Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Woodbridge to attend a training session. The hotel is conveniently located near I-95 and Dale Blvd; it is across Dale Blvd from the Stonebridge Potomac Town Center. Our check-in went quickly and without problems. Our room was clean and nicely appointed. Everything worked as I would expect – drapes closed without problems, sink stopper held water in the sink, the sink drained rapidly, the lights all worked, etc. The bathroom had a walk-in shower rather than a tub; the towels were nice and soft. The passive fan for the bathroom did a nice job of exhausting steam from the shower. The bed was comfortable and had ample pillows. The table lamps had both 120v and USB outlets which was very convenient for charging electronic devices. The heating/cooling unit was controlled by a thermostat on the wall rather than by a control on the unit. The hotel has a restaurant and bar. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. If you’re in Woodbridge, I’d recommend staying at the Hilton Garden Inn.

It's in a weird location, I suppose that as the aera is developed there'll be more there, but kind of a desert right now. Rooms are similar to other Hilton gardens. Service is good.

New hotel everything working as it should. Some staff little inexperienced. They didn't know where our reservation was till the manager showed up. Overall very nice clean establishment. With full kithen breakfast menu. Bar closes too early for a weekend, in my opinion. Not sure if that's a local restriction, but 9pm is… well I'll let you be the judge.

Very nice hotel and a nice, quiet restaurant area. I visit the restaurant often because the hotel is close in proximity to my home and am never disappointed. My only complaint is for whomever is in charge of the bar as they are always low or out of the alcohol that I happen to get. It's been almost a month now, but hey, at least they're never short when it comes to customer service, quality accomodations, and great food.

We were in DC Thurs-Sun on a busy weekend. We had a special request that the AGM, Brittany took care of prior to our arrival. She even greeted us by name, when we checked in. Kimberly did an awesome getting us situated, we had 3 rooms and she made sure my mom and auntie (both seniors) were very comfortable. Terry, also at the front desk, assisted Kimberly to get us situated. It was wonderful to experience the teamwork, and genuine hospitality. I had to work and Ron assisted me with my business needs very quickly and efficiently. As Diamond members, we have been to several Hilton properties and we were very impressed with the attentive front desk staff, and well kept property. Kimberly even greeted us by name throughout our stay. Cannot say enough about Kim, Terry, Ron and Brittany. The Kitchen staff was very courteous and eager to please as well, they worked very hard, and the food was delicious. Great stay, happy guests! Thanks to all of the staff at Woodbridge.

The hotel is new and clean with friendly staff. The bed is comfortable. It is a no frills hotel that provides a good value. There is no real business center, only a printer in the hallway. I appreciated the ample free parking and Wi-Fi included in the room rate.

Loyal Hilton customer. Hilton Garden Inns are always consistent… clean… great service… nice sized rooms… good water pressure. And I get my free water bottles when I check in. :-)

Hotel is conviently located off of the highway and across the street from the new Potomac Mills Mall which has an exceptional variety of not only stores but great restaurants as well. Hotel is newer and very clean-their room service and cleaning team do a phenomenal job and deserve more than just recognition! Rooms are extremely clean with plenty of space and include a microwave, mini fridge and keurig which is a definite plus. Staff is friendly and all facilities inside the hotel were spacious, updated and clean. Restaurant and bar located on first floor are extremely beneficial and offer a great menu. Will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in the area!

At first I thought I wouldn't find it, partly my GPS. I did and I thought it off the main stuff sort of. However, I was worn out from my day. Everyone was super nice and friendly. After getting in my room, then I came to see that yes this was a very good choice to stay at. No extra traffic noises. Got a list from the front desk for places to eat at, and it also listed some of the shopping. Breakfast was at the hotel. Well say this book with breakfast it's very much worth it. Had a range of hot and cold food's it was the best of any hotel breakfast I had in a few year's. Let's put it this way, last one that good I was in Italy no joke. For it to come as part of your room when you book. I took it to save time, and now I was really impressed with them. You don't have to book breakfast, you could pay for it but it's cost would be double if you do. I would be staying there more if needed. Also pool was good to for relaxing.

Super clean and new. Staff was a kind but a little rude when we inquired about why the bar was closing so early on NYE. Room was spotless. Location is great 6-7 dollar Uber to the mall and restaurants.

Greeting staff were pleasant and professional. Room was immaculate, and given the cold weather, unique HVAC control was a godsend. Bar adapted their hours to entertain on New Years, and breakfast in the morning was speedy and delicious. Would gladly stay here again.

Very clean hotel, great staff, rooms are well taken care of and the beds are comfortable. I was here twice this year for a race and they had a small breakfast of bagels and fruit out as we left early for the run. Something you do not usually see at other places.

Very good place. Refrigerator and microwave in the rooms. Good gym. Excellent breakfast buffet. Can't wait until next year to return!

This is a wonderful hotel, clean, and beautiful hotel. They have very good food, as well as excellent and professional staff. I've come back several times.

Standard chain hotel. Breakfast is expensive for what you get. Showers only have two settings: scalding and ice water.

One of the nicest, newest HGIs I have stayed at. Everything appears to be clean and functioning. The staff is very friendly. Bed is comfortable but I wish they gave you firmer pillows from the start. Only been here one night of a week so far, will update if anything changes.

I absolutely love the Hilton Garden In — Woodbridge. Everything from the staff to the rooms has been phoneminal every single visit. Always clean and comfy rooms with a spacious bathroom and standing shower. The gym is also nice and offers a good variety. It's location right by the Potomac Mills can't be beat either, lots of options for restaurants and shopping!

Very nice hotel! It was conveniently located near the Interstate 95 ramp making finding it and continuing our trip that much easier. Not to mention the restaurants and shops that were within walking distance… perfect!

Biker group here for 2 nights. Partying non stop and Hotel allowed it. Comped free breakfast for 2 nights of no sleep. Had some issues with air conditioner and refrigerator which were promptly taken care of. Rooms nice. Housekeeping great Delicious food!

Never had a chance to stay at the hotel. My rating is strictly based on the lack of customer service and follow through with the Sales Team. I have been trying to set up a room block for traveling family members. I was promised I would receive a call back by B. Smith on May 31st. Never received a call back so I followed up a week later on June 7 and Lisa advised that Ms. Smith has been out of the office. She did not say it, but I felt like she may have been ill and she promised me she would get information to me that evening. She did so by having E. Vargas provide the details I needed and some questions. I responded to the questions on June 8 and sent a gentle reminder on June 13 in case she did not receive the first reply since it was sent from my phone. On June 14, I called Lisa again to be told she was in a meeting, but would receive a call me back. It has been 24 hours later and not call back or response to my two emails. My family will be staying at other locations that have been most accommodating with information.

Friendly and helpful staff. They took good care of us throughout our business event and the lunch spread they provided us (deli meats to build our own sandwiches) was actually fantastic. Great breakfast, buffet and kitchen orders were fresh and delicious, and everything was included for $11. Perfect stay except restaurant service was lacking, my bathroom smelled like an E-cigarette from 7-11 and there was an insect on my bathroom floor when I checked in. Despite that, I would come back.

This hotel has been wonderful to stay in. The front desk service is top notch! Always courteous friendly and looking to please. The waitress breakfast helper has been amazing. Attentive, friendly and has learned our beverage choices as we have been here for 15 days due to work over past 5 weeks. The facilities are nice as well as the surrounding area. Rooms are comfortable, bathrooms are clean and organized. Must stay place.

Staff is wonderful. The room is very spacious. There's Breakfast and dinner that you can purchase at a reasonable rate. Coffee hot chocolate and water infused with fruit is available 24 hours a day at no charge. There is a bar that is open till 10 p. M. Very centrally located right off the highway yet far enough away so that you don't hear it we stayed 2 nights and really did enjoy the stay.

Nice and clean. The only negative was the experience at the restaurant for dinner. Service was incredibly slow even though we were one of the only tables there. We had a group of 5 and 2 people got their food quickly and one person ended up waiting probably 20 min longer than everyone else for their food. Hotel is nice and staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff was super nice and the hotel was beautiful. Everything looked new. The only disappointment was that there was not a snack machine on each floor. I was on the top floor and had to go all the way down to the lobby to purchase a snack. Beside that issue everything else was great.

Staff here are "Five Star"! Wonderful experience from the start during checking at the front desk! Great staff from the folks cleaning the rooms, those maintaining the building and without question the folks preparing meals and behind the bar. This just became our go to place while is the area.

The service here was amazing! I got my reservations through a 3rd party, and they did not go through. But they helped me get it all situated and I was ready to go in minutes!

Customer service VERY poor! I booked this room through Expedia and called the hotel to advise that I needed to cancel the last night as I didn't need hotel accommodations for that evening. The representative advised that it would be ok to cancel and my credit card would not be charged. I called today and spoke to Ron who was VERY rude and told me that I can't cancel the reservation through Hilton Garden, that I needed to contact Expedia. The staff never advised me of this when I initially called to cancel. I am a claims rep and I know how to exert proper customer service. I was very displeased with the way I was treated by Ron on the phone today. Ron also advised he is a lead representative at your hotel. I am certain this is not the proper way Ron should have handled the phone call.

Food was amazing, chef was 5 stars! Wait staff is terrible. Understaffed, unorganized and poorly managed.

Well, I went to the Hilton to attend my church. But, the building and the service of the people working at this Hilton were Good.

This place absolutely blew me away. You have to understand that for $108 for a Jr Suite for my family of 4 I wasn't looking for a vacation stay. I needed a safe, clean spot on the road for all of us to lay our heads. What we got was an absolute joy. They have a restaurant and bar, so we were able to just order some light fare and a couple drinks to help unwind us at the end of a long rainy day of driving. The suite was clean and nice (definitely a NEWLY built hotel) and spacious enough that we didn't feel the need to move things around to fit. In the morning, the breakfast, which came with our rate was far superior to the free breakfasts we're accustomed to on this trip in years past at the Hampton Inn. Anything made to order in addition to a buffet. The swimming pool was on the small side but for our 4 1/2 year old it was just right. The work out facility was not used by this family (at least not this trip) but looked bigger than most. The topper to this entire review is that when we got home we discovered that our baby's new Christmas toy was left behind in the room. When we called the hotel, they found the toy and are shipping it to us free of charge. We will definitely be staying here for our trips south.

Horrible experience. As in the previous response, Megan has yet to call me back or respond to emails. Found a cheaper price after I reserved it and when I called they said they couldn't honor this. Called corporate and they took complete care of me. When we checked in, we were early. Told our room would be ready in 2 hours and when we came back, still not ready. Will never stay here again!

My reservation process was fine, the person was polite and friendly. My check-in process again was fine, staff was welcoming and attentive. I did however receive a charge for two nights and breakfast instead of one night and I did not have breakfast. I made my first initial call a week ago and spoke with the assistant general manager "Megan", who explained they would have this all taken care of but first would need to complete a lock analysis to ensure I did not enter the room the following day. I checked-out in the morning returning both keys and left town so this would not be possible. I also received a phone call from the front desk after check-out letting me know I had left some flowers in my room and would I be back to pick them up. Obviously they knew I had checked-out and were already cleaning my room. I never heard back about this "lock analysis" and have since called back twice. The first time I was told Megan was not in but they would leave a note for her to call me first thing the following morning. Not hearing from her I called again two days later and was told she was in her office and they would transfer me, of course no one answers the call. I leave a voicemail asking for a call back and now two days later STILL have not heard back. I work in customer service and this is by far some of the worst I've experienced. This went from an easy enjoyable experience to a terrible one all due to Megan the assistant general manager.

4 am check-in, room 225, open door and little German cockroach goes running across the floor. Go down stairs in the AM and breakfast is $10.95 per adult… why am I staying here, again?. There are many places in northern VA. Try another. Might I suggest, Premier Termite and pest control. Most effective pest management company in northern VA, and MD.
