Brilliant hotel! Loved how friendly the staff was.

Staying here for 3 nights so convenient 4 minutes walk from Waterloo Station. Going to see Bryan Adams in concert tommorrow night at The Royal Albert Hall. Great bar at The Ruby Lucy… fantastic room and the shower and products are superb! lovely laid back atmosphere with cafes and bars close by.

Great hotel. Provide everything needed. So many details thought of and brilliantly designed. All top quality and funky decor. Very friendly helpful staff. Best bit a 24/7 bar so able to have drinks after getting back from the gig. A great choice for breakfast. Would thoroughly reccomend. We had a balcony with a view.

This hotel made our London visit that much better! The whole experience from beginning to end. We were able to check in early (which was perfect since our flight got in early). Check in was easy and I loved how the key cards were dispensed from the counter. Love the tea and condiments bar with the communal iron/board. The room was too cute. I thought the 24 hr bar was weird at first, but came to love it cause we'd meet up with Aki and other bartenders every night after our adventures. We'd talk about the history of the city, got to know each others lives and have great conversations for hours. The entire staff was amazing and we miss them already. Also the location was fantastic; cute restaurants of every cuisine close, around the corner from Waterloo Station and for the lunch hours they had food and music record vendors around. We would definitely come back!

Quirky boutique hotel — good value and comfortable rooms — some with balcony.

Amazing location next to Waterloo train station, amazing staff, amazing decor, amazing pizzas, brilliant atmosphere and babr open 24 hours what more could you want, market outside every day apart form Sunday, sorry shops in the street outside, we loved every minute, beds were out of this world comfy and air con was spot on in the rooms, showers where the best I've had, just incredible, can't wait to stay again.

Great little gem in London, close enough to all the sights and within walking distance of some great eating places. bar is fab and staff friendly. There's a cat and some swings. my 6 year old loved the bar because of the cat and the swings, meant I could have a drink in peace for then1st time in forever.

Fab… great, clean, roomy, location great … helpful wonderful staff… checked in checked out … couldn't fault a thing… on the extra plus side quirky shower too… but not for all! although there is a curtain?
