Right on the beach. 10/15 walk to the city centre thru the tunnel-watch for going the correct side! Good breakfast and clean rooms.

We thought the hotel staff were excellent and provided a great atmosphere around the hotel. The food was delicious with a very good choice. A great location right on the seafront with a bus stop outside, so we had great fun exploring.

And yet this hotel prides itself on being a 3-star hotel! Elevator that never comes, hostess who welcomes a minimum and in a single language, no parking solution offered by the establishment (forced to go in a public car park 10min walk!?!? Really prohibitive), room quite spacious but that would need substantial investments (just the bathroom would gobble up the whole budget). In the end what does he have for him? A beautiful view, but it's expensive paid. Unfortunate experience concerning me. Restaurant not tested yet.

Old hotel with retro decoration. The rooms are clean and the staff are very welcoming. Breakfasts and table services of very good quality. Note the bus stop in front of the hotel very convenient.

Great location. Hotel clean but a little tired… a bit like me! Not a problem tho. Just here to sleep and the staff are great.

Not a boutique hotel but that would spoil it. It is spotlessly clean. Rooms are spacious. A fridge might help. The staff are all extremely helpful. Good to meet Felix and Kip. I would recommend and return.

Good value/price, deco a bit dated, poor sound insulation but very clean room. Refreshment of the bathroom to be previewed. Heated pool and bath towels provided. Service at the bar impeccable, very friendly server that does not lack of humor. Meal at the correct restaurant, only Bemol: The head of the room who did not want to receive us for the evening meal despite our reservation and our payment via Internet during the reservation.

Great view of the harbour and a big comfortable bed compensate for the weedy shower, awful Wi-Fi and tiny TV. Breakfast was basic.

No parking of any kind. Mile walk from multistory car park or on street parking if you're very lucky. Grubby corridors and rooms, very basic breakfast poorly prepared and kept warm in a buffet style like a motorway service area from the 1970s. Buffet cleared by the staff the moment the end time was reached and little/no new food added to the buffet for the last 40 minutes of the sitting. Coffee undrinkable. Staff appear to be Eastern European. Many staff speak little or no English. Rooms over warm, several lights not working. All recent investment has gone into the exterior and entrance, which mislead the onlooker into believing the hotel is far better than it is.

If I could give this hotel a negative rating, I would. We booked this hotel through Expedia last week at the last minute. We went there to check in and there is NO WHERE to park a car. We pulled over somewhere else and called about where to park (rental car). We were told by the lady who answered the phone that they do not have parking available to guests. We understand that Jersey is a small island and parking is tight, but what about people who have cars or rental cars? I rechecked Expedia's website and no where did it say that they do not have parking. We quickly booked something else that had parking. I called Expedia three times to cancel the hotel and get some kind of refund. I spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone in total (international calling). Expedia was trying to get a hold of the hotel as they now had our money for a refund. I finally heard back from Expedia and we have been told that the hotel is refusing to refund any of the money. This could have all been avoided if they'd had on the website that there is NO parking available. We would never have booked this hotel if we'd known they didn't have parking for our rental car.

Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Needs modernisation. Great no frills cheap hotel.

Hotel chic, not too far from downtown. A bus stop is at the foot of this hotel to take you there. The breakfast is great!

Three star hotel. Has got an indoor swimming pool but no parking. Walking distance from the centre of the town and right by the sea.

This Hotel is in a great location right by a beach & lido with it's Sea — water pool, although the Hotel has it's own indoor pool, & is only an easy 12/15 minute walk from the town centre. The bedrooms are of a reasonable size with a comfortable bed. And the service provided by all the staff is excellent, like what you'd expect in a much more expensive Hotel, & the food served in the restaurant is first class. I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Location excellent, right on the waterfront, easy walking distance from town, bus stop right outside if we had needed it. Food was excellent. The manager looked after us very well and all the waiting staff likewise. Swimming pool was a bonus and well maintained, we had it to ourselves most of the time. Not a problem that the Wi-Fi was only in one area, after all how much online time do you need with all that beauty right at your feet. We were part of a coach trip and everyone we spoke to about the facilities was very positive. We felt privileged to have stayed in such a lovely hotel in such beautiful surroundings.
