I wouldn't have even given this place 1 star but it doesn't allow you to write a review otherwise. I Had to stay in one of the studios for 8 weeks, hobs was broken, freezer broke, toilet roll holder broke, duvet and pillows had nasty stains all over them. Had to ask them to change it 3 times before they gave me a new one. Food splashed up sides of cupboard so cleaned the room myself and didn't have the cleaners in thankfully! As when leaving the studio and checking out I forgot a bag with my childs games console in the property which the cleaner denies was in the room. I called the office to ask for the cleaners name so can make a report to the police and the lady was very reluctant in giving me the ladies name, just kept saying the cleaner hadn't taken anything although she's the only person that had been in the room after we left and the room was still empty (no one had booked it after me) it can't have just vanished. The tiles in bathroom on floor are cracked which is very unhygienic also. I would not stay there again and will be reporting them to the police. I am disgusted with the attitude of the staff as I did not expect this. At 8 1/2 months pregnant I now also have to worry about replacing my childs console along with everything else.
