Deanna and Marly are top notch desk clerks! They definitely care about their customers. I’m staying here again next week for work, but I’d definitely recommend staying here for leisure.

My husband love the Best Western Hotels wherever we travel. The spacious rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The guest service is always on top of our needs. And the guests that the Best Western Hotels attract are so friendly. We would absolutely recommend the Best Western Hotel for a relaxing and fun getaway.

This is a beautiful hotel and conveniently located. I love staying here when I come to visit my sister. She is only 2 blocks away.

Other then having the power outage for 45mins our stay had been great! im enjoying the room and beds! very roomy and comfy! if I ever need to stay in heber again this will be my first pick!

Customer service was great. Rooms were clean. Decor in the lobby is cute. Breakfast could improve slightly but all in all, really nice place!

The service and staff were great. The breakfast offered was also tasty and the options were great. The only issue I had is that there were people's children running all around the hotel causing disturbance to my grandma and fiance.

The room and service was wonderful! The breakfast could rival any dinner. It was that good! We especially loved the 24 hour pool! All of the employees we interacted with were extremely pleasant and helpful! I'd definitely stay there again!

Rooms are huge, clean and almost new. Little noise from the halls and the water system but not big deal. Service is great, swimming pool new, clean and fun 24/7. We love it.

We got the Queen suite. It was fantastic. Very roomie with fridge and bar with stools. Beds were comfortable and AC worked awesome. Pool and hot tub were 24 he which is rare and I love that. I'll be staying there again next year for the Heber Half run for Autism… Perfect distance from the race.

Best Hotel to Stay when your away! I LOVE this hotel, it's so Pristine and Beautiful. I've stayed here for weeks at a time. It's a great place to stay while you're away! It's quiet, relaxing, friendly and one of my favorites. Today is the Grand Opening of the Best Western Plus in Heber, Utah. Come see this AMAZING hotel and mingle. They have food, drinks and FUN!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were very nice and clean. We love the small town of Heber and the feel of the community.

Me and my wife stopped here on our trip across the United States. And out of all of our hotels in some of the biggest cities. This was the best hotel. You couldn’t beat the amenities, from the staffs helpfulness to the immensely large free brexfast. They have elevators to access all levels. The elevators are big enough for wheelchair accessible. They have barbecues outside to use if you want to grill something on the road. They’re located right next to the outdoor fire pit that is running all the time, it is propane so you don’t have to worry about feeding it. The rooms come furnished with everything you need from a stove top with pots and pans and all the utensils for cooking. Coffee mugs and cups silverware plates. When you arrive it is like having your own personal apartment already furnished. This should be a four star hotel, not to mention the 24 hour accessible pool with handicap lift available to use at all times. And a spa, Which both the pool and spa are indoors and it is heatedand appropriately.

Stayed in one of the suites for Spring Break. It was a very nice, clean hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The barn doors are fun (little weird not having locks on bathroom doors though). Full sized fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher (even though we didn’t use them-they were there! ) The breakfast area was well stocked with normal continental breakfast foods — it was a really cute little area. The pool isn’t huge but it is open 24-hours which is pretty cool. Overall a really nice place and would recommend for families staying in the area.

I wish there was more than 5 stars to give because they deserve even more. We have stayed at this hotel a few times now and it has always been a phenomenal experience each time. The hotel and rooms are beautiful and very clean, the staff is so kind, helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast is absolutely amazing! The staff go above and beyond to make sure you have an excellent experience and make you feel very welcome! I highly recommend staying here, you will not regret it!

Wonderful management and staff from the moment we checked in and hours after we checked out. They were very willing to help us out and even after leaving and not noticing we left some personal items in the room, they had them packed up for us, ready to be picked up. Good, honest people. It was a wonderful stay!

New and modern hotel with clean, attractive, well equipped rooms. Beds are comfortable. Free breakfast. Professional, courteous staff. Fast food and state liquor store immediately next door. Some street parking for vehicles with trailers (or semis).

Great stay, kind people, clean well-appointed rooms. Delicious breakfast with more options than other hotels. Cool new automatic pancake maker as well as waffle maker. Great pool with warm water, and some small water falls from the hot tub to the pool. New and clean. Staff kindly even took plates for breakfast, I've never had that exceptional service at any standard hotel.

The stay was Amazing! My Husband and I enjoyed our Stay! They made it very roomy! The staff was always very friendly! Definitely recommend this for anyone that is trying to get away! 24 hour swimming and hot tub was definitely a big hit for us!

I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was great. The staff was cool. My wife had a nice time and you can’t complain about around the clock access to the pool and hot tub.

The Best Western in Heber Utah is the best I have stayed in.
The people are super friendly and helpful and the views here are Amazing, And I am a super early riser and they came outside and lit the outdoor fire pit just for me, and the coffee made my morning that much better.
A cold crisp morning, fire pit and coffee and soon a delicious full breakfast, can't beat BW.
