My kids had alot of fun in the pool/hot tub area. The room was pretty nice and it smelled good too. The beds were super comfortable and I liked the high ceilings too.

The hotel is fine in general. What I hope to see here is the management realizing that this hotel caters to the workers that work in the local area refineries… so maybe have some damn hot coffee available at 5am when people are going to work. Have someone at the desk to speak to about an issue. Have a couple of the items from the breakfast bar available as well. I'm sure this isnt the first time its been asked. Most everywhere else I work the hotel starts breakfast early or has staff at least make sure theres some fresh hot coffee available all the time.

Sorry for the other people who have complained but I think the service is the best and the hospitality was awesome The management and housekeeping was very good. Very clean and very hospitable. The breakfast was always on time. If anyone had some kind of problem just reported it and response was very fast. The best I have ever been in.

Very disappointed with this visit. I came her for work and stayed for a couple weeks. Fortunately my employer paid for my room. After the first night my bathroom light went out, first day I reported it and they said it would be taken care of the next day. Second day comes my room was not cleaned and light was still out, and I reported it again and they say it will be fixed the coming day for sure. Third day comes room half way cean (to add on to all this everyday my room was partly clean. I still had trash from the earlier day, and I almost always never had my towels replenished) light is still out. I report to the front desk once more and they said “ the other day you requested no room service, and inside door was locked. And I don’t know why it wasn’t taken care of today. ” For one I’m working at a refinery and was at work all day. I never requested no room service, and I wouldn’t have been there to lock the door. I have no idea how I was left unfixed for three days. If I came here on my own I would definitely not stay at this hotel, and would not recommend it.

The best hotel in world. Erica is very awesome. And Gina cookies are the bomb and Emma is very helpful if we need anything late at night. And Ms. Sharon is the best. Delicious breakfast. Also Samatha is very good at her housekeeping service. Everyone is very nice.

Nice place to stay. Family oriented… the staff is very helpful and the hotel is very clean. I enjoyed waking up in the mornings and having breakfast ready and waiting. If your looking for a safe clean place to lay your head in Pasadena, Tx. I recommend The La Quinta.

My stay at La Quinta Inn and Suites was wonderful. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always kept very clean and neat. The breakfast is always delicious and plentiful. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Houston or Pasadena Texas.

My wife & I enjoyed our stay, really quiet, peaceful the front desk employer was really friendly & helpful. Unfortunately, for me, I forgot her name but for sure one of the BEST attitude & assistance she provided for us! Rooms are nice, clean & the pool was great. Recommend!

This hotel has comfortable beds, is very clean, has a nice shower with good water pressure, Wi-Fi worked fine for me and breakfast was average. Check in was easy with both of the ladies at the desk being friendly (1 was being trained and she did a fantastic job of being friendly to her and taking time to explain what to do). My only complaint would be that this hotel is in the middle of nowhere and there is really nothing close by to it. Other than that, it's a nice dependable LaQuinta. Thank you!

Ive stayed with other LaQuintas before and this one was no different. Young man at the front desk was very helpful and professional. Room was very clean and they served cookies at 4 p. M. Place was nice and quiet as well.

Hotel is located not in the greatest looking places. However, the hotel was absolutely amazing in the inside. I had gotten a 1 king bed room, and it was great! Very clean, bathroom is nice and spacious, and the room too! Great service, late check out time. Extremely quiet. Complimentary breakfast! For sure recommend any one that is in the southern part of Houston / Pasadena area to stay.

Clean and friendly staff. Our only con was the roadway noise on one side of the bldg.
