Avoid room 16. Booking a large room for 6. Nothing to do with the photos on booking on arrival. Room in the basement, very small and bordering on unsanitary conditions. Possibility of change but only the next day, because it was complete and no gesture on the price because the management was not there (we arrived on Friday afternoon). Only positives: the beds are comfortable and clean, the staff friendly and the hotel is well located. In short for 2 nights we did with but the price seemed exorbitant for the services offered. The room really only serves to sleep, not at all pleasant for a long stay.

This is the absolute WORST place I’ve ever stayed at. We found multiple hairs in our bed that we’re left by previous costumers, which makes me think that the sheets are not changed. Additionally, the showers along with the floors were absolutely filthy. We were promised 2 rooms on the same floor, and our rooms were on different floors. There was no telephone in case of an emergency, and I did not feel safe at all during my stay. The staff and the manager were not helpful and refused to refund us for our 2nd night, despite us not staying there. I will never go back there and I recommend that you don’t too.

Stay away from this! We ended up having BED BUGS biting us and the place is not worth ur money! We ended up deciding to leave and we found a much better hotel right next door (Astors Belgravia). Same priced but definitely cleaner, super friendly staff and incl of a great breakfast. We still suffer the itching from the bed bugs : (

It is a budget hotel, really cheap for its location with the area of wensminston and the big parks a few minutes walk away, and even if the bathroom is common and not very large it remains cute, the staff is really helpful and the towels and linen are changed every day.

Our room was dark (however I found no problem in that it was my mum), the toilet and bathroom were tiny, there was only one tiny bin in the toilet and the paint was peeling off the walls and celling. However, the people we were travelling had a large spacious room with natural light and big beds. Also the beds were so comfy!

Deceptively small rooms. As an American I was expecting smaller than I was used to. However it is different for two people to stay in the room we had.

I found myself having to try to hurry up a room for the evening. I found this little hotel, they gave me the room at the attic.
Bathroom in the room, the only problem was the sloping roof and the very narrow bathroom: for a high or big person really a problem given the very small size.
But the room really clean and service impeccable.
I'il keep that in mind if I go back to the area.

Altough the location is good, the room was an health hazzard, dirty, smelly bed linen and a mouse came in one nighylt through a hole on the wall.

It wasn’t clear at the time I made the booking that the bathroom was shared! Only after the (non refundable) booking was made the full description was available. The bathroom was clean and spacious but the shower door was broken so it was difficult to close. The room was tiny. It had a TV though. The staff was ok. Not rude but not too friendly either. The location is good depending on the places you want to visit. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

In positive point I note the geographical location that is at the top, the efficient floor heating and the mattress rather comfortable but sickening.
You have to know that the room is tiny, the cleanliness leaves to be desired not to say unsanitary.
Very bad soundproof, we hear everything that happens and even the bathroom of the neighbors.
The entrance door leaves the light of the common areas as well as an unpleasant air stream, fortunately the ground heating works well.
The wooden window does not close and lets the air through.
There is not even a shelf or furniture to unpack and the little that there is dusty.
The bathroom toilet is awful and tiny, 2 towels only and no shower mats. Nothing to put his toilet kit.

I do not recommend the hotel but you just have to know what you are leaving to not have a surprise because I think in this area they are all equivalent.
It is a room to put your suitcases, to wash and to sleep. Don't think about having a nice time sitting in front of the TV, it's too confined and stuffy.

Here is my experience feedback after 3 nights spent coupled in this room.

The less = cleanliness, horrible soundproofing, the dilapidated facilities, the sickening mattress full of stains without protection, no shower mats, just 1 average bath towel per person the same for wiping hands, no storage for Clothes, remote control HS, the water setting during the shower falls under the feat, non-lockable wooden window just closable, squeaky floor and blade of parquet that moves, light in the common areas that disturbs the sleep, door of the rooms That you have to slam waking everyone, bathroom and tiny room. Also, with screw screw and in the absence of curtains in Windows, forget the sunlight because you will not be able to open the curtains since the bathroom is so small that you can not dress up no elevator. Hair dryer OK. No access for people with reduced mobility.
Plus = the location 5 min walk to Victoria Station and downtown. Small supermarket and breakfast at the corner of the street 3nights no more…

The room was very cold but they were very helpful in showing me everything and turning up the heat. Very neat room. Bathroom wasn't up to expectations and neither was the breakfast. But overall alright hotel.

The rooms are too small. The beds are in a poor state and badly done. But the rest, all good.

As cheap as chips and very, very basic indeed. If you want romance here, forget about it.

Central and residential area of London, in a few minutes you walk to many places, the rooms are really small and the private bathrooms, at least in my case, tiny.
I found the room to be very clean and with everything I needed, I know it's a perfect support to turn London and come back here to sleep.
The value for money is very good if we consider the area as well.

Very of London to say that a room with beds is a hotel that is the best thing that has is the role of the wc.

First & last time staying here! No elevator! Have to lug suitcases up several flights of steep & narrow stairs. Rooms are so small that we had to open luggage on beds. Toilet was so tiny that it was difficult to change clothes… the toilet door had a large slit even when fully closed. Thankfully, it was not summer as there was no air-conditioning… only a small fan. Walls & ceilings were also so thin that we can hear so much noise from other rooms.

This was a pretty average experience. I don not believe it was value for money. I think its just a bed and breakfast Establishment room were tiny.

Literally a room with an ensuite toilet and bath. If all you are looking for is a place to sleep this is what you need. Stairs are a little steep to be carrying a large suitcase though. Walking distance from Victoria so highly accessible. Not much else to say.

Came to our rescue with a last-minute room after another booking fell through, the staff were warm, friendly and helpful. A fantastic location with access to everything a tourist could need. Rooms neat, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Pretty overpriced for the room. A double room with close to any space, a broken shower and noise from other guests. The bed is good and the room has a fridge, a TV and a microwave. Very average.

Very small room but the bed is very comfortable. And the hotel very well placed. The Wi-Fi is on the other hand very bad.

Good hostel for tourists travel. Clean, tidy and peaceful rooms. The best thing is it's location, less 5 min walking from Victoria Station.

Nice hotel. Easy to find. Very good location. Close to public transportation (buses and subway). In walkable distance from the main tourist places. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Will come back to this hotel if I am in London.

A shame this site. Five floors, without asensor. Five beds together and no space to pass. The kitchen? is a microwave doting on a table of light.

Simple and basic you get what h you pay for. Really nice that they have a family room suitable for up to six people.

It is actually like a AirBnB that run like a hotel. Expensive. Make sure you booked way ahead to get a reasonable price.

High quality room albeit very small. There was a bit of ruckus from other guests and breakfast isn't included but otherwise I was very satisfied.

I have been a week ago with a group of 4 friends and we had a family room for 5 which consists of 2 bunk beds and a double bed. Some mattresses are very bad, others are acceptable, the room has a mini kitchen with a small refrigerator, faucet and microwave. The bathroom seems to be prefabricated, placed in a corner as if it were a sentry box and very very small. What saves it is the area which is about 15 min walk from Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, and other area of interest.

Utter rubbish. Even that is high praise for this "hotel". 1) staff promises and delivered final product do not match up. Liars. 2) applied for double room as advertised in their website, got a single instead. If their double was a single size, I would hate to see want their single looks like. Liars and conmen. 3) room was utterly tiny and walking was difficult. 4) the room and toilet was filled with a permanent strong and disgusting stench. Smells like sewage. 5) toilets too small to use. Its pretty much a joke. 6) was provided a water kettle for boiling eater but the kettle doesn't fit the sink. Good job. 7) no space for hanging coats 8) TV doesn't work 9) usage of Wi-Fi requires a payment of extortionate fees 10) soundproofing and privacy is borderline nonexistent For the exorbitant fees charged by this "hotel" I am sure you can easily find better places to live in London for the same amount of money, if not less. Do not live here. This sham of a place should be and will be reported to the council for its issues and malpractice and be shut down forever. If you value your money and experience in London, do not live here.

No continental breakfast. No Tea/Coffee making facilities. No batteries in the remote control for the colour TV. Chabby and dirty rooms. To call this a Hotel is a joke!

4 friends, a week long trip to London and a search online, convenient to travel in the Center and on the cheap. It could be a beginning of a movie, but those were the ns. Hotel search parameters. After seeing online and booked later, this competitively priced hotel, I had put a lot of doubts on the quality of services and, above all, on the cleanliness of the rooms. It must be said that just arrived we were allocated room # 15 by 5 (even though we were in 4) which consisted of 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 2 bunk beds, allocated in the basement, "the crypt house" as I liked to call it, no real Windows but with 2 doors-window facing upwards, i. E. On the ground outdoors. The bathroom was tiny, windowless but with fans, with some small leak behind the toilet, but all in all it was pretty much acceptable because every day they cleaned the bathroom and room, and changed towels every day. Certainly a chance to freshen up the walls and sprucing up scaling and loss would not hurt. Forget the seats because the only. Room were the multiple electrical outlets, a kettle and a TV with 3-4 channels. Lacked a real Wardrobe (thing). The other good thing about it was the shower, although small, but new and operated. In the hotel there is the Wi-Fi but is paying, how strange it is that usually the payment of hotel do you at checkout, not checkin as happened to us.

Briefly : even if the location is great, You can find much better in a hostel if you got time to look for it. staff was not friendly but OK. Cleanless ok Rooms really rough, you almost feel you are in an hospital or in a box. I wouldn't mind if the room were a bit cheaper but it's not so cheap and they charge any extra service (Wifi, left luggage service) The main problem is the noise : absolutely no isolation in between the rooms so you can hear any person who is talking with a normal voice volume.

When I arrived at Ebury House, they redirected me to another hotel several blocks away, also operated by Belgravia Rooms. They took the money I paid for one hotel and gave me another that's even more poorly reviewed and terrible. The mattress was old and full of bedbugs, no joke. I was bitten through the whole night and couldn't sleep. Never stay here or anywhere operated by Belgravia Rooms.

Appalling, cigarette ash all over the floor and covered in cigarette butts, thats not the worst, a pair of dirty knickers on the floor! Base of bed was split in two as room was not big enough for a double bed. I contacted the so called manager who ignored my email, I called he was rude spoke over me offered me £1 compensation and said take us to court! I will be taking this further and strongly advise that NO-ONE stay there its not habitable.

I just got back from a week's stay at Ebury House, which is now called Belgravia Rooms and is under new management. I have no idea what it looked like before, but it is in awful condition now. The rooms are not clean, are not cleaned during your stay, and the manager is absolutely awful. If you arrive and try to cancel your reservation once you've seen the filthy carpet, they tell you they have a 48 hour cancellation policy and try to charge you for two days' stay. Avoid this place like the plague.
