Excellent customer service! Great roo. S and first class facility.

I want to thank Fairfield Inn and Suites for an amazing and accommodating stay at their midvale location. After being declined 1 air bnb and having another never reply to us because my service dog we were extremely frustrated and nearly just said never mind to our trip. Booking with them was easy and they didn't bat an eye at the mention of my service dog. All their staff was kind and friendly, always sure we had what we needed. The hotel was quiet and clean. Breakfasts were amazing. We had an awesome stay and will be staying again.

Poorly managed. Pool was closed for no apparent reason. Room got cleaned once without asking.

Wonderful Hosts and their attention to detail made the Evening's Reunion.

Attended a one-day work event and everything was great. We didn't have much staff interaction, but they seemed very attentive and the hotel was in great shape. Probably a necessity since they're right across from a Marriott office. They helped the event organizers set up for a caterer to come in a put aside loads of space from us. This was a great help. All in all perfect for what we needed.

All King Bed rooms have a large walk in shower. The TV was extra large for your typical hotel. I watched a Tennis Tournament on it and it was awesome.

On Friday after checking in we wanted to iron out clothes for the party that we came to UT to attend. We plugged in iron at abt 3:30 pm. The iron wouldn't work. We called the front desk. They said they'd send up another iron. They forgot. After 40 mins we called again. They finally sent up an iron. It too wouldn't work. We called again. They sent up the first iron saying it now worked. It didn't. By then it was late we had to get dressed in our wrinkled clothes to go to the party. We took the iron to front desk on our way out. They tried it at desk, found it didn't work. We were not happy at all at the party in our clothes as they looked. The hotel needs irons that work!

Nice place to stay, the breakfast was good, rooms were clean but front desk was not friendly at all and 20 minutes after I checked in I called and asked if we could get a rollaway bed, there was none available. Ok that’s fine so I asked for 2 extra blankets and a pillow, they never came. We used our blankets from the bed to make my son a bed on the floor while we slept with a sheet. Kinda annoying but other than that, it would of been a nice stay.

Nice hotel and staff was courteous. The occupancy was high and still had decent service. Beds are decent-room waa clean. The hotel is located next to several food options with in relatively close walking distance. There is also a grocery store close. Breakfast was good with several selections and was stocked throughout my experience. The Workout room is better than the typical fairfield inns. Rates were also good all things considered.

This place is so clean and nice. I am here for a two day stay while my house is under construction and I don’t want to leave. Friendly staff, clean room, and quiet. I appreciate quiet. Recommend to anyone.

Great hotel. Location close to freeways and central to various places for travel, including Park City. The staff is friendly and helpful. Mountain views through all windows. Water/coffee/tea available throughout the day/night. Free breakfast includes a good variety of foods including many healthy options. I enjoyed fresh strawberries each morning. Overall, a nice place to stay.

We love staying at this hotel when we go to the Salt Lake area. Its clean, has a fun pool, and the breakfast is great. The only hotel I like more in the valley in this price range is the U of U Marriot.

A new hotel, only about a year old, so everything still looks new; 3 stories high. Room was clean and fresh with comtemporary decor. Felt is was reasonably priced, about $99 for room with 2 queen beds. Breakfast was good and had large variety of hot and cold from which to choose, ans plenty of seating in carpeted, comfortable room with TV for morning news. Close to other businesses if you want to eat or get groceries. If you have a family who likes to swim, the pool is a little small but the size and nice hot temperature of the hot tub make up for that. Staff very helpful and attentive.

Located within walking distance of a WinCo and several restaurants, the room had a king size bed, nice bathroom with a large shower and a small closet. Also included were an internet TV and a small desk. The breakfast was nice but the coffee was awful.

Nice place to stay. Off the freeway just far enough to seem quieter, which is nice. Close enough for easy access. Great breakfast. I did forget something and called a day and a half later and they did not have it.

Nice new hotel. Good breakfast and comfortable rooms. Room had a mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. Clean room and the bed was comfortable.

Definitely designed with the business professional in mind, but was still a great place to stay as a family of five. Rooms were clean and functional. Every staff member we dealt with was top notch as well. Only downside was the pool. It is really small,. It exactly what you would expect at a hotel in the middle of a business park.

Our stay was awesome. Pool was perfect temperature. Pillows were really soft. And breakfast was delicious. Plus it was right by nearly every fast food place.

This group has been extremely helpful our entire stay. Assisting us with shuttle rides, additional supplies for the room when we need it, and overall very pleasant. The rooms themselves are excellent as well. Netflix-capable TV with automatic sign out up checking out. Awesome!

It was a great place to stay. They have a pool thats fairly small and a gym that's also fairly small but the rooms look great and the beds are comfortable. Service was great, I would definitely stay again.

Nice clean room. Reasonable price. Nice Bathroom. Pool is a tad small and looking forward to the day Marriott changes their complimentary shampoo to something that doesn't wreck my hair. Otherwise — no dissapointments.

4th floor, great view of the mountains, comfy beds. Very friendly staff.

My room is great — — nice bed, TV, small desk area, built-in closet, LOTS of outlets for my electronic devices, microwave, small fridge… But the bathroom is incredible. Love the space, new glass roomy shower, bright lights, etc. Only knock is that I had some… *Ahem* Noisy… Neighbors and it turns out that the walls weren't as thick as I would have liked. (It's not like they could do anything about that, and I don't think this is a common problem as I've stayed in Marriott hotels before. ) Breakfast is a normal Marriot breakfast with omelettes and waffles, Greek yogurt, multiple juices, cereal, breads and bagels. They had pre-made to-go breakfast bags as well. Gym looked great but didn't have time to use the facility. Location is off the freeway, away from the noise of the interstate. Ample parking.

Checked in and spoke to Erin. She was super helpful. The first room they gave me did not quite work so she changed it with a great attitude. To my surprise, she was still there in the morning with the same great attitude and helpfulness. I grabbed my breakfast to go and was off to my meeting. Great experience. Great staff. Very happy with the room (newer, clean, cozy, quiet). Will stay here for sure next time I'm in the area.

This hotel is amazing. Perfect location, not too big, and great for special occasions. We had a surprise birthday party for my 17 year old in the meeting rooms and it was perfect. They had a blast and the staff took great care of us. The pool was awesome and breakfast in the morning was the perfect ending. If you're looking for a great place to stay or even just a great even space this is the hotel for you!
