Good clean room with easy access to the centre of London.

Won't recommend this student accommodation. Had several problems with my room and finally was told to shift my room in a day! Lifts broke down quite often and management was least bothered to provide any help. No gym, no study space.

The first day I checked in they gave me a set of cards did not work at all and because the card reader/system was down, it was really troublesome trying to get out of the building or even just going out of my room. The lifts were not working at all. The chair in my room was broken. There are only 2 washing machines and 1 was broken already.

I can't recommend this at all. I only lived here for a month but had several issues. Had to move room twice and I wasn't the only person having a lot of problems. My toilet and the shower didn't work properly and it was almost not possible to talk to anybody from the management and if you tried to fix the problem they tell you that it's your fault. I lived in a different student hall for 6 months before that and paid less money while living more convenient and having absolutely no issues so think twice before booking a studio.

I've moved into this place in September 2015. Since then, I have experienced a number of problems: -My room has been flooded several times, and even though the wooden floor has been damaged since at least December as a result of this, they have still not done anything to repair/replace it. Of course, I am not the only one who has experience this. -For two weeks, the elevators have not worked, and they are at least going to take another week to fix them. Keep in mind that the building has 7 floors, not including the basement. -The glass on the right side of the front door has been destroyed on New Years, the 1st of January 2016, which was approx. 11 weeks ago. Instead of replacing the broken glass with a new window, it was replaced with an extremely aesthetic plywood panel. On the 25th of February, the door mechanism has been damaged and we have been told it will be repaired this week. Even if it will still happen this week, this will mean repairs would have taken a month. This is a joke! Now we have to walk around the building, which is especially dangerous for the girls at night, and the security has no control over who comes into our building. -The common room is a joke, it is in the entry area and therefore not private at all, plus people cannot make any noise there after 10pm. To live at this building, you need to pay at least 300 pounds a week. For that amount of money, I expect excellent service.
