located in an ideal area for shopping. It is in heart of London Victoria. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommended.

This is a Luxury Boutique hotel with high comfort and service. Excellent location in Central London near theaters, museums and good shops.

This hotel is a real shame. Bedrooms are very very small, the ceiling is at less than 2 meters from the ground, the shower is ridiculus and really not accepatble (if you can enter into the shower tub, sure you will never be able to pop out! ) The stairways are extremely dangerous and of course the stairs are not in a "international standard"! Service: Sure this hotel doesnot know what it is; they even forget to buy water bottles, to give or sale to the clients. During 3 days. Hopefully the tap water was acceptable and we thanks the French Water Treatments companies for it! Not the hotel. Breakfast: when you stay 1 week in this shamely hotel, and every morning you have white beans in tomato sauce (from tin) and fake scramble eggs it is a real scandal, if you add the fact that they serve you Margarine instead of butter and the waitress deosnot know the difference. You have an idea of the inacceptable B&B, so called hotel 4 stars. No saucssages, no pastry, no fried eggs because they have no kitchen to prepare the breakfast (thye have only a "microwave". It will ne a very good move to spread out this iformation all over the world, that may save some hollidays of travellers visiting London. the only maket for them is now North Korea.

Not a four start hotel as advertised, as it just does not have the facilities to bring it upto the four star standard. It's on par with a good premier inn. All in all very pleasant. 3 1/2 stars.
