Exellent room at a great affordable Price. Manager was extremely kind as well.

Horrible hotel. The lady at the front desk was very nice but the rooms were horrible. My first room the sheets and blankets had holes in them, no a/c, and it looked like a camera on the tv. The second room also had holes in the sheets plus begbugs. The manager ran up to my car to accuse me of stealing towels when I was only in each room long enough. This is the worse hotel.

Not the best place to stay. Price a bit high. Phone didn't work. Front desk personnel very pleasant and helpful.

Working in housekeeping myself at Great Wolf Lodge, I know what clean is. Whomever does the cleaning, could definitely do a better job. The laundry department should be ashamed of themselves. Being that at Great Wolf we only use a certain type of cloth to do all out cleaning. But for an example my prior housekeeping job at courtyard Marriott, the towels that Economy has for their guest, we would put them aside and use them for rags! The management department should be embarrassed with the establishment considering the bedbugs and look into getting that problem fixed… I.

You're only getting a 1 star from me this is definitely one of the worst hotels I've stayed at in my many years of traveling ask for a non-smoking room of course I get a smoking room. And then on top of that somebody around me is smoking marijuana it is infiltrating into my room and giving me a headache I've asked several times for a different room management said they can't smell anything and they pretty much said I'm a liar.

Terrible service, couldn't even get an extra blanket, comforters are filthy, smells like piss, refrigerator/microwave is disgusting, wouldn't even let me switch rooms, no Wi-Fi connection but was given a password (? ) But great for price. I guess they say you get what you pay for. Be careful… If I could give it 0 stars I would.

For $50.00 at day I did expect more. The room was not clean property. The sheets, blanket and bedspread all are really bad conditions and was not hot water. I believe I pick the wrong place to stay.

Horrible experience! Rented a room for a week last night. When I got in the room the towels were disgusting and the beds had bed bugs. I demanded my refund of 250 and the guy refused to give it to me! I didn't want to give this place a star at all. But I guess you have to in order to post.

The rooms are out dated carpet needs to be replaced the whole place needs to be updated. I would not recommend staying here.

Stay 3days over the weekend no problem. Ac worked great and the bed was comfortable.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location. Good place to book when needing a hotel plus the prices are great.

Would never stay here again. Asked for non smoking, room smelled of smoke, pillows were stained, sheets on inside out, mold in shower. Wanted to leave, asked for refund staff said no even though I had only been there less than an hour so asked for different room staff said no. Brought the pillow to front desk and asked for one that wasn't disgusting he said he will send housekeeping up to my room but never did. The staff and the hotel deserve zero stars. Very rude and disrespectful. Also pool was covered/closed.

Enjoyed a Saturday night stay here during Memorial Day weekend, and was satisfied with the tidy room and neat bathroom. Grabbed breakfast from the IHOP down the street. This was a great value stay for the price.

Nice, clean place to stay. Office 24/hr. A/C takes a minute to kick in rooms. Wifi, cable, walking distance to convenient store.

If I could rate it less I would! Had to stay in this hell hole as a last minute thing. My family and I travled from North Carolina and eneded up booking 6 rooms. The beds were INFESTED with bed bugs! When I told the front desk people they denied it (with out even going to check) said they had recently passed inspection, (something I don't understand, but will be speaking to the health department) and to top it off, WE were blammed for the bed bugs! Seriously the nastiest place EVER! Wish I had read the other reviews before booking the rooms. Never agian!

I work as a police officer for the city of Newport news and we have a lot of drug activity at these hotels.

We stayed in the hotel while moving a friend from VA to PA. We rented 2 rooms. Our friend chose this hotel for us (clearly bc of the cheap rate) I was concerned with the one star rating. Well my worst fear was true! One seemed newer one was defiantly old and creepy. The newer room had staining on the chair and had dust collected various places. The older room was awful no AC and stunk. The sink was plywood. All 4 double beds had stained mattresses. The new room had OK towels the older room had filthy towels! There were loud partyies going on in many rooms. ***** the kicker***** both rooms had adult bed bugs! we were absolutely disgusted! the lobby personel was 100% unconcerned!

Disgusting! Me and my family stayed here for one night only and got a room with bed bugs! We originally got two rooms but one room was just nasty… and we didn't want that one and shared a room that had bed bugs… BEWARE DON'T STAY HERE!

This motel is a total disgust, bed sheets and linen of bed old and dirty, smelly carpet, dirty bathroom and thick bath. The room we were given was supposedly for non smoking room, but smelled of smoke and burnt sheets of cigarette. I felt like in one of those films in which the protagonist is located in one of those motels of horror… door Viewer spotted red paint, a total nightmare, not recommended to anyone at all.

This place was horrible. I'm in the military and my fiancé came to visit me and she stayed in this hotel. It smelled really bad and the owner was extremely rude to me and my fiancé and even razed his voice at her. I highly advise any one planning on staying here to reconsider.
