Unwelcoming rooms, staff less than friendly. IHG double charged me for my stay and the hotel charged me 3 times for “damages hold”

The most important thing for me is that the cleanliness should excellent super clean and very quiet all excellent service very good quality.

Nice neat and clean rooms are nice and comfy.

Comfortable beds (two queen). Clean bathroom with great water pressure. Pool and fitness center available. Best part: it is located near many things (within a mile), chick fil a, ihop, shopping centers, and a big mall.

Rooms are clean and king size bed is comfy. They have nice big soft pillows. Complimentary breakfast is good, eggs/omelette and breakfast meats. Muffins, bread, cinnamon rolls etc. They have a pool and small fitness room and it is located near many restaurants and stores.

Bathroom was large and bed was comfortable. Included breakfast was terrible. Also not enough parking.

We stay at the Holiday Inn all over the country. I have to say this one seemed a little bit more run down then most. My experiences with others are they were Renovated. With more comfortable beds and undated t. V. Etc. The rooms here dated. I also had a room with a jacuzzi tub and it was dirty. Over all it wasn't horrible and I go back. Great customer service.

Very clean, easy access, good breakfast. The pool is tiny though and no hot tub. But it was a nice stay!

Clean, tidy, continental breakfast. Poo, l gym, biz center, close to restaurants and shops. Nothing fancy but good to sleep in.

Had to stay here because a soccer tournament dictated where we stay. Otherwise, no way would stay here. Room is adequately spacious & clean. Breakfast is standard low-cost type with Styrofoam permanent landfill type bowls and plates and luke-warm coffee. The real problem is they do not have queen-size beds — just double-size. We recently stayed in a much cheaper hotel and they had queen-sized beds. The slightest movement, and your partner knows it — cheapest mattress possible. There are better options nearby.

This is a decent hotel, a little older but in good shape. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything that goes on around you and the footsteps of everyone above you. You may want to skip this hotel if you are a light sleeper. Very conveniently located if shopping and restaurants are your thing.

The place is so clean, with an all-you-can-eat breakfast, and the entire staff are kind, warm, and welcoming!

Great location and clean rooms. We had requested a roll away, which was supposed to be in the room; however, it had not been delivered. The gentleman at the front desk was apologetic, gave us the rollaway, and removed the charge for the rollaway. Breakfast was delicious and the area was very clean.

Staff took good care of us. Room had plenty of space and was comfortable.

Excellent stay. We only had one small issue and Mike at the front desk was more than helpful to quickly and easily solve the problem like it never happened. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean quiet. Room nice size. No blackout curtains. Breakfast ok but have had better breakfast at other holiday Inn expresses.

Much better than the last holiday Inn I stayed at. Breakfast times weren't given to us at check in. Clean suite l, but tiny closet. No light source around kitchen area (sink, coffee machine, mirror)

The room was very large and spotless. This was the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many. All the people there were very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious!

Nice hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and this is a fabulous location close to lots of restaurants, shopping, and mall. We will definitely come back for our visits to D. C.

The room we had was good and clean on the 1st floor at end of hall liked the spa tub very much we used it both nites… the staff was friendly and courteous.

It was a little run down and cost more than where I normally stay in Woodbridge. I'm a IHG member and stayed at many Holiday Inn Express and this one is the only one that hasn't quite met my expectations. When I got to my room I checked for bed bugs like I do anywhere else I stay and I happened to find exoskeleton in room 301. They were very accommodating and changed my room without hestitation. The second room was fine however, they didn't offer me extra points for my inconvenience like Holiday Inn Express did in Atlanta when they double booked my room.

This was a pretty good hotel. I was staying here for a school event and was alright.

Found bugs in the pool and it was pretty slimmy. Poor room service, I had to ask for towels. Vending machines didn't work. Hookers hang out there too apparently.

I stayed here for a women's hockey tournament nearby. Our stay was pleasant, and close to the rink; a big plus. The staff was friendly and breakfast was pretty good. Overall it was a fun stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location is very convenient, breakfast was good. The hallways are extremely hot & stuffy.

This hotel has all the good points of any typical HI Express, including free Wi-Fi and free breakfast. It's in a good location too, close to the highway and with a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. The bad parts include an uncomfortable bed, a really noisy heating/air conditioning unit, and an outlet in the bathroom that I can't use because every plug I try to put in it falls right out. The hotel is mostly quiet though and the staff have all been friendly.

Little dated however mostly clean it does need someone to clean the walls though. But otherwise just minor this and that gripes that I can live with.

I had to stay in Woodbridge for 17 days for job training and I have to say my first impression of this place wasn't the best, but the front desk was always MORE than accommodating, extremely pleasant and absolutely willing to meet my every need. The first time I checked in I was assigned to a room on the second floor, which I'm assuming is supposed to be their "smoking" floor even though all the rooms appear to have non-smoking signs? I get in the room (Room 222) flip the entrance light switch and it didn't work, and the AC/Heater sounded like a wailing banshee. Also on top of all that half the hallway reeked of weed so I immediately called the front desk and asked if I could switch to a different floor. Within 3 minutes the very kind young man who works the front desk at night came up to my room with a new room key to the 4th floor and that room (Room 404) was perfect. I ended up checking out to go home for one night and had to check back in the next day. The same guy who checked me in the first night and switched my rooms helped me and remembered my concerns so made sure I wasn't on the second floor. So very pleased with this guy's accommodation (he gets 5 stars). This time I ended up in room 402! I loved this room. Being on the end it was extremely spacious and had two windows. However, this room's ac/heater was another wailing banshee. No idea what causes that, but I can't sleep with that thing on.
