We have just enjoyed a lovely overnight stay here. Obviously it’s a fantastic location, but the food, room and swimming pool are all absolutely first class too. The staff are very welcoming and obliging.
We enjoyed it so much that we have just booked another stay for next month!

The best hotel in the Island. We had a fabulous night stay in hotel. The staff was wonderful. Very welcoming and friendly. St Brélade Bay is in a beautiful location inJersey over looking one of our most stunning beaches, if you can always get a sea view room! The rooms are tastefully decorated and very comfortable, as is the Hotel I find it quite lovely! The spa is gorgeous with one of the best swimming pools I have used in a hotel, the food is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. A definite must if staying in Jersey.

Had a lovely stay on Friday celebrating my sister in laws birthday, beautifully refurbished rooms, cosy, traditional hotel with lovely xmasy feel.

Beautiful views, could be an amazing place — such a shame that they serve dirty moules with barnacles — we had to ask them to clean the bathroom on arrival as we had personal hairs in the bath and on the second day had to ask for toiletries. Couldn’t rest in our room due to the noise in bedroom above. Very disappointing for the price when we were hoping for a little TLC and a rest.

This place is a bit odd. And _VERY_ expensive. Rooms aren't massive. Bathrooms tiny. The restaurant menu is an amazing throwback to the 1970s. The pool is large and heated. Arguing pool staff are a delight. Great views though!

Lovely, helpful staff and clean rooms with beautiful balcony views. We ate at the restaurant every night as part of a really reasonably priced bed and board deal that the hotel was running.

Love this Hotel. The food is superb. Very comfortable seating around the hotel. Large chairs and sofas that you sink into. Staff very friendly. You can sit outside for drinks and the view is wonderful overlooking St Brelades Bay.

The staff is very friendly, the location is perfect and the garden is lovely. The downside to our stay there was our room and the way a complaint was handled by the management. We booked a double room with sea view and balcony. On our last morning, when doors to the other rooms of the exact same category were open, we could see that our room was substantially smaller although we were charged the same. We informed the management and even though admitting that we were correct, they did nothing about it, except noting that next time we would get another room. They claimed rooms could have been changed if we said something on arrival. Obviously, there is nothing to complain about unless you know that you are charged the same for less. This certainly tarnishes the overall impression and it is, to my mind, rather unprofessional to admit that the room was actually a lot smaller than the other rooms of the exact same category and still do nothing about it. Therefore, unless you do not want to be given a rather bad deal, try to avoid to be put in room 71.

Why do they need to cut the grass every morning at 8.00 am, Wi-Fi OK but could be a lot better, house keeping knocking at door at 8.30am to make up room. Positives, very comfortable beds and pillows, excellent food and brilliant staff! Lovely gardens, clean, and staff efficient, friendly and professional.

We had a most enjoyable holiday here. We asked for a room with a walk in shower as my husband has mobility problems. The staff were very accommodating and also. Gave us a table in the dining room next to the buffet The evening dinners were delicious, the rooms were of a high standard and the health club with its swimming pool was first class We will definitely be going back in the future.

Spent a few days here with family. I would definitely go back and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. All the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were pleasant our first few nights we had a sea view and on our last night due to a flight delay (fog) we were moved to a non sea facing room.

Stayed overnight on their Winter deal. Dinner, bed and breakfast and use of Spa etc. What great value. Lovely room with sea view and balcony and little added extras. Only thing I would have liked would be a grab rail on wall by shower as I’m quite short and found the side of the bath difficult to get into as was but slippery. Dinner was excellent best I’ve had. Staff have to be congratulated on their brilliant service, bearing in mind there were xmas parties and about 200 covers! Menu choice was great too. Breakfast was buffet style and had everything you could want, or you could order off the menu. Sadly I found some items on the buffet were cold by the time I sat down to eat which was disappointing, but there was plenty to chose from and again great service by staff. Had a lovely weekend and will definitely book to stay again before the offer is over.

This is one of our favourite hotels in the island. The food is amazing, the staff are kind and attentive and do an excellent job. The view is stunning and the rooms are always so nicely put together. Cannot recommend this hotel enough, a jersey treasure.

Just returned from a 5 night break. Amazing hotel, staff always smiling nothing to much trouble. Beautiful gardens. Pool lovely jacuzzi and steam room great. Food was amazing tried food we wouldn’t normal have. Room had a sea view lovely and spacious big bath plus separate large shower. Lovely toiletries. Turn down every night. Even organised a trip of the island for us. Plenty of areas to sit, even had a library which we used a few times. Couldnt fault anything,. Will hopefully be returning next year.

We came here to attend a wedding. The whole event was in the hotel and the day was run seamlessly. The surroundings were fantastic, both inside and out. The food was superb. There was even a free 'beer, wine and cocktail station'. This was a highly polished event and the staff obviously knew what they were doing, but so they should when the groom had paid in the region of twenty thousand pounds for this wedding! this is what has prevented it from getting 5 stars. The standard room rate is 215 pounds per night! Even the discounted rate for wedding guests was 180, which is why a lot of the guests, me included, stayed at the nearby Miramar hotel (92 pounds per night for a double room with excellent breakfast) or the Windmills hotel next door. These are about a 20 minute walk. So overall a top notch wedding venue but most of the staff would have to work for a week to be able to afford to stay there for a night and I wouldn't even consider paying that much for a night in a bed.

Have stayed at least once a year since 2010 — three times last year! This is the best hotel you'll ever find. Excellent service and food and that view. Wow. It's worth paying for a balcony to fall asleep to crashing waves and waking-up to the wonderful views over the bay.

We held our wedding reception in St. Brelades Bay Hotel in May of this year and it was amazing from start to finish!
We were dealing with David from when we booked up and he was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and he was so helpful with table planning right through to the d. J for that night.
Cara was the lady who looked after our menus and food choices and again she couldn't do enough to sort it all out for us especially when we had some last minute cancellations!
The rest of the staff (didn't get their names) were just as helpful and polite for the whole weekend.
We were here from the Saturday until the Monday with all our family and most of our friends and we wished we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be back again.

Attended at the hotel for a wedding. The staff were amazing. Not a single negative statement about the staff. Professional friendly personal service from all staff. Venue was clean in ever aspect. Garden view Room was above average size, clean and smart. Large comfortable bed. Tea and coffee service in the room and complimentary bottles of water. Bathroom with over bath shower and very well decorated. Health club was lovely with gym and pool. Again lovely staff and facilities were perfect. Would recommend and stay again.

An excellent hotel. We had a sea view room with balcony and the views each morning were astounding. Breakfast was very good and the indoor and out door pools were relaxing. Lots of restaurants just a walk away too.

Got a Jersey Voucher for a Christmas present, wow top quality hotel would definitely recommend this hotel.
