We always love staying here when we fish Strawberry! In addition to great pillows, comfy beds and nice rooms, exceptional customer service, helpful and willing to research area destinations and I was particularly impressed with the healthcare worker discount.

Great place friendly, nic pool and jacuzzi.

I will always stay at this hotel when I come to Park City for snowboard vacations. Very fair prices, nice parking, close to many food places, and driving distance to Park City and Soldier Hollow (top spots). Bigger rooms and way less expensive than Park City hotels are. Quality breakfast too. Keep it up, I’ll be back!

Beds are horrible very hard and lumpy. Couldn't sleep decided to make the drive all night instead. Waste of money will not return.

We stayed one night here passing through. The room was very special and clean. They were also nice and neat. Shower was warm and powerful. The front desk help was sufficient, not particularly friendly, but not rude either. Free hot and cold breakfast that was great. Overall, I definitely can recommend this hotel.

One of the best breakfasts I've had at a hotel. Room was very clean and roomy, not too crowded. Location was close to the center of town, to is made it easy to get places. Pool was fun, hot tube was very nice. I would definitely go again. The renovation will be very nice when it's finished.

Front desk staff was extremely unprofessional and lackadaisical. I checked in at 1am and they were snacking and talking about their personal lives, it took them a few minuyes to even realize I was standing there. Then there was no offer of assistance, just blank looks as they stared at me try to get my luggage cart inside with my newborn. Isn’t it just common courtesy to try to assist someone? The room wasn’t the cleanest either. I’d also like to add I’m not the type to leave reviews.

Hotel is under renovations and still charging full price for rooms. The laundry room was out of order, there was only 1 ice machine working, and the. The pool "the only reason we kept our reservation" was closed for 4 hours the morning we were to leave, but they did give us an extra hour to check out. WTH? I do have to say they did make it right after multiple conversations. I hope the renovations are great.

The front desk staff was friendly and more than willing to make our stay the best. The room was big and comfortable beds. The roll away crib was clean and nice for our baby. Breakfast was hot and kept up. Plenty of options. The pool area was clean and nice.

Very poor customer service. Room was not ready at check in. Then they charged the wrong card (was there for a work conference — they were supposed to charge the business card, but I was required to give my personal card as well in case of incidentals). I told them when checking in which card the room should be charged to. The day after the conference, I noticed the charge pending on my personal card, so I called them, they said they would fix it. They didn’t. I called again today, and was told, “I reversed the charges the first time you called, your bank must have messed up. ” Then just hung up without even saying goodbye. HORRIBLE customer service! The same thing happened to 2 other colleagues. Now I have to file a dispute through my bank. This work conference takes place every year in June. We will never be giving them our business again.

Stayed here for our anniversary, loved the jetted tub. The staff sprinkled our room with paper flower pettles and a welcome happy anniversary paper. Loved it, would totally stay again.

We had 229: 2 queen bed room, good size, nice bathrooms. You know it's a bit outdated, but we'll maintained. Good experience overall.

Everyone was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Only problem was a 6am wake up call we didn't ask for.

The rooms were large and clean. Bed wasn't overly comfortable, but I can be picky. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was simple, but good.

Traveling with two other adults so we decided to split a room, they made a resevation a week in advanced and made sure it was for two queens. We checked in at 10pm and they give us our keys and room number, walk up the stairs to find out the keys don't work, got them re swiped and tried again after a couple tries of still not working a sweet old lady opened the door terrified because she woke up to someone trying to open her door. We went back down stairs to tell the front desk there is someone already in that room. They say there is only one room left in the entire hotel is one with 1 king, no sofa bed, and no rollaway beds available. Awesome so one of us had to sleep on the floor. After becoming super irritated decided to take a shower to calm down only to find out there is no hot water. Very disappointed in this Holiday Inn.

Under the process of renovations, with signs up saying it won't effect the stay, but oh boy… did it ever effect our stay. Let's just start with no hot water. As in, I'm paying over a $100 a night to take cold showers. Wanted an extra blanket, and front desk has none. Pool was being cleaned for the first 2 hours we were here. Got locked out because there's no working key pad on the pool side, so I had to jump a fence to get to a door that had a working door. Watched a couple have plans change and because they didn't notify the front desk by 2pm, they got charged for a night, they didn't stay, because no one was available to clean their room, even though there was 4 people at the front desk. Real bummer!

No longer Heber City's only large hotel, this Holiday Inn still has much to offer. Good breakfast, large rooms, an inviting lobby, and a friendly staff who go the extra mile to make sure the guests have nothing to worry about during their stays.

Should of stayed at the New Best Western across the street! The room was dirty, the heater did not work properly, Coffee maker in room was broken and the window would Not close all the way. Not to mention the boy working on Friday night treated me we very little respect. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! and may never visit another holiday inn express after this experience.

The stay was great the room was very clean. I had my pet with us and the room had no smells and they don’t mask the room smell with Fabeeze. Thanks had a great time!

Amazing hotel! Has the king rooms with the spa tub and fireplace! :) stay here often, and a great town to visit for a quick weekend get away!

Great location. Fun room! The office was good. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and made it hard to sleep.

During my last vacation I was at the Holiday Inn Express Heber City. The hotel is close to the airport and has a cool pool.

When I checked in the check-in paperwork said that the rate was $88.20 per night so I thought I was getting a good deal they went and changed it without letting me know until I checked out when I got the receipt which was $137.20 per night. So I asked the front desk person and they said that they would change it but couldn't do anything until the manager got there. So I drove home and then I checked my account and the rate still didn't change, so I called and got the manager and he said that there was an error and the piece of paper that I signed while checking in didn't mean nothing, and they would not change the rate back to the original price to what I agreed to. He was also very rude and didn't care he was just worried about his money and not the customer, so I would not recommend staying here because you can't rely on them to keep to there word.

I loved staying! The hot water never ran out. And the breakfast was awesome. And the pancake machine? Delicious. The only problem is the Air conditioning can't go below 60°F. Could you fix this please? Thanks for the stay!

Rooms were clean and breakfast was fine. Staff was friendly, but the beds were not very comfortable and the rooms show wear and age. The pool and hot tub were in dire need of cleaning.

I had issues with the suite that I rented and discussed them with the manager. She apologized and immediately resolved the problem to my total satisfaction. It turned out to be a very pleasant stay.

Nothing out of the ordinary. Just a room with bed. But the breakfast was great even lo carb choices. I liked that.

Clean and sorta updated. An older hotel that's had some updates but shows its age. Pet Friendly and put us on the 3rd floor in a room we did not request (asked for king with sofa and got 2 queens). The bed was horrible. This is the second HIE that has given us sub-par beds and I'm wondering if it's because it's asked pet room or of its how asked their beds were… I felt every spring in my back, but it at least wasn't too creaky when moving. The beds are on Hollywood frames and therefore open underneath and obviously not cleaned under because my pet brought me a little "treat" from under there. I can't say I'd stay here again, a good night's sleep when on the road is important and not only did I not get a good night's sleep due to the bed, my bad is now killing me. Not what I've come to expect from HIE.

Horrible managment… they billed me twice for the same stay. I have called several times in the past 2 months. The manager is conveniently never there. They take my name and number down and do not call back. I drove 1.5 hours, back to the hotel last week to try and reconcile the issue. The manager was conveniently not there and never returned my call. I called again a week later and have heard nothing. Do not waste your money on this terribly managed facility!

Other than by you Jean C, I have been entirely ignored and forgotten. At this point, it is beyond obvious that nobody has the intent to make things right with me! I stayed there as a Utah State employee on business and was only compensated, as I expected, for approx. $85 of the approx $180 charge. The rest I willingly paid for out of my own pocket and this was because I have been recovering from Cancer and treatments thereof. I was arriving at this room after a 5-1/2 drive with a very sore and abused body. All that I could think about during this entire trip was how this relaxing experience would get me through the night and make my trip back home a bit more tolerable. Well, you know the rest. The customer service during the incident was a sham. Was told the maintenance person would be up to my room to fix it. Never happened. Absolutely nobody cared, to this date it seems to still be the case. It is not only saddening and rude, it is inhumane! This world we live in is hard and the lack of concern that some people have is positively disgusting! Not too bad of a location! The front staff was friendly and accommodating. Just stayed on a quick night and it wasn't extremely expensive, but it was worth the price in my opinion for the quality of the room. My only complaint was probably the size of tbe parking lot. Had a good size jacuzzi bath tub in the room (stayed in a room with a king) and that was nice to have. Super easy to find, good location. Would stay here again.

My room was clean, but other parts of the hotel didn't smell so clean. The fitness room was a little small. The water cooler in the fitness center didn't work. Some functions of the treadmill didn't work. Overall the hotel was fine. The rooms are large and the lighting was better than most hotel rooms.

Good breakfast, nice pool, big room, friendly accommodating staff. Great stay.

Unfortunately the outside is deceiving. The inside is abused and run down. The employees were very polite and helpful but the building and amenities need some upkeep. Beds were uncomfortable and need to be replaced. Don't get me wrong the place was clean but heavily used which detracted from the experience.

Clean and quiet. Staff was helpful and nice. If I come this way again I will stay here.

Lovely hotel. Not in the busy-ness of park city. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Not the fanciest of hotels, some aspects need updating but can be overlooked. Wonderful breakfast for the price you pay.

Staff were friendly, rooms nice, breakfast great. The overall furnishings (i. E. Carpets, upholstery on chairs, etc) are in need of an update, but the beds are great and we have always had a nice stay at this hotel.

Two night min? $300+ two nights for the 2 star hotel room? We brought a softball team out to spend money in your city and you can't rent a room for one night. That is so wrong on so many levels. We have into the two night min and paid. Then ask to rent a suite on top of that but for one night for it and was turned away? POOR service.

The gentleman working the nights I believe his name is Bryce. Very rude kicked a group of 10 kids all 10 and under we were there had two rooms celebrating a 7 yr old birthday. Not the first time we have stayed there but this will be the last time due to the gentleman working handled it very unprofessional.

The room was loud. I could hear people showering toilets flushing. Plus the next day at 6:15 am. The fire alarm went off. Had to sleep with bathroom fan on to drown out all the noises. Not happy with my experience. Plus breakfast not even worth my time. Pancake machine didn't work and eggs tasted like card board. Total waist of time.

Editing my review to 1 star, down from 3. I initially said that the staff were nice and the room was comfortable, but I gave 3 stars because the hallway to my room smelled like cat urine (the smell was gone by the second day). I know that reviews are powerful, so I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. However, I later found the front desk staff to be incredibly unhelpful and inconsiderate. I am a religious Jew, and my stay at the hotel went over the Sabbath, my day of rest. During this time I am unable to use electronics, including the key card to my room. I explained the situation to the front desk ahead of time and asked them if they would please help me access my room during this time (I would really only need an escort once during my stay). I was told that it was against their policy to escort guests to their rooms. I was a little taken aback since I have never had a problem getting an escort on the Sabbath from any other hotel I have stayed at, so I politely asked if I could speak to the manager. The front desk lady said she would ask her. I returned later in the day and spoke to a woman named Misty at the front desk. I explained my situation again and asked if she had heard from the manager. She said yes, and said that the manager restated the policy not to escort guests because of a safety issue for the female staff. I asked if there were any male staff who could help me, and she said no.

The walls are paper thin. I could hear everything; the TV in the next room, the dogs barking in the next room, people talking in the hall, water running in the room above me. It kept me up all night. Then I got a wake up call at 7:45am, which I did not order! The rooms are big, but it wasn't comfortable or relaxing at all.

The lady who works nights is horribly rude. The night we were there last week, she was put out that we asked about doing laundry because so many people had already asked her about it that day. She acted like it was an imposition for us to be checking in. She also double-charged our card when we had already booked on Orbitz. They have still not credited our card back and, when we called to ask her about it, she said to call back when the manager was in on Monday. She practically hung up on my husband when he asked her to leave a message for the manager and instead put him on hold. She should NOT be working with the public; obviously, she can't handle it. The lady doing breakfast was super nice and should be training the night lady on how to do customer service.

I enjoyed the stay, the room was large and clean. The hotel isn't brand new but I thought it was nice enough. The staff was nice. My shower made a whistle noise until I adjusted it and I had to turn on the heat for a second to get the ac to turn on, but all in all the room was very nice and the breakfast was nice and I really enjoyed my stay.

For the most part the room was nice spacious and comfy. However my morning shower was short as the hot water ran out, making washing my super long thick hair difficult. Breakfast was decent except the watered down juices. There needs to be more plus over by the night stand. I did some rearranging so I could plug in my cpap and my phone next to the bed.

Not my favorite holiday inn express. Shower was kind of weird and both hot tub and pool were out of order : (

Great clean hotel. Western country look. Spacious rooms.

We were diving at Homestead Crater. This hotel is 10-15 minutes away. Our room was large and nice. The high-flow shower head provided a shower that was better than most. The hotel's location makes it super easy to find, and it's very close to Wal-Mart, which helps when you inevitably discover that you need something. I'd have given 5 stars if the price had been better; I wasn't super happy when I found out that it would have cost $20 less per night to stay at Homestead Resort.

Great people there. I had some health problem yesterday. They came out to help me in the parking lot. I ended up at the hospital. They checked us in, took our things to our room. When we got back they didn't charge us for our room and brought me some gifts. This morning they gave us a late check out. The room was very nice, and we love the hot tub by the bed.

I was very surprised that this was a holiday Inn express. It look very run down and old for a Holiday Inn express. My first room that I was given 318 smelled like a smoker had left and it was perfumed over with air deodorizer. The next rom I was given was ok, clean and on the 2nd floor but I could hear the person above me stopping all night. I'm not impressed at all. No plugs on the night stand. It needs new carpets in the halls and lobbies. I could hear the road traffic. 3 stars is being generous. It's OK but not for rhe price.

Absolute worst hotel! You can hear all the rooms around you. Terrible shower. No microwave in the room. Terrible front desk lady. And the main road is right outside the hotel and once again you can hear all the traffic. Would never stay in this hotel again!

Nice enough hotel, clean and maintained, but DO NOT allow them to put you in room 124 unless you are deaf. There are jetted tubs on the second floor and when in use they sound like a monster truck or industrial turbine is operating in your bedroom. The clerk did admit that this is an known issue but apparently they were hoping we wouldn't mind. They switched us to a new room quickly but that's not fun doing so at 11PM. They should have just put us in the other room to begin with.

This hotel treated my family so well I love this hotel.

We had stayed with this company and a few years back and this year we had just found out that the company had charged us $206.00 for nothing at all. Now they wont answer my calls and wont help me find out to why I was billed that amount on a card that had nothing at all on it at the time being. Very rude and poor customer service here. If you want to take the chance and be billed an outrageous amount later on then by all means stay here. I am now taking this company to court because they fail to return any of my calls and I cant ever get a hold of a manager there.
