First day electricity break down from my room, other locations in the hotels had elecricity on, the employees dealt with the matter in a non professional way. After a long argument they shifted me to another room. One day the AC broke down, after reporting this to reception they sent the billboy to check it… where I expected a maintenance guy to show up!? After that I left for the rest of the day, evening it was working again. house keeping services is very bad, and so was the room service. One night they rented their hall for a party, so it was noisy till 4 am. I won't stay in this hotel again! In my opinion, it worth zero stars.

I love London Suites. I will always recommend friends to see and experience. So quiet and elegant.
