Very polite and friendly as well as helpful. They put a pedestal fan in my room with it being so hot. There is brewing items in the room. There is a large mirror to stand in front of to see how you look and a hair dryer at the side of the mirror. I stayed at the Armitage on 2nd July 2018. I would be very happy to stay there again and would recommend. It is 1 mile from the 02 Arena London.

I stayed in the downstairs room which has a nice kitchen and modern finishes. The Armitage manager is also nice. However, if you are looking for a good nights sleep I do not recommend The Armitage. The floors are paper thin and the floor boards creek very loudly and so I was kept up all night by the guests upstairs walking around their rooms. The curtains are also near transparent so during summer an eye mask is key if you don’t want to wake up at 5:30 am.

Warning stay away at all cost ☣ Owner/caretaker of these properties is a very rude man and has no consideration for the guests personal safety, space Myself and my family spent a couple of days here and what we witnessed was shocking, there was electrical problems with one of the rooms that kept shorting the electrics for some of the plug sockets which resulted in no hot water as well, I told the owner but he did nothing there was no Wi-Fi for the first day and after it would go on and off for the remainder of our stay, The owner lives in the three sheds at the back of the property and will occasionally help himself in the day and in the middle of the night to use the facilities (caught him three times) he also has food within the fridges and freezers and demands people to leave them alone because it is his, The properties themselves are a disgrace with stains all over the floors and walls as well as cigarette ends all over the garden areas, some of the doors for the rooms in the property do not lock from the outside and the patio door will occasionally get stuck (my 3 yr old was stuck outside for 10min while I tried to open it) parking outside the property is permit holders only, I contacted the local council to enquire about a temporary visitor parking permit I was told the owner would only be able to get one so I’m approached him and asked if he could pick one up and I would pay for it and give him extra and he refused (£17 for 2 weeks) on arrival to the propertie the

The place was quite awkward to find as the Armitage is three terraced houses as one. Parking is non existent if you arrive after 11am with signs warning you not to park if you do not have a permit, you can park after 6.30pm until 9am though if you can get a spot. The room was clean and comfy, ours had an en-suite but there are some rooms that share a bathroom oddly. Location to the o2 arena is a 20 minute walk with an imax cinema and a few eateries also close by. Beware though, at night the rooms can get stifling as you cannot seem to turn off the radiators, thankfully being a house the windows open fully. Not a bad place all being said, just a bit of an oddity.

Excellent price/quality ratio. Clean room with complimentary tea. Walking distance to underground and O2.

Clean, tidy and cosy studio, we booked for the half term holidays, komol was a kindly host, the studio is fully equipped, the location is great!, and the ratio quality/price is 100% last yr we booked a 4 stars hotel in central London and was terrible, this yr we found this hostel and we will back again! See you komol! All other bad reviews has no sense! Don't miss out!

This place is disgusting. The room is nice but the man that runs the place is nasty, rude and disturbing. Me and my partner caught him watching us through the window, while we were in bed. He also just walked in without knocking whilst we were getting busy! On top of that he was rude to both me and my girlfriend, I'll never be going back. Absolutely disgusting.

A cheap room to rent over night very clean and comfortable.

Very disappointing. No one there on arrival, not even a sign to say to call a number or whatever. Had to call and wait for someone to come to open the room and give the keys. Room dirty, sheets with stains. Had to call them again to have the room cleaned properly. Oven unusable because of the appalling conditions. Spend a bit more and look for a proper place to stay cause this is just for the adventurers!

Not perfectly clean but acceptable and at a low cost.
