We were welcomed by a friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. Wifi was only for Hampton honors members. My son got sick at night and made a mess in the bedroom. My wife and I cleaned as best as we could but the staff were friendly and accommodating by moving us to another room at no charge and assuring us we were not causing a problem.

Check in was slow due to some computer issue. Staff was really friendly and apologetic. I stayed in a suite on the third floor. Mildly dated but very clean. Lobby and breakfast are was extremely clean as well. Would stay again.

The room was nice. Pool was extra super chlorinated. Great breakfast. Ladies chatting away at the front desk don't realize their voices carry very loudly to the breakfast dining area. Overall nice and would stay again.

I always stay here when I come to town! The staff has always been very friendly and the suites are clean, roomy and very comfortable! The location is perfect with very good restaurants and attractions close by.

Staff is warm and welcoming without being pushy, rooms are quiet and clean. Need lighted makeup mirror. Suite has couch and roomy desk.

Very nice staff, clean and big room. Everything seems to be new and very well maintained. Just be aware of where you car because during our visit we had 4 cars with all the wheels stolen! Try to park close to the security cameras.

I spend two weeks here and the room was always clean and the staff is excellent specially Diana and Mary the beautiful lady’s in the kitchen they are always helpful and polite, thanks for everything, will definitely come back.

Its a nice Inn; the beds are comfortable, the seating area is nicely decorated and the breakfast is very good with 24/7 Coffee. The pool is nice, it is cold right now, so unable to use at the moment. There is even a lift to help someone into the Jaccuzi.

Staff is pleasant and roomd are clean. Wi-Fi is currently out till mid March, but have Ethernet cables in rooms.

The Hampton Inn & Suites Pasadena is a great hotel with friendly employees. The rooms are always clean and in good condition. Crystal and Ruby are sweet and give excellent service at the front desk.

Clean quiet and great staff. Breakfast was very good. The gym is snug has a lot of cardio and adequate free weights. I had an oversized room but no fridge or microwave which was disappointing. Good places to eat and shop near by.

Service is great they have amazing free breakfast and the rooms are very big and within budget.

We used it in Pasadena Texas on Christmas. It was really nice! Room 408. Service was on point.

We hosted a Girl Baby Shower on a Saturday afternoon. The entire process was smooth and very pleasant, from booking the space, contact person Ruby Lechuga, to having the space clean and ready to go on the day of the event. The front desk staff (Diana & Nechel) and the maintenance staff were very helpful and nice. They always made sure we had enough water, coffee or anything else we needed. The hotel was always clean and it has a modern yet cozy decor. They allowed us to go in Friday night to drop off stuff, and we went in early Saturday morning to decorate at no extra charge. I would definitely recommend Hampton Inn & Suites Houston / Pasadena for any event.

Visiting family who were displaced by Harvey. The desk clerks and housekeeping staff were all very nice. The place is clean and well maintained. The pool area is nice, shaded, and very relaxing.

3 stars just because the staff is polite efficient. The rooms were clean but I didn't like them.

We had the most sad experience at this hotel. Our home flooded during Harvey and our employer provided a hotel to stay up to an allowance. We had two rooms but when we found out it would take longer for our home repairs we cancelled one and stayed in one room with our three small children. The manager Crysta Jackson called and said we needed to check out because we had used all our employers allowance. Very sad to say the hotel charged us for two rooms because someone at the front desk did not check us out of one. The manager would not help us even after we explained everything and that we had nowhere to go or sleep. She claimed there was no video that proves we didnt use the room and housekeeping could not say. Becareful, I feel we were taken advantage of.

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Rooms are okay when you have a suite. Only suites have a fridge and a microwave apparently. Biggest downside is the internet. It just doesn't work right. Doesn't matter if I choose free or paid. Can't connect sometimes and I'm getting kicked off the network all the time. That's with all devices. Weird Ethernet connection Inn room does not work! Tried to solve issue with "stay connected" it support but nothing changed. Hotel couldn't give me another room. Very annoying if you stay for weeks and have to get some work done in the hotel. Pool is on the sunny side. Typical Hampton Inn breakfast. But seems like bacon is in short supply or so.

Didn't get the chance to stay because of the hurricane, so I had cancelled my reservation. I have tried several times to ask about my money being refunded since I payed in advance. Front desk staff has to go through management about everything but somehow kept forgetting to send my problem along. I ended up calling recovery service on them, the GM got back to me then, that same day. She explained her reason and apologized and said she is refunding it now. It should be there by monday. If not call back… this was on 9/13/17, I had cancelled my reservation 8/29/17. I left it at that and checking my account a whole other week later and still not in. So guess who has to wait almost another week? So it takes a whole damn month to get my refund! Ignorance! I worked for Hampton, I understand it gets busy but a month! Makes me want to do another service recovery. We are all suffering from Harvey and your playing with my money! NOT COOL!

This is my favorite hampton in the Houston area. It is always clean, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and will go out of their way to help you. The breakfast is standard, the the dining area is a bit different design than most and has 3 TVs. There is a pantry here, and this hotel is located a short drive from several dining options. This hotel is clean but they way over-charged me for what you get, $238 for one night. I've stayed in Resorts for the same price that had refrigerators and microwaves in the room and a much better breakfast. I didn't sleep much because the wall air condition unit was so noisy I had to put a pillow over my head to sleep. Not a happy camper! The cut up fruit at breakfast was gross, out of a can or jar. Not sure why they charged such a high price but I'll never stay here again.

Well maintained. Rooms are clean and smell good. Fridge is clean and cools great. Staff is helpful and very friendly. They have a variety of breakfast choices from hot to cold. Pool is kept clean as well as the pool area. Only reason I did not give the fifth star is because suites are the only rooms with a fridge available and there is no hot tub which to me is a bummer. But I highly recommend your stay here!

I visited Hampton Inn & Suites @Pasadena location for a company post Christmas party. I had not stayed overnight but enjoyed the special event. The hotel was tidy & safe. And yes I would recommend it to my friends and family.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, friendly staff! Good proximity to Houston Hobby airport, and Kemah is accessible. Shops and restaurants are an exit away. We stayed in a suite, and there was plenty of room for our child's pack and play. Breakfast was ok.

There was hair in food at breakfast buffet. The food stinks. There was a roach in the gym and the people didn't care. Outdoor pool is not heated. Housekeeping leftovers breakfast in room all night. And the ice machine was broken for 3 days.
