His place is very good and the staff are really friendly. One time my parents went out and left me and my siblings in the room and we were scared so the receptionist allowed us to stay there and treated us well.

1. Staff were so rude and not helping at all his name is Islam (housekeeping supervisor) He does not know how to talk with the guest. The way he talk to us was like a uneducated third class person. 2. Worst Wi-Fi connection. Does not work most of the time. 3. Room was very dirty the wash basin block there were hairs on the bathroom walls from previous guest. The washroom tape and shower cabinets had only damm hot water can't even take shower as there no cold water to adjust There was no single towels in room. We requested to give some towel but they were not having single towels. As if we stay free. 4. Last night we tried to sleep but could not sleep because of the so much noise for slamming doors the temperature in the room felt like we was in sauna. In the end we only slept 3 hours it resulted in my worst experience in a hotel ever don't stay here if you value having a good night's rest! I hope your hotels improve soon.
