No maid service, Change rates on room based on skin color No dumpster you must walk across to other business to dump your own trash Manger may be owner lady hit friends car (the one who ownes mini van) (didn't want report made, so they band friend from hotel the victim) Rooms are dirty No ice machine One towel per family No visitors allowed at all (in less you spot them $20.00) One hour prostitution rooms they promote as well.

Rude management and rooms are not so clean.

Excellent service and facilities in excellent condition.

Stayed for 3 weeks, very rude, ciggarette holes in sheets, tried to tell them not to come to room because baby is asleep would not listen would kept coming and waking the baby, had to remind them 5 times and threatning to leave and had to hand write a note on door for them to stop.

Worst service ever. I got there at 11, I came from out of the state so have no where to go. I tried to check in early and they told me it would be $40 extra for checking in before 3. So I opted to wait until 3 to check in but as I head to the lobby to sit down, the lady asks me what do I plan on doing until 3? I told here I was going to wait there at tne lobby and and she told me that was going to be a long time and it was not possible, that if I wanted to wait there I will have to pay as if I was checking in early… I did not get that, is not like the lobby was packed or anything, I was literally the only person there. Worst experience ever.

The personnel is rude and uneducated on processing reservations and payments. According to website check in is at 2pm. After three attempts we were finally able to get in to a room after 4pm. We did make prior reservation so they new we were on the way. This really inconvenienced us as well as our contract employer by having to continuously leave the job site.

This place is disgusting and should be reported to the BBB. I would give negative stars if possible. The rooms reek of 30 year old ash trays. The sheets have cigarette holes and I'm sure all sheets and towels are washed in only water, no soap whereas comforters and pillows are not washed at all. The beds are disssssssgustingly stained as are the carpets but the beds are more stained than the carpets. Management is rude. Toilet leaks from the bottom, drain backs up from the sink. The good part is that they have a mini fridge and microwave. We brought our own sheets and towels but they now also stink of stale cigarette from the room smell. This is more like a motel that you bring an hourly prostiute to or a motel do shoot up at. We were forced here bc we couldn't find anything else due to Harvey. We have one more night here but I can not wait to get into a new hotel. This place is ridiculously disgustingly filthy. Oh, and I even took the pillow cases off so that the cleaning people would see that the pillows are FILTHY and maybe they could replace or wash but nope… the same stained pillow cases were put back on the even more stained pillows and put back in the same sickly looking beds. Ughhhhhh. Makes my skin crawl. This place only makes money from the hourly guests and drug addicts needing a room for the night. If you have to come here, bring disinfectant spray along with all bedding and maybe an air purifier if u happen to have one.

Nice big rooms and comfortable beds.

The rooms are great and the service is great and is a really nice place and I like it alot.

Clean but dated. Friendly staff. Beds weren't bad but the pillows were flat. Microfridge was in the room.

It was a peaceful night in a lovely room.

First of all, when you walk in to the hotel room a very nasty smell hits you in the face. The bedding has cigarette burns all in it. The chair provided by the table is completely broken, there are 3 lamps in the room but one has no light bulb, the other ones don't turn on. They have ano old TV with not many channels, no Wi-Fi at all. The bed feels hard as rock, their pillows are so stained, they are almost fully yellow. When we asked for a refund and the woman in the office claimed there was nothing wrong with the room. Never stay here, I will never stay here again.

These people charged my credit card without my authorization then didnt want to refund the money in full. My son left and had some food in the room so they thought it was still occupied; but the point being is there was never an authorization with my first email to prove that it was only for one week. I wouldnt trust anyone in this hotel to do what is the ethical thing to do.

The service here sucks. There should be a zero star rating. The owner is an ass as well. Will never stay here again. They also have a problem with people of color. The BBB will be hearing from me on this matter.

I arrived at 130 in the morning I was informed there was only one room with a Jacuzzi tub and it was 170 remind you checkout is at 11 in the morning nine and a half hours later when I started laughing I've been turned and walked off in search of a Holiday Inn Express for that money as I got halfway to my truck the Indian lady knocks on the window hysterically and calls me back and she said she let me have it for $70 then I was like yeah no problem then she asked me if I smoked I said no she asked me again I said no again then she asked me if I was sure if I smoke and I said I do not smoke then she said am I by myself I said yes I'm by myself she said are you sure you're by yourself I said I'm sure I'm by myself so after all the bull crap I finally get a key and she was right she charged me $70 but as I got into the room I find out there is no Jacuzzi tub so therefore she was lying and trying to make 170 for a room that's really should only be rated for 50 bucks I felt like I was getting treated like a liar and price gouging like crazy it is only a Comfort Inn and these people make it seem like it's the Sheraton at Twin Towers the beds are very hard and you get 3 flat pillows with a sheet that like a blanket for 170 I would expect a hell of a lot more or for 50$ this is what I expected my information to you is if you want to pay a lot of money bro just a regular hotel stay here because they will try to get the max money out of you special honestly be turned into the Better

In March a co-worker and myself attempted to check into the Budget Host-Inn. We are both black. Our Boss who is white recommend Budget Inn. The Desk Clerk quoted us a price $130.00 higher than what our Boss received. We later settled on the Camden Plaza. Today almost a month later, I decided to give Budget Host — Inn another chance by making a weekly stay reservation. The Night Auditor, once he heard my voice hung up on me. Assuming it was a mistake, I called back and the Night Auditor informed me that they had no vacancies. An associate of mine is staying there now, and he says that there are only five vehicles in the parking lot. I may be over reacting, but I am from Georgia and three strikes and you are out. I wish whomever tries to stay there, Good Luck.
