Great food and good atmosphere.

Great food and Laura in reception is an absolute diamond. Nothing is to much trouble. Thank you for a lovely stay. The only thing I would change is allow dogs back into the "empty" lounge area.

Amazing hotel! reasonably priced in an idyllic setting. Staff are really friendly and helpful.
The ancient mariner serves amazing food and is beautifully decorated. Our first visit but we will be back in November and it will be a regular spot for us.

Had a wonderful couple of days at the Bath Hotel to celebrate a friend’s wedding. Clean, comfortable room, very friendly staff and super food be it breakfast or dinner.

Amazing stay! The staff were amazing even up to providing first aid kit after my daughter fell on the rocks. Rooms were beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

Always stay here when we go to lynmouth. Stayed in the quarter deck family room this time, kids loved it, loved the fact it had the fridge and microwave, useful for families with young children. Was surprised to see breakfast and parking was now extra. After paying £200 a night for the room, you would think it would be included same with the parking. Food in the restaurant was ok. Waiting on staff could be more attentive.

Lovely quirky hotel which includes great food in the attached pub (the Ancient Marnier). Views from the upper floor rooms are amazing over the river and harbour. There is a cool little bar area downstairs in the hotel which has a great retro feel. Staff were great and very friendly. Now some downsides. We had one of the very top floor rooms with a great view, but the walls don't have much soundproofing as we could hear the neighbouring room as if they were in our room and since they were a loud couple, always on TV, talking over the TV (who watches TV when you are in such an idyllic spot? ) and loud snoring through the night, which spoilt the experience. Lastly one little niggle, it would be great if the timing of breakfast could have a wider window, but totally understand why this is constrained as it is. Overall really nice quirky hotel, lovely staff, great location and very good food (counting both breakfast in the hotel and our dinner in the ancient mariner. ) Well worth a stay if you want to be in a beautiful part of Devon.

Wonderful, beautiful place, lovely people.

Dissaponted Christmas break poor service dis organised no atmosphere average meals at best. Sat in the restaurant and are forgotten about. Christmas diner no cranberry sauce not good value for money at all really dissapointed not even any Christmas music on.

Well, what can we say! Perfect in every way, room spotless, comfortable and warm. Food was the best we have had for a very long time. I don't know who the chef is but he/ she deserves a medal, everything from the full English to to beautiful evening meals in the galley were amazing. Very dog friendly too which was amazing and made us feel so very welcome. Definitely on our Return list :) xxxxx.

The staff were so incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room (number 25) was clean, spacious and had everything we could have wanted. Great location. Definitely recommend it to anyone.

Drinks fantastic as ever. Down with my parents who are locals, and the bath is the place to be. Kirin on tap, what's not to love!

Excellent, got the seaview room with a balcony looking right over the harbour. Food in the restaurant was wonderful. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.

We stayed here 26th & 27th of May. We absolutely loved it very friendly and helpful staff. The food was wonderful, we had room 21 with beautiful views. The Bar & restaurant is very stylish with loads of things too look at. Maybe the room good do with abit of an updated to go with the rest of the hotel. But it's spotless. We will come back again as there is only so much you can do in 3 days. And hopefully I will be able too try the cocktails next time as they weren't making them at the time we stayed, but I have heard alot about them. Thank you for having us!

Great location, friendly bar staff.

Love, love, loved it! A really cool and relaxed vibe with friendly and knowledgeable bar staff. We visited for an evening meal and drinks, while staying at Ocean View, Tors Park. Definitely would recommend to anyone staying in Lynmouth and the surrounding area.

Nice quiet hotel, good for a relaxing break. Tasty full English breakfast and a lovely new cocktail bar. Amazing views over the harbour. Rooms awaiting updating. Will be 5 stars after that.

Had Sunday lunch, amazing. The best roast we both had in a long time. Gravy was exceptional. Staff friendly. Nice ale selection and very clean, well decorated.
