Came to stay for a week. I am a former employee. I understand customer service. The front desk manager does not. I have him on video not providing standard care for a Gold Hilton honors member. Better yet the way he treated my wife and I and others was EMBARRASSING! Our room was entered into by the sales manager with no explanation. As was our families room who also was staying for a week. Both my families and I cards were charged numerous times for no reason and without explanation. This was the major issue I had with Chriss the front desk manager. When I asked for some help other than him he said we don’t bother our Assistant managers or General managers for issues. I asked him numerous times was the quote engraved into the wall in effect at his hotel he stated “no. ” The quote was about the engaging customer service and other things I’ve received without issue at Numerous other Hilton properties from Texas all the way to New York and international. It’s a shame. My sister in law has uploaded the video to twitter and it was unfortunate that the cops were threatened on us. I must note that I did also ask another guest if they were overcharged and they also confirmed that they were. Something needs to change and I figured I’d leave this comment here. If you want the videos of the embarrassing customer service I can post them as well. Chriss (front desk manger) and Brooklin (sales manager) charged me without my permission and did not explain to me what for.

Room was sealed showing it had been cleaned. Pubic hair was found in the the bathroom sink. See photos. Hair on the floor and in the bed with stains. Richard the front desk manager was very apologetic and took photos. I am a gold member and I only stay in Hilton’s but this one is off the list and should be closed or the entire cleaning staff fired. Plus no soap was in the room at all!
