Owners suck I know I work for them for 3 yrs just so they can treat me new every day.

This is one of the nastiest motels I’ve seen in a while the room was nasty, towels where so bad I bought some. Bleach the bathroom. Should be clean for a few days…

Really pretty much not to happy with this Motel well to get started it used to have a pool and it don't have a pool no more and the people that's running the place is way too controlling their customers. And they are not to courteous to the customer neither. They do not supply good enough towels they are way too thin and small. And the blankets are way too thin to + way too much light comes through the window around the blackout curtains and it is really noisy in the room's it's really hard to sleep. And the Coke machine stays out of order because they have drinks inside the office that don't stay open the whole time and they charge way too much for them it's cheaper just to go to the store around the corner. And for Just 2 weeks staying here it was $620 for a small room what the king size bed and a small TV with very limited cable channels and the Wi-Fi sucks very weak signal if you can ever connect to it with no problems. My suggestion is to go to another motel that's actually worth it because this definitely was not worth no $620 I can rent it apartment for that. But please everybody take my advice shop around before you settle with Great Western motel you would be a lot happier somewhere else I know I would.

Great customer service, and I arrived well after midnight. Everything was so clean, bathrooms were very comfortable. Quiet environment and parking lot too; more importantly, I also felt very safe with the security cameras and the property is surrounded by a high cement wall. No craziness or heavy traffic. Will definitely be going back again!

The room's are nice and always clean and the family that owns the place are always nice and go out of there way to please the guess here. I pray more places would be like this.

The guy who was there is very rude. The hotel across the way was so much better. The guy at this motel caused a fuss about my I. D when I went to budget inn of course more pricier but they had no problem with my I. D my i. D is legal. So Idk what his problem was.

The place wasn't worth 100 dollars a night seemingly all the beds and boxsprings look like they have been there since it opened. The towels, rags, sheets and blankets looked like they had been there since the beginning of the hotel. Won't be going back. On the plus side did have a full refrigerator and microwave if needed.

Great place to stay overnight or a week. Family operated. Park at your door. No worry about thievery of vehicles or trucks.

I would not stay here agian I stayed for a week and I hated it the owners said they did not like kids and the owner would wacth you in the front and he would pop in your room and look thru your stuff. Bed smelled bad and the sheets and pillows had stains and I passed by the washing area they use no detergent on the sheets. The tub and rest room was filthy, I would take my stuff with me because I heard they went in my room and where looking thru my stuff. Be careful when you go outside there’s a lot of junkies. Dont stay here I know I would never want to agian.

This place is nasty and very unprofessional. If I could put negative ratings I would. First room had bed bugs, moved to a different room at 1 am and that room had several roaches. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but were so grossed out we asked to leave and get our $ back and at first were told the owner refuses to give refunds under any circumstances but we would get another new room for the last night. 30 minutes later the owner pounded on the door yelled at my wife saying its check out time you have to leave and promised to give a refund. When I talked to the guy he told me he would give my 110 back but when all was said and done he refused to give me back the $ for the night spent moving our stuff and feeling as though bugs were crawling on us. For everyone reading this review and considering staying here, don't! spend the extra $$ for a better place.

If you love bed bugs. This is bed bug heaven. Don't get me wrong the price is great, some time but that's it. Turned the blanket over and found a big bed bugs crawling underneath. WOW! HOW FILTHY AND Gross… So come and get them, all sizes, they love to go home with you!

Wear socks, cleaning ladies r great, stove/oven not in all rooms but has microwave and big fridge. It's a quiet place for long-term stay and looks nice. The owners are sweet.

Ehh it was ok. A little smelly but maybe that was just my room.

I have stayed at this hotel and have recently got bed bug bites all over my body due to staying at this hotel. Do not recommend to anyone. They are friendly yes but I am now sure that they do not clean the sheets or check if room is really clean. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this place. Cheap yes but sadly THEY HAVE BED BUGS.

They have bed bugs and the owner was playing stupid that they werent bed bugs and he call someone else to prove to me that they werent bed bugs and as soon they look at it the person told him yes that is bed bugs and he told me to leave amd did not want it to refund my money fucking piece of shit but I got my money back.

When I got their the service was good, I went to the room lay down for nap 30 minutes later woke up scratching my back and arms got up and inspected the sheets and found bed bugs I took pics and video when up to the front desk and told the manager and he said there was no way we went back to the room and he started looking and saying that there was no bed bugs and I told him that I had on video and he sayed that the video could of been from somewere else and we finally saw them on the matrees and I told him that they were there and he said that they were no bed bugs and we found more ane more and he said that they were just insects hes started to get angry and that they never had bed bugs and call somebody else and so he can get a second opinion and the the 3rd person came and saw them he confirmed that it was bed bugs and he got more mad and told me to leave the room that I had to leave and he didnt wanna refund me the money and till I call the cops he got scared and gave me my money back.

Never stay at this place! They put us into a room then came and asked us if there was somone elses personal items still in the room we told them no but the room had an awful smell in the bathroom he said his wife cleaned and then asked us to move rooms because it was occupied and the man wanted his room back. So we agreed to change rooms after changing rooms the room smelled cleaner but then when taking the blanket off it had people's hair and the sheets and everything were still dirty. Somones combs were left on the counter then to top it off I went to open the microwave it smelled like death it was full off maggots and flies and bugs and old food that you could tell had been there for some time! We put the microwave outside. When I called and complained I was told everything cant be replaced then they just hung up on me. The next day we left came back I seen the microwave I thought they replaced it. BUT NO THEY "cleaned" the maggot/bug infested microwave and put it back in my room when opening the door on the microwave you were hit in the face with the smell of death! It was disgusting that they would do this to anyone! PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!

The location was great for the area I was visiting. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly.

This place was horrible. Rooms stunk so bad. The staff was unfriendly. The owner was very hateful. The prices of the rooms were outrageous for the quality of the room. There was hair all over the place the bed had blood on the sheets it smelled so bad from cigarettes and dog urine I had to move rooms and the room that I moved to was even worse. This place is horrible, I wouldn't refer to anyone. I ended up sleeping on top of their sheets and covering up with a towel and woke up itching like something was crawling on me. Very disgusting place.

The owners have made renovations. The rooms are clean, fresh paint, new TV's, new beds. The staff is friendly and helpful.

They have bed bugs, and the owner tried to convince us that it was in our heads. Yeah right it was practically crawling on me and also they had roaches in the bathroom. Now to burn our clothes and bleach ourselves disgusting never again. Room 217 …

Great place to stay feels like home the owners are very good sweet and friendly people clean rooms quite place to get rest or to just get away this Great western inn will always be the first call in my hotel choice.

The Husband/wife are very unpleasant and very rude they make there rules up as they go along. They take your money and then its Nothing but Threats from them and when you are living on a fixed income and are disabled with a special needs child they make you walk on Eggs shells the whole stay. People you really are better off looking for another lodging place I really would hate to see anyone go through what my family had to endure! The rooms also have roches and there beds dont fit on the box spring all of the way and we slepted on springs bc we paid as a extended stay for 30 days so it was all the money we had and No other way to get another lodging place bc they DO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY BUT THEY MAKE THREATS TO KICK YOUR FAMILY IN THE STREETS AND TELL YOU THAT IF ANY VISTORS COME THEY WANT YOU OUT. And they say they are christian people of god! yeah I would love to know who there god is and they are in our country and treat us this way. Wow, wow, wow cant wait for the new month bc we will be outta here oh so much hate in there hearts they also go in your rooms when you leave and they do harass you I pray to my god that this month passes fast as it can as well as my special needs child who ask why is the man yelling and screaming at me for nothing at 10pm so if you ever want not to go through this horror pleas heed this review. Very, very unhappy comustor very hurt and angry.

It can be a very nice place but could ue some appliance upgrades and information upgrades. Booked a room about a week before but they didnt have it on file so had some trouble.

Disgusting, nasty and unclean. Piece of the walls were missing, bed bugs. Glad I saw the room before I paid. Rude front desk help also.

Rooms are dirty and nasty paid a weekly rate of $280 and was awakened every morning by the so called owner asking for more money toliet didnt work properly room had roaches ac didnt work properly they refused to switch our room or to give me a receipt upon check in long story short I paid $350 for a 3 night stay and they refused to refund the difference for the week.

Ar 17% interest I ar least expected the phone to at least wirk there was no cord attached and the TV had no channels.

HORRIBLE! The guy that speaks little english is a dick and tells me they do not keep track of the people that stay there. Is rude and just all around nasty! I will make sure no one ever stays there. Terrible people and truly pathetic assholes.

I dont know how it was 5 months ago but these new owners remodeled the whole place. The room was newly painted and carpeted. Clean king size bed and nice fride and microwave. For $55 after tax it was the best in town no doubt.

It was leterally a a clomplete disaster First my wife called around 10:30pm and was told $55 a night… when I arrived to the window around 11pm an old man tells me its going to be 65 + taxes $75 total! So I paid. When inside the room… the ac was not working it was really hot in there and my 1 year old son wasnt able to sleep I go to the office and the same guy tells me that all the rooms are the same and the the ac was good that it was me and my on and my family the ones with Hot blood and laughing at the same time wich made me mad. After a whole hour he decides to sitch my room to a one where the bathroom was a mess. By this it was already almost 3am All I wanted to do is be able to sleep so I decided not to go back to the office. worst place ever believe me am not lying.

Rooms are nice and clean. Beds are big and comfortable. They also have upgrades which I might check out this week. The staff is very nice. People here are friendly. I aint complaining im sleeping on a memory foam matress.

I had a horrible experience at this hotel. The only good thing about my experience is that it was there when I needed it 3:30am new years morning. When I arrived, the clerk told me it was $53 not $45. I paid him for one night. I go into the room, the TV doesn't work, there is no Wi-Fi as they advertised, the heater kept turning off even though the room was cold, they had no clothes hangers to hang your clothes. I go back to the front office just before check out time and paid for an extra night. A half an hour later, a woman wearing a hijab knocks on my door to clean. Then she barges in. I tell her I just paid for an additional night. I call the front the desk to report this, and the clerk starts to laugh. I tell him it's not funny and he began to yell at me telling me not to be mad, I hung up on him. This is a classic case of "you get what you pay for. " Next time, I'm going to search more careful pay more if I have to. With as run down as this hotel is and the inferior service it offers, I cannot cannot understand how they stay in business!

I had the WORST experience ever here! I got to my room and it was dirty, had a smashed roach on the wall, and had bed bugs. When I went to ask the management to change me to another room they rude and said that I was lying before even going to inspect the room. He told me I could not get another room and refused to give me a refund. Finally I convinced him to go look at the room for himself after 10 minutes of arguing with him, and after showing him the room and showing him the smashed bug on the wall, he still insisted there were no bed bugs but did not even inspect the bed, after 30 minutes of going back and forth with the store he owner he finally gave me a new room. Got to the new room and the a/c did not even work, but I was so mad, tired, and frustrated and didn't have enough money to go to another hotel, I just dealt with it. I will never EVER go there again!

There's a building that belongs to the hotel that's abandoned. In the same parking lot. With no doors. Curtains used as Windows! And over 20 used dirty toilets in the middle of the parking lot. the staff are very rude and unprofessional! They'll come knocking at all hours and call ur room at 2 am and so forth. They won't leave u alone! This whole place is disgusting! Please stay away from here! The worst hotel I have been to in my whole life! You'll leave scratching. Never going there again.

This place is HORRIBLE not so much from the inside but the out side is run down and the management and "house keeping" is THE WORST. Online said $45 I called to check what the price was the manager said $50 I arrive and he tells me it's $60 a night so I said never mind ill book online then he tells me "No online booking is full" No one was in this hotel except the ones who live here there was NO WAY online booking could ever be full here! Then I told him on the phone he told me $50 then with more attitude he tells me no $55 so stressed with the bus drive from being out of town I tell him whatever and pay my 3 nights. My son (a 1yr old) and me get to the room and its not to bad but the toilet is REALLY hard to flush the bath tub took a while for the water to go down bed wasn't too bad BUT house keeping NEVER came we checked in Friday and checked out monday NOT ONCE DID THEY COME ONLY WHEN THEY WENT THROUGH OUR STUFF WHILE WE WERE GONE and management did not care because his mom is the house keeper! THIS HOTEL STAFF IS HORRIBLE DO NOT STAY HERE! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING AND TREAT YOU LIKE $H! T DO NOT STAY HERE.

Awful. Getto. My TV was broke. The front desk kept my id. I saw a maid go to the room next door where soneone had just left didn't change sheets just made the bed. It smelt like mold mildew n every drug imaginable. It feel like I was in a room felled with hepatitis.

Make sure u show them the 45$ price theyll charge you 65$ if you dont. U get what you pay for.

This is the worst place I've been to. People are fighting, literally fighting, everyday outside. People bang on our door for rent. We found 2 used condoms behind the microwave. There was also trash still in the room from the people before, so they obviously don't clean very well, if they clean at all. And the management is so terrible. They come bang on your door all the time and if you don't answer then you get kicked out. I just all around hate it here.

This motel is HORRIBLE. When we got into our room it reeked of rotten milk and dead fish. I payed for a week and the next morning they were banging on my door yelling time to pay rent. The mattresses are DISGUSTING they are all older than 10 years. There is constantly drug deals and prostitution happening. The employees are very rude and inconsiderate.
